At first I want to thank for all the ideas and feedback in the previous journal, it's been a lot of food for thought and I'm still figuring out commissions.

However, before I revamp the terms for commissions - YCHs are going through changes first.
From now on YCHs are going to be held in two forms: selected by RNG (randomly generated number) and multi-slot first come first claim. The latter meaning to accompany the former.
To explain: At first I'm going to upload a YCH and the time range to join in the pool of having a chance to win the rng is going to be probably 2 days (might change depending on how it goes with 2 days). Only one slot that you can join in the rng pool for per person (sorry, but that's to keep it fair it square). I will notify in the title and comments when the time to join is closed. Who ever is the winner for each slot will be replied and sent a note to.
However, after the RNG YCHs are closed, I will upload a dozen of YCHs that are first come first serve and 2 slots (to clarify, not two character ychs) for each YCH. One slot per person. Whoever has won a slot for the RNG YCH is not eligible for the first come first serve 2 slot YCH batch!!!
So this is what i've though of so far and I can't wait to try it! A mix of both forms trying to make the most out of each, especially as most prefer single slot ychs but some don't mind the multislot considering the fact I allow quite a lot of elements to be customized for the slot.

I'm more or less expressing my thoughts and feelings here and not exactly asking for advice, however I'm going to hear other people's thoughts if somebody has something to say.
So I've been feeling well enough to take on commissions and I'm very excited for it, though there are things that are pushing me back and stressing me out. Unlike spontaneous YCH batches, I inform on the time and date when I open commissions, the drawback that was missing from YCHs is overpresent in commissions. I know that the moment they're open, within first minutes all slots will be taken up leaving little to no room for newcomers to have a chance. That's stressing me out a lot, I get upset and it hogs my mind.
I know that one of the solutions is form based commission application and then me selecting out the few ones. I don't like that, I'd miss out on the randomness element and would incite me to stay within a comfort zone, also would incite commissioners to pander to my comfort in order to increase their chances. It would absolutely make me feel even worse than the previous issue. I know that other solution is filtering people out by increasing the price, but that's a no go. At least not yet. Limiting people's chances by how much they can afford instead of timing doesn't fix the issue, also the fear of it having the opposite effect instead.
Anyway, these are just my thoughts on the subject and I know there's no solution to this and that's fine, I just roll with what I can. Human limits are just that.

The pricing change is for the base price only. Base price for comms and the flat price for YCHs have been increased to 150 €. That's the only change


Basically I have been stuck in a situation equivalent to bashing my head against the wall (a counterproductive predicament with no solution possible). I require a strict medical diet (celiac disease) and I've been trying to figure it out for over a year. The horrible ugly part is that the sudden gluten intolerance has hit me with malnutrition, i've been dealing with uncontrollable weight loss ever since acute symptoms have showed up. The strict diet tears me a new one while my life consantly feels like I have to live it upside down while my body is tearing itself apart.

(also before anyone wants to say any advice that i'm sure is in good intention on dietary tips, don't. I homecook everything and am quite good at it. There's no ready to eat gluten free food in a society with cuisine that's largery driven by glutenous products. My current diet consists largely of high protein and lipid intake to compensate the energy given by carbs)

I was so sure that PSU was at fault, but it's really not. While I can't have diagnostics here I replaced it with my previous one which was in a working condition and nope, nothing is working.
SO I'm buying a new pc which means commissions outside my regular to do list, because i cant access my hard drive, but thankfully my mum let me borrow her new laptop instead of the old one, i'll be able to do larger pieces.

at first: sorry if there are really bad typo, using my mom's old laptop which has a bricked keyboard.

So it happened first a lil while ago, pc wouldnt turn on. I assumed it was humidity and dust causing psu not to run, because it started working again after some time.
Few days passed and here i am, sitting and waiting hopelessly for it to work again. Now i'm certain it could be the age at fault (almost 6 years for this buddy), before anyone mentions: this psu is only a year old. I'd rather have diagnostics done on this one before changing it to a new one. and the clownery of living in a small town far away from capital city, cant take it to a random shop and have it done. I'm trying to find my previous psu tho, just in case its actually the one at fault. plus i located corrossion in the case which may have traveled to psu but theres no signs of that having happened
anyways seems like i would have to make an emergency purchase of a new pc without a gpu and hard drive.. at the worst posssible timing, when theres a zine deadline 3 weeks away... I'd do emergency comms separate from my current list becaue this laptop has pretty bad specs for work of that size, but idk if it would be able to handle anything. one way to find out, eh? if anyones up for ordering something in the means of helping me if my work pc doesnt turn on. if there was no time limit for me, i wouldnt be as desparate.

finally proper update about what's up since things kinda halted especially since it all fried my modem to the crisp and had to wait to get it replaced.

Electricity? It's on. Is it fixed and safe? no, not at all. Why isn't getting fixed? No aviable specialists anywhere.

So who was at the fault? Everyone involved. As weird it sounds, that includes the company that is responsible for check ups, me myself and the guy who worked on the new line. The company half assed the checkups for YEARS without telling that main cable needs to be changed immediately, didn't even tell to get the other power switch case to be screwed tightly cause it would fall off soon. What did I do? I was too clueless and oblivious of the current situation. The guy who did the wiring for the new line? Too thin cables that you can't even light a bulb, which is why the new line kept going off too.

At the moment I owe it to my neighbours who called their relative who is an excellent electrician so check out what's up, he works fullytime at a factory so he's not really aviable, but he will take his free time when he has some to help out, so really it's all in his hands.

Also I fucked up today and burnt my fingertip and the entire fingernail is hurting like ass, but I hope i'll be able to use keyboard tomorrow

..at least with my luck it wont. Okay typing this at 2 am because I finally awoke from dizzy and painful illness induced haze before which I had to deal with one of the biggest bullshit things I've had to deal with. I'm putting this out here, because I feel helpless and clueless about it.

Soooo the issue is so weird and kinda huge. An pressured air bubble brusted a hole inside of the central furnace boiler, spent entire evening swooping up all the water from kitchen. I don't think you can weld a leak for a high pressure boiler, because I would need a specialist who would be nowhere to be found in near time and place. A new furnace is needed and I can't afford it. The prices start with 800 euros and the weather wont be getting any warmer. Well thankfully I still have an old timey furnace from my grandparent's days that can keep two rooms warm without the boiler, but no warm water and it is can keep pipes from freezing for a pretty short period of time.

And before somebody asks about why I had no pressure regulator set up and stuff like that, I wasn't around when the furnace set up and it was set up by incompetent slackers, and I would let the air out from the system manually with a valve, but since there is reconstruction going on in kitchen, the valve was removed.

Now I'm just sitting and thinking about what to do, I'm pretty lost with this.

[edit]: the issue isn't that simple as just getting a new boiler and get it set up, the issue is finding a specialist who can do it, so far with no results, cause everyone is busy

sorry for the absence, the man working on kitchen disconnected the cables (he had to), but they apparently supplied all the livingrooms with electricity. Couldn't get to use my personal pc since i cant move it anywhere. We stretched another cable to connect rooms to electricity and seems to be working without any hazards

on the upsetting topic, today i found my little cat boy laying by the side of road, now I'm just mourning badly. He is now in backyard, but this is devastating, my hand wont even move when i try to do something, just hand stuck in a tight claw. I'm dealing with this really poorly but I hope to get back to work once I manage to trick myself into distraction. please understand if I'm slow to reply, I'm just griefing and dealing poorly with a loss of my family member

Quick update if i seem to be inactive. The internet provider just turned the net off outta nowhere and sent email that said "thanks for being our customer, concerning the service cancellation yada yada yada yada.." outta nowhere. Dealing with this now, already called their customer service centre and they are looking into the issue, cause they have no idea what happened. Should be back at it asap

As the title suggest, it's some pretty significant trouble with money.

Lemme explain: For the first time in uhh.. 50 years? Decided to fix the kitchen which had been in worst condition compared to the rest of the house. Found trustworthy men that build houses and fix stuff in their free time for really humble prices. So they started with floor first - were tearing off the upper layer that exposed some half century decayed boards there, and after removing the boards there was.. nothing? just some sand poured on top of basement ceiling. No concrete or base. With that it started to reveal more problems to the point i went "Damn B#*ch I live like this?".

So those problems piled up in more unaccounted costs, cannot delay any work because men are for hire and gotta finish asap. Any secondary stuff is getting delayed (such as furniture), but it's nowhere enough to cover the making of floor, making sure that theres stable construction under the furnace (I have no idea how it didn't fall through all these years). Also will need some plumber and electrician work, because both lamps don't work, one is too dated and overused while the other one keeps having short circuit. Just so much extra cost that I cannot keep up with.

As much I'd like to avoid this, but I kind of have no choice. I want to keep things doable so it doesn't upset anyone including myself. I'd be happy to make about 500 euros by next weekend so I am able to pay for their work on the floor and be able to pay for materials on walls.

Well that was an odd one, a lot longer than it should have been, but not exactly directly in my hands

TL:DR: Had serious abdominal pain caused by a cyst and neurological issues, I'm a lot better now since winter is ending. I've been working as much as i could, more than halfway done/almost done with paid pieces, halfway and very much started. Working hard and crying! Still hurts, but I can do work! Hadn't replied to any notes, because I wasn't sure when this garbage situation of mine will end, but looking foward in a more positive note.

Now that tl:dr is outta way, well the acute pain caused by the cyst started and you cannot get any treatment for it unless it has turned into a tumor, so I was chugging painkillers without much of result. Winter struggle caught up to me (that's just my guess) and I started to have very visible neurological issues, tensing my hand a bit would result is nasty shaking and sometimes i cannot straighten out the fingers and arm, also chugging some blood pressure meds to hope that it will help me against the panic and some larger issues that can be caused by my severely twisted carotid artery. I'm currently saving up for the medication that could help me with the oxygen supply.

The reason why I called it winter struggle is that winter only bout a week ago started to back off and it's no longer -10 to 0 degrees. And that I live in an pretty old house with a furnace, that has no heat isolation shennanigans makes the whole deal pretty tense - always staying up til sunrise, listening carefully to all the noises and watching out with the amount of flame. And the late winter is most hazzardous, my neighbourhood is very small, but had firefighters driving here a lot, because of chimney catching fire. The stench is really nasty, no kidding - it smells like tar with some garbage burning.

About the work? Oh I took the opportunity of peace whenever i could and some pics are already done, I know.. a LOT later than that I usually do, but it's being done. I also tried not to burnout myself in the physical state that I was in. I'm aware that this is very much at my own expense and I'm hoping to make up to it especially since even hearing blackbirds chirping in distance makes my nerves more soothed. Pics are very much halfway done, even some that I need to talk about with a customer. Also the reason why so long to wait for a reply from me - I wasn't sure when I'd be feeling any progress so I didn't want to make false promises when I'd be in no condition. This is one of the rare springs when I'm handling better and quicker than other times - probably the feeling of urgency is irking me.
I've got two important pictures to draw that are more about official promotion of somebody else's OG content, I'm actually super stressed over that.


And to put things clear - the abdominal pain has not stopped at all and had got very much worse. Also sorry for some nasty grammar typos, pharmacies were closed and I have no painkillers, so chugging water with valerian tincture in it (my cades are giving me these glares over it..)

I've been sitting and considering a side project.. Opening a redbubble store and selling furry themed merch. Mostly relating to furry identification themes, because it hits close home for me, because I only very recently came out of the furry closet despite being in it for a loong time.
Anyway the first concept is the kind that would work on stickers and shirts. Stylized creature head holding a plain human mask by it's head with "beast in disguise" text underneath it. Having different variations of creature heads ranging from canine, dragons, avians, felines and even a skull.
Thoughts on it? I've never really made any prints that are outside personal use, so I'd love to hear your thoughts

Okay, I've been trying to write this journal for months (because I disappear so often), but I just couldn't. I'll try to avoid mental health topic here, because it's a massive mess on it's own. I'll try to focus on things that are possible to change, but i can't right now.

Anyway straight to the topic. I am not doing well, my health condition is worsening and with time there are less ways of how i can help it especially because of recent healthcare changes here. And even the surgeries that I'm willing to PAY BY MYSELF wont happen, because the gov dictating things to doctors. It's not because of health dangers, it's because it'll make me infertile. Because of this hassle things are going really downhill for me. My digestive system is fucked, because of the pain and cramps and huge amounts of painkillers i have to take. Meds cost more and more with each month. I have hard time seeking any doctor, because I don't have the money, I cannot work or study anywhere here, because every month 2 weeks of it are just gone in weakness and awful pain. Which also means that I can't access the healthcare.
To put in perspective - the pain is the worst I've experienced and I cannot do anything about it, nor my doctor can. Not a single toothache stands near it. It's a massive mess and it is preventing me of having even a bellow okayish life.


Now change the direction of this journal from absolute misery to an actual hope.
There wouldn't be any hopeful direction if it wasn't for you guys. This is my only source of income and I am truly thankful for this opportunity.
I'm trying to save up so i could move out to central europe (germany to be exact) and live there, receive treatment and have an actual life. Yes, I need big savings for this to happen so I could have money for few months of rent in advance. I'm working all I can, but as you can see, I can't keep up with the flow as I'd like to. Especially since I'm really hoping to move out next year which might seem too ambitious for me to earn enough in such a short time, but I'm trying all my hardest despite it feeling like a feverdream. But I have no other choice or option - it's this or death.
Thankfully I'm getting a lot of support and help on finding a way to settle at my destination from all these wonderful people and I wont be all alone in the new enviroment.
I really wouldn't even ever dream of me having a chance if it weren't for you guys and other wonderful people who are helping me. I cannot thank you enough.

Skulni are manifestations of legends and mythos of legendary creatures. The skull represents the legend of the creature.
Skulni basic anatomy normally consists of 3 different parts: the fur coat covered part [known as the heart], the smooth parth that is a tail, belly and throat [known as the soul] and the hard part - skull, skeleton and limbs [known as mind]. The size of a skulni varies from a size of an adult husky to an adult stallion with few exceptions of mutations (short or very long limbs). Their hind limbs upper part (above knee) resemble lower jaw.
They have sexes, but from plain visual observation it's nearly impossible to tell which sex is which.
The skull and limbs are a part of the skeleton which is in the same colours as the skull. In rare cases some parts of skeleton can be outside the fur and skin.
Skunli are omnivores, they have huge fangs like bears and foxes, but can consume plants too. Their tongues are similar to canine's. Tongue's in a similar colour like "Soul" part. They have good hearing except for albino skulni's. Their eyes have no visible pupils in most cases, the pupils are round shape.
Skulni have blood, but it's in a colour of "soul" depending on the thickness of its membrane, sometimes it's in a brighter colour. Nervous system, blood vessels and lymphatic system connect with the "Soul". "Soul" was thought to work similary like single-celled organism, which isn't far fetched because it contains all the organs necessary for living. The colour of blood depends on the colour of "soul".

They can possess some traits of the legendary creature they have manifested from to a certrain degree. Most of the manifested physical traits are legendary. Some powers for example element manipulation, strenght can be passed down through the legend.

- The anatomy structure resembles a velociraptor, walking on hind limbs mostly -


Not many mutations have been discovered nor have enough of information on if they really are mutations or artificially inflicted or were manifested from a very powerful legendary being.

So some shit went down couple days ago. I wont go into too much detail, but I'll try to explain.
To state few things clear, I kept my earned money with my brother and i had good reasons to do that, but that's not what I'm here to talk about.
Anyway I warned my brother of dry grass fire hazards and he started to attack me via messages, it was so bad, such things that you should never tell your sibling, middle ages level of stuff (to put it shortly "you're not worth killing, you're less than a zero, you need to get punished, not worth your father's name, etc"). With some context about my family those statements are a lot worse than without it. Now I'm here to talk about emotional abuse, but things that he is keeping hostage or simply taking away.
He got angry for no reason and threatened to take my pc (for which i mostly paid for by myself) and take all of the money i had earned in 2018. Everything that I've been earning and saving up for possible surgeries, medicine and to also help our mother out financially. Because of my health conditions I can't get a job and can't get any education.
So I'm sorry if I'm taking my time with this, I'll try to not keep things on halt for long, just trying to earn some money by more cheaper adopts to have something to back the taken away money up, get back to commissions and fight through. Drawing is the only therapy and medicine i can get for my mind and i'm glad that it's something i can do. Thank you all for support. ^^
