I am desperately trying to save up money for a new laptop since mine is quite old and no longer too happy to run most of my programs at once. (No more firefox and photoshop!) As a real life graphic designer, it's essential that I get a new computer and the programs I need or else I'll be jobless! So any help is greatly appreciated.

Something to note is that I'm currently in my last semester in college as a double major with a minor. I am extremely busy, so if you commission me, you may be on a bit of a wait list. I will be altering some of my commission prices in the near future, as well as adding new types of commissions (and possibly making a commission sheet, since those are always nice). I just want to finish up my owed art list for all of my current clients. :)

I'm gonna be opening up a few more types of commissions soon, and I was wondering if you think $5 would be fair for a somewhat refined sketch commission? If not $5, then what? :)

Disclaimers
- I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable.
- I reserve the right to add policies as I encounter problems.
- I am a senior in college and extremely busy. You may be subjected to long waiting periods. You will not be compensated for these waiting periods besides refunds. See below for refund policies.
- You are not allowed to post my art anywhere without my explicit, written permission.
- The moment you bid on an auction or ask me for a commission, you agree to all of the terms below.

Payment
- All commission payments are in the US dollar only.
- I only accept payments through paypal.
- All payments must be made upfront before I begin work on any commission. I will share works in progress after I receive payment.
- If payment isn't made in one week after agreement on a price, you will lose your commission spot.

Additional Fees
- Additional fees may be required if you want to have additional options, such as backgrounds, internals, characters, deadlines, etc.
- Additional fees may be required if you want major changes after you have given your approval for me to ink and color the piece.

Art
- Please give me ALL of the information on what you would like in your commission upfront in a note (pictures, poses, descriptions, background information if backgrounds are being offered, reference sheets, etc.)
- I will show you a work in progress image after I have a refined sketch.
- All major changes must be made during the sketch process. No changes will be made after I start coloring without an additional fee.
- If a sketch is not what you want, I reserve the right to auction off the pose or sell it to someone else.
- If you pay for a detailed background be sure to include reference images.

Other Information
- I will not draw someone else's character in an 18+ situation without their explicit permission.
- All commissions requested as a gift must be general audience.
- I do not do adult art for minors! If you are under the age of 18 and you commission me for adult art, your image will be deleted, you will lose posting rights if they have been given, and not receive a refund.

Refunds
- If you have been given a refund, you will be returned 100% of the money you paid if there was no sketch involved.
- If you are being given a refund after sketch work has been done, you will get 75% refund back.
- If you are being given a refund after line work has been done, you will get 50% refund back.
- There is no refund after I start coloring an image unless there is some reason I cannot complete it (corrupt file or personal disagreement) if this happens you will get 25% back

Copyright Information
- I retain copyrights to the artwork and digital file.
- I lay no claims to the copyrights of the characters and designs of my clients. All characters belong to and are used with expressed permission from their owners.
- I retain all advertisement and printing rights; however, commissioners may print the artwork for their own personal use.
- If given my explicit, written permission, clients may submit the digital file to their own personal FurAffinity art galleries if and only if my watermark is left on the piece. I reserve the right to revoke this privilege from any gallery at any time.

- Watersports
- Flatulence
- Sounding
- Illegal drug use of any kind (including, but not limited to marijuana, under aged drinking, etc.)
- Ridiculous hyper or inflation (mild is fine)
- Zoo
- Diaper furs
- Anything that makes me uncomfortable.
