I really need to keep going to therapy

I've been feeling more and more suicidal and have been relying heavily on therapy. It's getting so bad, if I can't afford therapy, I'm checking if my insurance covers inpatient services bc I'm worried I'll try to attempt sui since I've fallen into those bad habits. Please note me if you are interested in comms, I really need the money
