Commissions re-opening!

I'm adding info on them in my commission section overtime, may still be making some small adjustments here and there but overall i'd like to start taking them more directly again!
The commissions I have there at the moment are what's available. I don't currently plan to close them anytime soon, and will only do so if i'm running into an art-block, getting mentally overwhelmed or have too many commissions lined up! [Which that last never happens, but I wouldn't complain if it ever did reach that point u-u ]
Additionally, for those unaware I do have a secondary account i'm trying to be more active on under the name of Ashtro .
This is pretty much where all my non adoptable-art goes so if you would like to see that, you can go there! Stuff there will pretty much entail reference-sheets, character art, fanart, nsfw content, etc!

RANDOMIZED DESIGN CLEAN-OUT[OPEN]
General | Posted 3 years agoDue to having many older still open designs, i'm gonna do a clear-out via a mystery gacha of sorts.
this is going to be
$10, PER ROLL.
You will receive a random older adoptable of mine that is currently open and has been open for a fair while. It will be randomly rolled from a list I have on hand.
Among these are a majority creature/horror oneoffs, anthros, humanoids and the occasional fandom design such as pokemon fusions[2], furbies[4], ponies[1], etc!
If you would like the fandom designs to be excluded in your roll, simply say "exclude fandoms!" in your request for a roll!

I'm willing to accept $20 and UP in multiples for my currently open designs[as many as 3 to the 20$ minimum for higher cost designs [more for higher if you offer it!]. Once I have what I need these will immediately close!
I'm also offering 2 slots for basic $25 customs! This can be for furries,dnd humanoids, or oneoff creature concepts!]

General | Posted 4 years agoThere was a power surge now 2 days ago and my internet has been out since then so if I'm delayed on some things here very sorry in advance. I've only got my phone to access everything which is pretty annoying to say the least XD

-You cannot resell my art-work under any circumstances, for you did not create it, and therefore it is not yours to sell, whether your character is on it or not.
-If you have an issue with your completed image and or design, please inform me and politely point out what changes are needed and I will try and make these adjustments. I will NOT however completely redraw your character from scratch if you have a grudge against the entire piece.
-If you have been waiting an extended period of time for your commission[1 month max] and desire to cancel your order simply inform me and I will try and refund you as soon as I can, but if I am not able at the present time then please be patient and know that I will get to you as soon as I am capable of it. This is an extremely rare case however since currently I dont have any time crunches that make a commission take longer then a week or so at most.
-I will not start any commission until payment has been received via Paypal Invoice.
DESIGNS
-I reserve credit to any and all of my existing designs, and may use these designs in informative works [Keep in mind this is generally ONLY for commission information, such as example folders for those interested in customs of specific things [folders for monsters, folders for humanoids, and all of these are always watermarked examples and never the transparent unmarked images etc]
-You cannot sell a design purchased from me for more then what you payed for it.[Extra art/commissioned work can be added, otherwise the design itself must be sold for what it was bought for.]
-No forms of refunds can be made upon purchasing a design. Any and all sales are final. If you find yourself no longer wanting your design and are unable to find a new owner may it be through trade or resale, you may return the design to me if none of these work out and you simply no longer want hte design, but that is all. Attempts at a chargeback will result in immediate ban, and the design will be pulled from your ownership.
[Unless Paypal denies you the attempt and no money is taken back. the design remains yours so long as the payment remains in my possession.]
-If you miss and or fail to obtain the design you were going for due to someone else obtaining it first do not harass the buyers or ask to buy the design from them, This is extremely disrespectful to me and whomever obtained the original design and will result in a ban from any and all of my future designs, species or otherwise.
-I have the right to refuse service if I so desire. In the rare chance that I do this, respect my decision. Harassing of any kind will get you banned.
-If you disobey the rules on harassment or bartering of any kind with me or others who purchase from me, and happen to be given warning instead of immediate ban, please respect that warning and resume following these terms. If you block me after receiving a warning or persist in harassing me or my customers that is an immediate admittance that you choose not to follow these rules, and you will be banned in turn. Any designs obtained from me previously will remain in your ownership after a ban so long as they were purchased fairly and status of that purchase has not been changed.[Chargeback rules above]
-You CANNOT sell any of my designs and or works as NFT, that is not what they are made for and if I learn that you have done this you will be permanently banned from future sales from me. It is your responsibility to keep your unwatermarked adoptable files safe and hidden from public reach upon obtaining them, you may display them but have a watermark ever present on it in order to better protect it.
-When claiming a design, payment must be made within 24-48 hours. if you wish to put a design on hold however, you must state that you would like a HOLD and not a claim. Holds will generally last at maximum 1 week, failure to pay within this time the design will go back up for sale and the hold will end. You are still free to purchase the design, but if doing so it must be immediate. additional holds will not be doable.
