I need help for learn English ^^

I don't know if you already know but I'm learning English for 2 months and I still need help for progress in this language. I don't know yet how do RP because I have yet difficulties with the grammar, like the conditional tense, and I need have more friends who want talk with me for help me to progress, because English is very my first priority at this moment.
If you want to help me, go ahead and you can add me on Skype for talking with me. I really need your help, please. ^^

Since two months now, I learn English by talking with some persons who live in USA or in other countrys and who don't speak French, my native language. Even if I have progressed since this two months, my level is not enough good yet and I need still the translator sometimes. Though, I can listen My Little Poney in English with the subtitiles in English. I understand not all the subtelity but I can catch the essential.
If you feel patient and if you would like help me in english, I would be very happy that add you in my friends and talking with you for practice my English. ^^
