You know when you strain your leg or arm muscles? It's painful, annoying, and it hurts for a few days.

I strained my tongue while trying to get some cookies out of my molar. Swallowing hurts, and I can't talk without making it worse.

I bought this game because of Tobuscus' gameplay, and I must say I finally found a game that I liked. Touching, deep, and quite difficult... go buy it, it's money well spent.

OK so I have to go to the hospital and have my wisdom teeth pulled. Not cool.

Even less cool is that after 6 months they just called me and told me I have to go in on Sunday afternoon to be operated on Monday morning.

I just bought Portal 2 for 22,49€... only to find that about 10 minutes later the week-long 50% discount began. Well crap.

Saw it yesterday at the cinema. It's a French-Belgian coproduction, so it's unlikely American readers will be able to see it, but if you can find it around, do go see it.

I want a (possibly coloured) drawing, and I want to spend up to 30€. Won't be macro, nor pr0n, but requires good ability with perspective.

So, what do I want? Here you go.
I want you to draw Glacie, the anthro Articuno female character of mine. She should be laying on a bed obviously too short for her 9 ft stature.
Head upright she should have a leg laying down completely on the bed, which should end about before her knee, with her three-toed, scaly foot resting on an additional footrest, showing her flat sole.
The other leg should be bent, vertical, her foot set on the mattress with her toes splayed and the talons possibly ripping a bit through the sheets.
She should be looking at the observer. Point of view from the feet of the bed.

I'll wait for 3 days and see the best offer.

Well, turns out my password wasn't really leaked, I was just too tired to check it correctly last night.
Still, there was a security breach.

This morning we received an email in our Uni inbox telling us about the leak and there was nothing to worry because the password are encrypted.

I replied, explaining how the passwords weren't encrypted, they were hashed in md5, and that in the Italian University Network there is a nice 2700 GB rainbow table of all md5 hashes, including all of the passwords in that file, so they weren't really safe.

I also told them to hash everything in sha-512, with lots of salt, and to fix the database duplicates...


And they actually thanked me for the heads up, that they'd consider my suggestions.

Yes they did. Today Anonymous, in their #AntiSec campaign decided to hack the most important Italian universities and expose tens of thousands of innocent student, among which, me.

Luckily the password was hashed (and hopefully salted) and the file wasn't really well ordered (my name and surname were 4 lines off). Still, my paranoia switch was hit.

Changed everything as soon as I found out, hopefully nothing bad happened.

My 3 years old Nokia N73 decided to die yesterday. I am really upset. I mean, it's perfectly intact, worked perfectly... just died.

It will run on any Bash shell (yeah you too Windows users, through Cygwin).
You need to configure Lynx with persistant cookies and login first though, or no adult art.

Call it with ./script yourname pagenumber

As for me... 130 minutes to download 1659 files, for a total of 477,8 MB, from 290 different artists.
