ElektroFuzz II is just a few days away! With that we would like to provide you with all the information you will need for the event!
Date: Saturday October 15th, 2011
Doors Open at 7:00pm sharp
Tickets and Entry: 19+ Please bring proper ID! We Are SOLD OUT. No New tickets will be available at the door! Do not forget your tickets, they will be required for entry! If you have made ticket arrangements and need to pay for them at the door, please try to bring correct change as our float may be limited as most tickets were paid for in advance.

Goldies - (Downstairs Lounge)
605 West Pender Street
Vancouver, BC
About the location: Goldie's is a former lounge now turned pizza place. The downstairs club area is a private space that they rent out and that we have secured for the evening. This space will be private to us, and closed and out of sight to regular customers. Please note that the upstairs will still be open to the general public. As such, we ask that if you want to socialize in this area you be a paying customer and order some food from the establishment. We also ask that as a courtesy to the restaurant space, Fursuits remain in the event space.
The Lounge at Goldie's is an intimate space, with limited room. There will be limited tables and chairs, however it is set up to mainly be a dance space. There will also be a small headless lounge with water provided, however space will be limited.
Please ensure you dress prepared for a club atmosphere. We will have fans blowing, but dance spaces tend to get warm.
Drinks and Food: Our space comes with a small bar provided. All drinks (Beer and limited highballs) are all priced at $5 which I believe to be very reasonable for downtown. Some premium drinks may be available for $7 (ie Grey Goose) Please note that the bar is CASH ONLY, so stop at an ATM beforehand!
As the upstairs is a small restaurant, you are also welcome to order food from them.
Transit / Parking: Goldie's is situated under a parking structure. Please come prepared to pay Downtown Prices. Waterfront Station is only 2 blocks away and may be a better alternative to those who can take transit.
DJ Lineup: We are happy to have one of the most talented and diverse DJ lineups seen at a Vancouver Furry event to date! Music will range from Drum and Bass to Dubstep and Popular House remixes. Sets will change hourly so we are confident everyone will hear something that makes their feet shuffle!

Code of Conduct:
ElektroFuzz is a private function being held in a private venue and all guests are expected to uphold a certain level of respect and courtesy in order to maintain their access to the event space. Event space access is a privilege, not a right.
We ask that you do only things that others would find acceptable in any public setting. Use your common sense!
At the event holders discretion, guests may be denied entry to the event space with no chance of refund of event contributions for any failure to abide by the following requirements, as well as any additional requirements determined at the event holders discretion:
-No illegal substances of any kind are permitted in the venue or proximity.
-Costumes and clothing must be acceptable for public viewing and should not be overly revealing or suggestive in nature, at the event holders discretion.
-Be considerate! Inappropriate conduct towards guests or staff will result in immediate expulsion and possible ban from future events.
-Any rude, obscene, discriminatory, or sexual behavior in the event space or areas will not be tolerated.
-No outside alcohol is permitted in the event space.
-Alcohol is only to be consumed by those guests 19 years of age or older. This is a 19+ Event, NO exceptions.
-All venue conduct requirements must be followed by all guests, including any in conflict with the requirements listed here. Any actions taken by the venue staff in response to a breach of conduct will be supported by event staff and reflected by the event.

Liquor License Information

Liquor Information:
I have just been informed that we Officially Have a small bar license for ElektroFuzz and drinks will be available at our bar (with funds raised going to VancouFur).
ONLY the bar area will be a 19+ zone. The dance is still ALL AGES. 2 pieces of Valid government approved ID will be required to enter the bar area ( http://www.ablebc.ca/documents/able.....-ID-poster.jpg ) Items purchased at the bar must remain in the bar section and will not be permitted on the dancefloor. VancouFur is providing security for the bar area.
Please note that due to this being a Licensed event NO OUTSIDE DRINKS will be permitted at the event. You will be asked to leave them behind as this is a requirement of having a License.
For obvious legal reasons Underage Drinking will be strictly prohibited.
Thanks for your help with this, and lets get ready to have a great time!
