So it's been a while since I've posted anything here due to life. I'm currently working on my trello queue, which can be found here : https://trello.com/b/mmsWQ8U5/short.....mmission-queue. Quite a bit of it is actually finished and I'm just finishing up what's left before I open again for commissions. When I DO open, it'll be a little different since I do have a job outside of the fandom now. I plan on only taking two to three things at a time, if that to insure faster product output and less wait time for all of you.
I, however, am open for bandanna commissions! I usually have my embroidery machine going while working on fursuit stuff and I'll be uploading pictures here shortly.
I have sent out quite a few commissions lately without pictures, and that's my own fault. I'm working on having clients send in pictures for uploads. I'll be uploading what I do have asap while working around my retail schedule. If you're a current or past client with pictures of your product, I'd love to see them! Just shoot them my way and I'll work on getting those uploaded as well.
I was at FWA tgis year and shared a table with
WaterDogWharf and learned a little what it's like to have part of a booth. I will have a table next year and I plan to load it up with lots of things! I had some game themed bandannas there, if you missed out I am open for commissions for those, just email me!

Posted 9 years agoSince it has come to this, I figure I'll let you all know what's going on.
I have been kicked out of my parents house, being blamed for everyone's failing health and money issues. I was in the process of moving out, before when we had talked of this it was fine. Suddenly, my uncle moved in from Texas due to personal issues. Everything was fine until he moved in. Since then, my mother's health has been failing and she's got doctors appointments daily.
I had a few days to pick up my cat before they pretty much dumped her, I picked her up the next day since it's my ESA. She's safe with me. That following weekend I rented a Uhaul and with the help of some really fucking awesome friends we got all my stuff out. I had to get it all out in a 5 hour window, I was only allowed in the back door, and not even allowed past the tile in my old room. All of my stuff was shoved on one side of the room. We packed and loaded everything in an hour and got put before nasty things could be said. During this, I was told I was being dropped of the Auto insurance, which is fine I needed to get my own anyway, but that I still had to pay the nearly $200 bill for a service I wasn't going to get. I refused and said if there was a bill that said I had insurance for that month, I'd gladly pay it. I'm not paying for something I'm not receiving, that's not how insurance works.
Last week, I found out that they sent all my mail back and said that the address unknown. I was told I refused to give my address to have my mail forwarded and the agreement I made to have my mail go there for 2 weeks until everything was switched over was voided. While on the phone with my uncle I told him basically everything I had been thinking and all he said was that if I had a problem to contact the police. He said this knowing full well that he's a retired police officer..
I WAS EVEN TOLD THAT I WASN'T ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO MY OWN MOTHER.
Today, they shut off my phone. They had agreed as long as I paid for my phone bill I would continue to have a working phone. I guess that's just something that 'didn't happen.'
All in all, I guess I'm no longer wanted, needed, or even thought about really.

Posted 9 years agoHey guys, I'm so sorry I've been quite. I recently got hired for a job part time to help with money as fursuit making isn't bringing in as much as I need.
I plan on moving out at the end of September, and this new job will help me with that. Before I do, though, I need to get a car. That's my next goal.
I will be working on the commissions in my queue as fast as I can, while still insuring that quality, while I fight the good fight working in Grocery.

Coco's vet Visits and Bills
Posted 9 years agoI took Coco to the vet and they had to do a lot of blood work testing, once to see if it might be a uti or full on diabetes. Well, it turns out, it's diabetes.
Her vet bill today to get a 5 month supply of insulin, needles, special food, and a sharps box was $256. Her vet bill last week was $240 (I THINK) for all the tests they had to run for the testing her blood. Tomorrows bill will be $80-100 because they're going to give her the insulin and watch her through the day and make sure we're giving her the right amount.
I had enough to pay for the medicine and tests, but my fund are getting extremely low and this just keeps adding up. I just did a background check for a job I may be getting part time, but I will also do fursuit work.
Basically, I'm open for ANY tail commission with 10% off any order of a tail. I'm also open for 2 sets of 2 bandannas for $50 instead of the normal $60 price. This will have your name on front and back in iron on letters, for embroidered names, it's an extra $5 per side.
Please help me out guys, I'm running out of ideas and I can't let my ESA go.... She's been with me for years :C

At my wits end, need to take Coco to the vet
Posted 9 years agoTo make this short and sweet, I think Coco has a UTI. I honestly thought she was just peeing all over my room because I was gone, which she has been known to do. I had talked to my mom about taking out my carpet because maybe she was just smelling herself and just kept peeing there. Well, I just ripped out all my carpet to only find that she's STILL peeing on the floor and I've been home for the past few days.
Basically, I have to take her to the vet, which I'm struggling to do right now. I mentioned on my twitter that after battling court for 3 years for my disability, that I'm just done. I'm out of energy, my lawyer no longer thinks we can win, and I'm loosing my monthly rent and food check. I have barely any extra money until I manage to land a job, I have a really good chance with Target right now but I'm waiting to hear back.
ANY commission at this point will help. I'd rather not take on any more hand sets, but I will if that's the most popular thing right now. I'd much rather take two feet commissions to use my new foamless, larger foot pattern that Keryu gave me, but I'll take ANYTHING to take her to the vet.
I also have these premades up for sale that I would honestly love to let go for super cheap to get it out.

New Phone Bill, Updates on Coco, ect

First things first; on Wednesday I lost my phone in a battle of washing my hands. My phone landed in the sink while I was at trivia, right before I needed the GPS to pick my parents up from the airport. Without it, I managed to get lost three times, twice at a shady ass gas station, and once a a Waffle House. Now, that Waffle House lady who helped me was a God send, without her I would have been lost for much longer than I had. I made it there, it just took me a very long time and that's when I realized how much I rely on my phone.
I have an anxiety disorder, a mood disorder, and a few other things that I would rather not personally share like this. On the way, I had several panic attacks as I was lost in a REALLY bad part of town. If I had had my phone, I would have made it there in one go instead of 3. Thus, I ended up trying to save my phone, but it didn't work. It is currently STILL in a bag of rice but we're pretty sure it's gone. Which means I did not only loose my GPS, I lost all of my emergency contacts, all of my doctors numbers, important pictures, and more.
I went to T Mobile, who I currently have cell service with, and managed to walk out with only paying for a case and a screen protector, but an extra $25 was added onto my monthly bill. This wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't already paying for the phone that is now dead. I got the best phone I could, because not only is it for texting and calling, it's also a major staple in my business. I use it to send pictures to clients, reply to emails on the go, keep track of fur orders, and more.
I ended up with a LG G4, which was roughly $400 without tax. I'm looking to make this money ASAP and pay it off in full as quickly as I can. So I'm opening up a few puffy paw commissions and tail commissions to help cover this cost.

Updates on Cocopuff
I had an appointment with the vet on the 28th, Coco was due for dental work. I had told the vet my concern about her coughing as I didn't know if that was something they could look into before putting her under to clean her teeth. I was told they needed to do some xrays to see if it was possible to still go on with the cleaning. I got a very upsetting call maybe an hour after I dropped her off.
It turns out we couldn't get the dental work done because Coco has a terrible case of asthma that has left one of her lungs 3/4ths of the way collapsed, but everyone was surprised at how well she is breathing with that being said. So what was supposed to be a $300 vet bill turned to a $550 bill very quickly. To make matters worse, she's now on two types of medicine to see if we can open her lungs back up and keep her comfortable. Her medicines are looking to be about $50 a month if the ones we currently have her on will work out for her.
I currently have $350 left from the original $1k that the GoFundMe brought in, $100 less than that, though as that was taken by them for fees. I've still got to have her dental and more work done on her lungs so I'm not sure what I'm going to do right now.

I have cleared out almost all of my owed commissions, there are still many pairs of feet that need to be completed with their ankle, 3 of which are just a few hours left of work.
I have one pair of paws being paid off, then the other pair will be finished tonight. After that I have 3 commissioned heads to finish and one premade to make.

First things first; on Wednesday I lost my phone in a battle of washing my hands. My phone landed in the sink while I was at trivia, right before I needed the GPS to pick my parents up from the airport. Without it, I managed to get lost three times, twice at a shady ass gas station, and once a a Waffle House. Now, that Waffle House lady who helped me was a God send, without her I would have been lost for much longer than I had. I made it there, it just took me a very long time and that's when I realized how much I rely on my phone.
I have an anxiety disorder, a mood disorder, and a few other things that I would rather not personally share like this. On the way, I had several panic attacks as I was lost in a REALLY bad part of town. If I had had my phone, I would have made it there in one go instead of 3. Thus, I ended up trying to save my phone, but it didn't work. It is currently STILL in a bag of rice but we're pretty sure it's gone. Which means I did not only loose my GPS, I lost all of my emergency contacts, all of my doctors numbers, important pictures, and more.
I went to T Mobile, who I currently have cell service with, and managed to walk out with only paying for a case and a screen protector, but an extra $25 was added onto my monthly bill. This wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't already paying for the phone that is now dead. I got the best phone I could, because not only is it for texting and calling, it's also a major staple in my business. I use it to send pictures to clients, reply to emails on the go, keep track of fur orders, and more.
I ended up with a LG G4, which was roughly $400 without tax. I'm looking to make this money ASAP and pay it off in full as quickly as I can. So I'm opening up a few puffy paw commissions and tail commissions to help cover this cost.

Updates on Cocopuff
I had an appointment with the vet on the 28th, Coco was due for dental work. I had told the vet my concern about her coughing as I didn't know if that was something they could look into before putting her under to clean her teeth. I was told they needed to do some xrays to see if it was possible to still go on with the cleaning. I got a very upsetting call maybe an hour after I dropped her off.
It turns out we couldn't get the dental work done because Coco has a terrible case of asthma that has left one of her lungs 3/4ths of the way collapsed, but everyone was surprised at how well she is breathing with that being said. So what was supposed to be a $300 vet bill turned to a $550 bill very quickly. To make matters worse, she's now on two types of medicine to see if we can open her lungs back up and keep her comfortable. Her medicines are looking to be about $50 a month if the ones we currently have her on will work out for her.
I currently have $350 left from the original $1k that the GoFundMe brought in, $100 less than that, though as that was taken by them for fees. I've still got to have her dental and more work done on her lungs so I'm not sure what I'm going to do right now.

Work Updates and Delays IMPORTANT CLIENTS, PLEASE READ
Posted 10 years agoI am extremely behind on work due to many things happening over the past two months.
I lost my grandfather a few days before Christmas and it's still hitting me very hard. We can't have a service for him until March 5th because everyone has to get to FL, myself included.
Cocopuff's vet bills are just kicking my ass and it's leaving me really really on edge because her coughing is just getting worse. You can see more about that and the GoFundMe I've currently got up to help get her to the vet.

I'm Sierra, and this is my cat Cocopuff. Coco came to me in a deep time of need, and I'd do anything to keep her with me and do anything to keep her out of pain.

We adopted her from Angels Among Us right after I got out of the hospital I was staying at for almost a year. When we got her, she was scared of everyone but me and we formed a bond. She follows me all over the house, gets depressed if I leave for a few days, but she always gets super excited when I get back, even if it was just going to the store. She's my unoffical therapy cat and has kept me together for the years I've had her.
Cocopuff currently coughing heavily and after a few trips to the vet we're still not sure what is causing it. We're at the point of needing to have Xrays and many other things done to figure out what is causing the coughing. It's gotten to the point where she's couging several times a day and it seems to get deeper every day. She also needs dental work due to horrible plague due to not knowing originally where she came from.
We were told the coughing migh tbe due to allergies in the Summer, but then it started to get worse and they said it might be asthma. They can't give me a real answer until they get her xrays and whatnot.
However, making costumes isn't helping cut into the costs of making all those vet bills go away. I'm not looking for the entire $1k to be met, even just a little bit would be more than enough to help get her the care she needs.
She means the world to me and I don't want to see her in pain.

Holy Cow, 1k Watchers?? Recovery on Grandpa's Passing

I want to thank each and every one of you for all the watches I've gained over the time I've been here on FA. Without you all here to cheer me on I wouldn't have made it this far!
I'm thinking about holding a raffle soon to help give away some of the tails I've had in the shop for a while, so let me know what you think.
I'm still fighting the battle to regain my normal frame of mind since my grandfather's passing, and it has been extremely hard. I'm working a little more every day so thank you to those of you who've been so wonderful in waiting and offering me a place to talk if I need it. As far as I know, we'll be going down to Florida at the end of January or the start of February to help anyway we can with the rest of the family and spread his ashes as he did not wish to be buried.
I apologize for the delay in shipping, our car had a broken Locknut and the shop we took it to didn't have it in stock so we are currently basically carless until we get that part in. We're not going to take a chance and drive without that there as it helps balance the tire and being a new driver, I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Posted 10 years agoOn 12/13/15 we lost a father, grandfather, and a very kind soul.
He was my last living grandparent and by far the one I was closest to. We didn't know that the last time we saw him in November would be the last time we'd see him, but we still made the best of our time there. It will be hard to let go and accept that he's no long with us, but the good thing is is that he's no longer in pain.
I watched him go from a very healthy, happy, and strong to a thin, fragile, but still equally as happy older man. We shared a lot of happy memories and some not so happy ones, but the time I spent with him was the best time I ever had with a grandparent.
He'll be with his wife again, wherever he believes that might be. Whether it be heaven, a new life, or what have you, we all know that they're happy and together once again. Rest in piece, GawGaw.
I will be a little behind on work while the family and I all grieve his death, but I will try to keep everyone updated on their commission.
Thank you.

Back from Family Emergency.
Posted 10 years agoI just got back from the family emergency we had in FL last night around midnight.
Grandpa is doing much better, we've gone to great lengths to fall proof his house and to just making living a little easier for him. He now has bars in the bathroom/shower, an extended toilet seat (That shit was $70. DAMN), and we've got nurses to check on him everyday/bring him meals on wheels. Things are looking good, but they were unable to do the surgery for the large 'Spaghetti" like blood clot that's in his leg. Doctors thought it would be more dangerous to remove it as the chances he'd have to loose his leg were too high, and because of his age, we're all worried he wouldn't make it back from the surgery.
It was extremely painful to leave, seeing as he's the only grandparent I have left and he lives alone. I'm always scared that that'll be the last time I'll ever see him, as trips to Florida aren't easy to come by. 9 hour drive to get there and then 10 hours back, due to all the rain we had.
I will be resuming work on Monday. My serger is still in the shop, we're not sure if it'll be back in time for MFF so we're going to look at a replacement later today. There's current a 2 to 4 week wait for repairs due to them being back logged.
Currently working on all the MFF deadlines as well as a digi body/tail/feet set for Mel.

Emergency Family Illness, Possible FL trip
Posted 10 years agoI just learned today that my grandfather is back in the ICU for his blood clots. There are three in his lung area and one in his leg, worst of all, they can't operate to remove them. He's coughing up blood and in a lot of pain.
I'm currently trying to find a way to go and see him because we're 90% sure this is it for him. Currently, flights are over $200 one way, I don't do buses, so my uncle, stepdad, and myself will be driving. We're hoping that my uncle has room for both of us in his truck, and if not we have to rent a car to drive that far. I want to be able to help out with gas, I can cover my food, that's no problem, it's just the gas.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to go but right now everything is in the air until my aunt gets there to figure out what to do. If it's fatal, I WILL be going, no matter what. This man means so much to me, I want to be there in his final moments, even if it's just to hold his hand or tell him I love him. He was more of a grandfather to me than anyone else, and I'm not even blood family. He always let me stay with him on trips to FL so I didn't have to get a hotel.

Grandfather Update
Posted 10 years agoI just learned he is moving into an apartment. He has a horrible blood infection and was back in the ICU due to a horrible fall. I will not be heading down to Florida to help move him as I have too much work to do here, however, my stepfather is heading down on the first to help as much as he can.
I've decided not to go this time to help because of work and I want to save and have the money for when he needs me there the most, ie toward the end. He and I are at an understanding with this and he has actually asked me not to come down because he sees my business as my priority and understands that I don't have a lot of free cash to pay for trips there and back often.
I love him to death and it hurts me to see him in so much pain, but we're doing everything in our power to make him comfortable while we wait. He's ready to go be with his wife again, and it just pains me to see him waiting for his body to waste away to go and see her again. Many of you may not know he is not my blood grandfather, but I view him as that

New Queue Location

I've noticed I have a VERY bad habit of updating my Google Docs queue, so I've made a new one I can alter and add pictures to directly from my phone/internet. This also allows me to add in all the details needed on the projects as well as have them easily viewed by all of you.
There are labels, refs, and constant updates there from now on. This will help me better communicate with all of you as well as keep track of everything I'm doing. Most projects have a 'paid/fur ordered' next to them without a 'started working' as I do wait for FULL PAYMENT before I begin working.

DeadlinesThe seller so chooses if a deadline is doable or not; If the seller so feels that the deadline is unreasonable it will be declined. If there is a mutual understanding and terms are agreed upon the seller may so conduct a deadline. The seller has the right to change or terminate the deadline if payment or materials are not received. The seller will contact the buyer and will give a formal description and reason for the delay or termination of the deadline.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, it is not the sellers responsibility. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally or rushed. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. Certain products may be picked up locally or during set events/meet-ups.
Refund/Return PolicyItems are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent after a complaint has been filed as well as proof of damage or a description of the items condition. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
Cancellation- An item may be cancelled, though rights to a refund may vary, please contact at Error.Factor@yahoo.com. This cancellation must be set prior to completion of the product placed on order.
- The Seller has the right to deny any services; a formal description of why will be given.
a. If payment has been sent the amount agreed upon that is non-refundable will be held and what is not within the allocated amount will be returned.
