Guess who sprained her back? This girl! And by doing what? Sweeping....yes sweeping. I usually get closing shifts at my job and that means cleaning. I had to sweep under all the bins in the store by myself (it's a bulk food store so it's all bins) which is something I'm used to doing but I guess my back had it. D8< AAARRGH! Doctor says I have to put ice on it and take pain killers at least 3 times a day. Thought it was getting better yesterday but this morning proved me wrong. I can't bend forward at all or else stabbing pains shoot through my back. Thankfully I have the rest of the week off. So far Netflix and Skyrim are my best friends...and my husband when he's not at work. I better be a master Mage by the end of this. In all honesty it's been killing me not being able to draw on the laptop. Because I don't need to sit up for doodling in sketchbook I might upload some phone shots of what's in there on my Tumblr for you guys as a reminder that I'm not dead. And for something completely unrelated. This is for my friends who I have on Facebook....I did NOT delete you from my friends so quit hatin'! I deactivated my account because I'm sick of the stupid drama and constantly getting offended. I posted my Skype plenty of times so I could keep contact. Pretty sure I have it posted on my FA page too

Thinking about it. I'm getting paid $10 an hour at my job and I'm only getting 8 hours a week. Working 2 days a week so $40 each day I work. I charge $50 a picture. A picture a day is better than only $240 every 2 weeks and quite frankly I'd be able to move out quicker too. Might add some traditional art to the list too and just charge for packaging and shipping... Yes I know for those who have commissioned me in the past it usually takes a while for me to finish so I came to the conclusion that the only way to make this possible and successful would be to make it so I have something to look forward to, a motivation. So I decided, I'll draw first, get paid after. That's motivation enough to get a picture done within a day. Payment method would be I finish the picture, email the customer with a preview of the art to verify. Paypal transaction goes through and I send the art. I open commissions at the beginning of each week. Monday mornings bright and early 8:00 am pacific time. 5 slots. 1 picture per person.

NOT saying that I'm doing this right away. I'm finishing what I owe first (If not I'd just be a major jerk) So starting tomorrow, even though I'm stuck on a commission right now I will try to push through them so I can at least try it out for a week and see how it goes. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Anything? I have a feeling I left something or things out and it's driving me nuts...

Getting back into commissions and I had to say it. I bloody hate drawing guns! This suck donkey sacks! Big gross ones. I should be happy I'm getting a challenge but right now....nope nope nope nope nope nope nope.

It's been a while hasn't it? Well since my last art upload anyway. Quite frankly I can't wait to get all my personal crap all ironed out so I can find time and energy to work on something. Maybe even get a new laptop seeing as this one is on it's last legs. That would be nice. Might do that after the hubby and I finally find a place of our own and bring all my shit back from Kelowna x(

Seriously though I'm done giving excuses as to why I haven't submitted anything. especially commissions. Customers always having to wait super ass long periods of time for an upload from me and I'm genuinely sorry. You WILL get it you have my word.

I need motivation fast. I want to draw. I have an urge everyday. Then I lose it and become discouraged because I'm so fucking self conscious about my art. Practice makes progress yes I know. I feel like I haven't really progressed. I hit a wall artistically and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Anatomy,pose, digital art program... I suck at all of the above. I hate complaining but that's how I feel about it. It's every damn day. I'd like to blame my parents for laughing at my art and shooting down my dreams as an artist my whole life but I won't. It's me.

Sorry for my lack of posting. I've gotten a new full time job and I've been working everyday since I got it. It's a lot of fun but a lot of work and I've been coming home sore all over and bone tired.

Also my 16 year old sister has gone missing. She's been gone 2 days now. Police have been looking for her since yesterday but haven't found her. A couple days ago she had left her Facebook open and my mother had found that some 23 year old creep has been sending her pictures of his dick and trying to convince her to sleep with him. Of course I send him a word of warning to stay the hell away from her. The police have gone to his place and questioned him but apparently there's no sign of my sister. I've asked her friends and apparently there's been no sign. My mother and sister live on the opposite side of Canada so it's difficult for me to do anything from my side.

All I ask if for everyone to be a little more patient. I'm doing everything I can.

I am now Ashley Bond. Oh man that's weird!! I have a freaking husband! Oh and btw my husband  loveablebutthead cried. Just choked in the middle of our vows causing everyone else to cry. I didn't expect it. A lot of tears a lot of laughs and a TON of fun!! My dress was so hot! hahaha and when I say hot I mean my legs felt like they were in a sauna!! My brother in law's little girl kept calling me a princess and cried during the bridal party dance because she "wanted to dance with the princess." Saying goodnight to her was even more heartbreaking. I will definitely upload some pictures for you guys :D Ugh I'm so excited!!!

I'm freaking out!!! Hair trail tomorrow, Still have to get bridal flowers and center pieces and Wednesday to Friday family arrives.On top of that I still need to know when my Master of Ceremony and Maid of honor are coming down. OMG I was hoping everything would be done by now! >.<

Time rushed by like the freaking roadrunner! Dress still fits thankfully! I was worried because I haven't been getting out at all. Well I shouldn't say that....I've been RARELY getting out. And yet so much has happened. A bunch of medical crap and trips to the hospital for tests. OOoooh the fun. Finding shoes for my bridesmaids is a fun adventure that I'm still stuck with... Oh right and I have a job interview this afternoon! I've worked for these guys before in a different location for almost three years so hopefully this goes well. I haven't had a job interview for over a year so I'm a bit nervous. Wedding and possible new job. YAY! Hopefully an apartment after this! Wish me luck guys!

Only 2 months until the big day! As far as commissions go I'm going to try my best to work on them in my spare time! I know it's taking a while to get them done but I've been quite busy. I knew weddings took a long time to plan but I didn't think I had that much. I still have a cake to order, floral arrangements to discuss, Party favors, dresses for bridesmaids and suits for groomsmen, Table arrangements and decorations, Hair and makeup consultations, Wedding license and a whole lot more. All withing 2 months. Still working on invitations that needed to be sent out 3 weeks ago. I'm so stressed about all this it's ridiculous. I'm sure I've sprouted more grey hairs... >.< I ended up being in PEI with family longer than expected (a month to be exact) all due to Snow storms and other stupid complications that prevented me from wedding planning. I got my dress while I was out there though. One less thing to stress about. YAY! Please stay patient with me guys! I apologize for taking so long. I didn't plan for that to happen. You have my word they WILL be done! I can't wait for this all to be over TT.TT

Well there's not much to say for those two days. There was a ridiculous snow storm that lasted both. yaaaaaaaay >:c I hate snow... But it was nice actually being able to spend some time with my little sister. It's kind of hard to do that because she's always running off to hang out with friends and usually she isn't back until the early hours of the next morning. We decided to pass the storm by having a Once Upon a Time marathon. She hadn't watched it before so I got her caught up. We even washed the dishes together (which if you've ever seen my mother's house you'd know that it's god-awful messy and the dishes hadn't been done in weeks). It took 2 - 3 hours but we got it done! I missed yesterdays Walking Dead episode which I'm a bit upset about but I'll just download it today so no spoilers! ;P My mother is going to Halifax for training so it's just my sister and I with the house to ourselves - u - so nice~ <3

Well just going to say it was interesting. Not too much happened. I got to hang out with a couple of awesome friends. Freeze my ass off and get rudely woken up at 4 in the fricking morning!! I'm not going to be able to sleep now so I figured I'd just submit this. My sister and I were up late watching TV. I fell asleep and then 4am my mother is yelling at me. Reason? My freaking sister went to bed after I fell asleep and didn't turn the TV off so I got blamed for it. Thank you brat. Really appreciate it. So now I'm in a foul ass mood. Suddenly a nasty smell shows up. The dog I think got sick during the night and took a nice wet shit on Mom's bedroom floor. I'm guessing the stench made her sick so now not only am I lying on the couch trying to block out the nasty smell but now I'm also trying to block out the loud sound of my mother puking her guts out. Which in turn has made my stomach really upset. It still freaking stinks in this house and I'm wide awake. What a lovely visit I've been having so far...

Well it's an end to a long day back, from where I grew up. I missed this place so much. Not the snow though. As soon as my plane landed last night I thought "Why the hell did I pick winter to visit?" I have a big hole at the bottom of my favorite boots so walking around outside sucks. It's FREEZING here! Back on Vancouver Island the temperature is very mild and nice. Here the cold is biting at your ears and face. I hate winter so much.
I got to meet my mother's new cat. She's so adorable! Apparently her previous owners named her Pineapples...She's a Calico. I'd love to know where they got that name from lol. She's still young. She has tiny facial features, a tiny black nose and big eyes. And her tail looks like a big ass fluffy fox tail. (I'll post some pictures if I get any good ones). Our dog is getting old but she still looks like an adorable puppy. What I find hilarious is this dog who is attached to my mother and will bite your hand off if you try to pick her up from Mom's lap, never left my side since I got here. She even growled at Mom a little when she picked her up from my side to go to bed lol. That's my girl xD
This morning was very lazy. I just looked up a bunch of Game of Thrones stuff on YouTube which then resulted in the first Season being brought up on my screen.<--- I've been getting really excited for the new season!!
The craziness, or should I say stupidity didn't start until this afternoon when my best friend from Junior High showed up. I don't know why but every time we get together stupid shit happens. It's ridiculous! He was nice enough to buy me lunch and then off to Tim Horton's for a coffee and hours of reminiscing. So much has happened and there's always something to talk about. I can't wait to hang out again. Even if we act like a couple of 5 year olds in public x'D
I will be here for about a week or two and I still have so much to do and have so many people to see. The only thing that sucks on this trip is that I'm 23 years old and my Mother STILL tells me what I can or can't watch in her house...so basically she said No Walking Dead. I'm crushed that I will miss the season opening Dx
(P.S I have a feeling it's going to be difficult sleeping tonight. My sister fell asleep on one of the couches and she's snoring so freaking loud! )

Yeah that's right. WEEKLY! What I'm thinking about doing is redrawing all my old crappy stuff. One picture for every Week.

I just went from being super stressed and depressed to SO INCREDIBLY EXCITED!!!!!

My Dad just called me to tell me that he and my mother (who are divorced btw) are getting together and renting a hall out here for my WEDDING!! Not only that but also a DJ and wedding cake and basically said they are taking care of most of the wedding. Well that IS most of the wedding we are having the ceremony in the same hall. Dad is also getting a liquor license so we'll have da booze too. My stepmom also offered to let me wear her old wedding dress our friend also offered hers! EEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! I'm so freaking excited!!!!! I'm calling the Justice of the Peace tomorrow to confirm a date <3 <3 <3 <3!!!
