I'm going to be banning the posting of my artwork to twitter (not retroactively)!
Elon Musk is an unrepentant plantar wart.

Now the full story! I've deleted everything off of my twitter, except for a few things telling people where they can find me, and I'll occasionally be back there to siphon people out of that hell site run by the worlds richest skid mark.

If you're behind on it, here's the short version:
Twitter is actively malicious to artists and run by a parasite intent on turning what was once the town square into his own personal toy and Nazi site, and Bluesky is currently the #1 social media app.

Now here's the long version.
Elon, since being in charge has proven he's a vapid incompetent. Here's a list of things that has happened under his governance:


Elon being advertiser friendly
- He implemented a system to pay for a blue check mark because he paid double what Twitter was worth and he wanted his money back.
- Initially that was going to be $20 then someone talked him down to $8 publicly
- Business like Eli Lilly lose millions in stock because the newly blue checkmarks imitating these big companies made people think that Eli Lilly promised to make insulin free
- Advertisers have fled because of this and also he told them to "fuck off" (They were fleeing before due to their ads being right next to Nazi posts as well but y'know)
- He's trying to sue advertisers for conspiracy to "mass boycott". This is of course after he told them all to fuck off on live television.


Elon the free speech absolutist
- Elon implements a "you have to call yourself a parody account" protocol (free speech absolutist, remember)
- Elon makes "cis" a slur (free speech absolutist)
- Elon implements "freedom of speech not freedom of reach" protocol, which is just shadowbanning, which is exactly what Twitter was doing before and what "certain" people were complaining about (free speech absolutist)
- Before all this Elon claimed he wanted to buy the site because he is a free speech absolutist
- Elon changes doxxing rules in order to ban twitter account Elonjet which tracked his private jet's location using publicly available flight data (so not doxxing)
- Elon throttles and shadowbans "adult content"
- Elon throttles any posts that link to other sites and threatened to ban anyone who did, but stepped down from that position after being told it violated anti-trust laws and tried to remove all evidence of them ever having tried to do that. Now your post just gets throttled in viewership


Elon the business genius
- Fires essentially all of his moderation staff on twitter and those who weren't fired, quit.
- Tries to bring them back but says they have to be "harcore"

- Rebrands the most recognizable social media brand to a letter of the alphabet.
- Tries to remove the twitter sign on twitter's building, but didn't get the appropriate licenses or whatever and is forced to stop midway
- Instead puts a giant light up "X" on the roof which blasts flood light into what looks like an apartment complex.
- The giant windcatching X is weighed down with fucking sandbags
- Runs a poll asking "Convert Twitter SF HQ into a homeless shelter since no one shows up anyway." (This was of course during the literal pandemic that killed millions)

- Elon changes the block function so that people you block can still see your posts. (This effectively means that if you're an artist or a public figure, you have to leave yourself open to secondhand harassment, or throttle all growth on your twitter by privating your account)
- Lies about their trans child to fellow alleged human, Jordan Peterson. Elon's trans child has Elon blocked. (Not entirely convinced this and the last are unrelated and Elon just did this so they could keep being a creep to their trans child)

- Removes the "opt-out" ability from your posts, and images, and personal information to be scraped and sold or used for AI training (I mean before all of this he was just using memes he stole from people while intentionally cropping out their names so they wouldn't get the credit, so this at least was not an unforeseen happening)
Correction: The "opt out" ability is still there, (Settings -> Privacy and Safety -> Grok, and then uncheck the box), the trouble as I see it spawns from Twitter's updated TOS. >>> "By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to make your Content available to the rest of the world,” the terms of service said, which includes the right to analyze any of that content “including, for example, for use with and training of our machine learning and artificial intelligence models, whether generative or another type."

-Refused to abide by Brazil's anti-misinformation policies (So put in place after a literal insurrection attempt was organized on and election lies circulated on social media like twitter) and as a result twitter got blocked in Brazil (Brazil is twitter's 5th biggest user... well was twitter's 5th biggest user)
- Elon said he would not be bullied into compliance and censorship and got in a public slap fight with Brazil's Supreme Federal Court judge Alexandre de Moraes
- Elon capitulated to Turkey's (Erdogan's) demands to censor some information on twitter during an election cycle in the country back in 2023 (and by all reports a pretty close election too)
- Elon capitulates to Brazil banning insurrectionists from the website, and appointing a legal representative to Brazil


Elon the inevitable canker sore (politician)
- Elon throws his hat into the ring to support Donald publicly and financially
- Elon offers a $1 million dollar giveaway with his "America PAC" as a prize to registered voters who vote for Donald Trump in swing states (WOW That's SO fucking illegal)
- Is assigned as the head of the new Department of Government Efficiency (Which to me reads like assigning Lauren Bobert as the lead for Department of Theatre Cleanliness but whatever)
- That department then immediately gets TWO leaders (might as well fill it with as many useless people as possible, really sink in the irony, I mean after all, this is just a grift to siphon more money away from the working class)

I put all of this here, because when I bring up any one of these issues I run into a certain reasoning that I don't care for: "It's only one small thing. It's not the end of the world." A notion, I both agree with and disagree with. I agree, if you take each of these things that happened over the course of the 3 years Elon has been in charge of Twitter, barring a few, they are not quote "the end of the world." But consider this quote: "YES CARLA, THEY'RE EACH ONE MISTAKE BUT WHEN YOU ADD EM ALL TOGETHER IT'S LIKE A MILLION MISTAKES!" -J.D. from Scrubs

All of this to say, Elon is not someone I ever want to support, even accidentally or implicitly. He has proven that he is not a good leader for a business, he's not even competent. He has one skill, and that's being a hype man for the businesses he owns so that his overpromising can siphon public and government funding away from businesses and enterprises that do what he tries doing but successfully. Let's not even get into the whole hyperloop scandal that siphoned money away from public transit, or having a guy in a robot suit dance on stage to promise what his robots would be able to do in the far off future of... 2018. Well it's 2024 now, I wonder how his robots are doing... eh I'll look it up later.

SO WHAT HAPPENS NOW
Well, if you've been to my twitter, you'll see, all of the tweets are gone, barring the few I've mentioned before. I have no intention of ever posting my art there again, because it'll just be stolen. To be clear, things that were there are still in twitters system and can be used as Elon sees fit, but going forward, it won't be getting a thing from me. Deleting your posts off of there, won't take them out of twitters records, however it might do a good deal in hurting twitter's search recommendations in internet search optimizations. Something it will definitely do, is inspire people to move elsewhere because the work they like to see won't be there anymore and a lot of artists have already done this, using tweetxer and other mass deletion scripts. Fun fact, Elon hasn't even touched the branding on your own personal archive so the html you download will have all twitter branding instead of X.

Furthermore, I'll also be implementing a new policy for my commissions. An "anti-twitter-posting" policy. The point of deleting my work off of that site and never posting again is to avoid twitter's AI scraping. That's kind of pointless if those who commission me, are still posting the art that I do for them on twitter anyway. SO, for all future commissions I will either be going full "not allowed to post to twitter" policy or "Allow me to glaze and blur the image so you can post a shitty version to twitter with a link to the real one over on bluesky" policy. So I've had a thought that's been sticking in my brain lately. For the past few years I've done work that is mostly stuff I'd call "big thinky" content; Stuff that has deep personal meaning for both myself and the commissioner. I'd talk with them about the themes of their idea, what their relationship to their character is, talking with them about problems they're having right now and how that might relate to the picture in question. After several years of that, a funny pattern happened. I would wake up, think about how I needed to work on that picture, and I would either go back to sleep, or do busy work like cleaning my room or watering/ learning about plants. Eventually, this made me grind almost to a halt art wise. The fact that I couldn't get to the canvas to do my job, and the fact that I'd recently stopped streaming due to anxiety attacks because I didn't set proper emotional boundaries, was not doing me any favors in beating the "lazy" allegations I would make at myself.

So a problem needed solving. What was happening at the canvas that would make me procrastinate? What I didn't want to think was that this kind of content was something that I couldn't produce anymore. "I'm making work that's meaningful to people! Work that they'll look back on and remember how they used to feel or how they overcame a problem in their lives. If I'm not doing work like that, is this even worth it?"

To be clear, I've got no problem drawing the peepis and vagooter but by no means is it ALL I want to draw, and clearly I can't just draw only emotional work either, but doing art has this weird quality. The more of a certain type of art that you do, the more you tend to get commissioned for it. That's what people see, so that's what they ask for. Over the past few days I've realized I'm capable of drawing pinpong and vegita much faster than I am capable of completing the more thoughtful ones. I mean obviously right? You're not second guessing your artistic choices as much because your choices have fewer consequences. Now more art of one type poses a problem going forward, but we'll get to that.

Doing art slowly like this also gives you more time to think, and my thoughts aren't always kind. The fact that I was doing art slowly, constantly gave my negative thoughts fertile soil to grow in, as it led to many a problem (or perceived problem) with people in my life: commissioners, roommates, friends, relationships. Obviously, the solution is to do the art faster, so I have more personal little victories to keep my ego high enough that I get out of bed! But I can't just force myself to be in the right headspace to do a deep meaningful piece and if I'm not in that headspace, the work I do will suffer and a piece like that deserves better. The problem is clarified: "I'm not the type of person who can ONLY do work like this, as it puts me in an environment that let's my worse thoughts flourish."

SO I had a thought... well okay more like I accidentallied my way into it. I took time to redraw an old sketch piece I did for Mono (which I just posted), and turned it into a painting, and I turned it around in a single day. Like... 4 hours. "WOAH!" thought I. "That's amazing." said others. "Reaganomics!" was a thought I had while doing this bit and snorted. And THEN I had a thought. If I can turn these around quickly, I'll be able to take as much time as I need on the bigger thinky pieces without having to rush them for rent. Don't get me wrong, I'm not about to put anything less than my full ass into a piece, but I do need to put a limiter somewhere, otherwise I'm back to putting days into a painting and being depressed again. So I set a limit for a day to be spent on each of these "Quickies" and I took some on over at bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/tinydragon.art I gotta say, I know little victories are what keep us going, but I wasn't expecting to feel this much better about myself, and with the separation I get from big thinky, the better I can perform on them. Everything seems great! Perfectly balanced.

Then like all good things, my brain ruined it by having a thought. Remember when I was talking about how the more of a thing you post, the more people tend to want that from you? Well, if I do more art of a certain type, then I'll have more of that art to post. The balance would not sustain itself and I might eventually be back to rarely having anything but NSFW work, and there was a reason I wanted to pull away from that a while ago, so I could make time for more emotional work. It's artistic snack food. Fun to do on occasion, even often, but if it's all I'm doing, I'm left unfulfilled. Soooo what to do?
- I could make another profile for peonies and viburnums across all platforms, putting more work on myself.
- I could just not post the prepositions and verbs, which leaves my galleries vacant and infrequently updated, along with there just not being one place for people to see that work, and thus it doesn't get commissioned because people won't know that I do it.
- I could risk just posting it anyway and trust the my reputation as someone who puts effort into the emotional aspects of my work will carry me through, while also overcoming the emotional whiplash of seeing one piece of work depicting someone's struggle with depression and panic attacks, followed by someone breasting boobily.
- I could inject this quickie mindset into other works I do like my smoochagrams and try to give those single day turnarounds, which would help balance out the party-rockin and vibranium with the emotional work. This would also reduce the price of smoochagrams seeing as I'd be spending less time with them.
- Time is the main factor here so I could also just do emotional work that would only take a day, but that work isn't the type that lends itself to being talked about and having a piece of work done about it in a single day. On top of that I would once again lose my balance.
- I could just stop caring an- PFFTT hah! No, not happening.

All of these are, of course, business questions that I'll have to ask myself. I just don't have the answers right now, but for the sake of honesty, I wanted to share my thoughts with you all. The answer I do have right now, is that I'm happier than I've been in a while, and I'd like to sustain it, as it makes me not only a better person, but a better artist. A little bit of dicks and a little bit of emotional honesty. I'm a silly possum, doing silly drawings, but sometimes ones that are also emotional. I need that balance. Something that I did start to think, talking with people about their feelings and how they were hurt, is that everything is highly consequential. It's not untrue, but it did convince me to take on the big emotional problems of the world all the time. After all, if the problems aren't being addressed they're just getting worse and you never know when someone is truly on the edge. I still want to do work like that, but I can't do that all the time. It forces me to take everything far too seriously. I'm not batman, I'm a possum. A silly possum. Things aren't always bad, but I'd like to provide a place where people can come and talk about the bad things (and the good things too) and get art about it when they are, and at the same time, I'd like to give my brain a rest and talk with someone about how they REALLY wanna get plowed with a building sized shlongus. However I handle this going forward, I can't thank you all enough for considering me when getting a commission, and for my commissioners unending patience with me figuring myself out! Being a part of this fandom has made my life better and I'm happy you all include me in it. Be well, and do good things.

I don't care about money. It's the one thing where "number go brr" hasn't effected how I act in any way other than making what I need to live. This is a good thing and a bad thing: Good because I'm not motivated to make more money above all other things, but bad because it's never been a point of focus for me as a self employed person. Wanting to keep my prices low so that most everyone can afford them has been a goal of mine, but it came with a cost and I hope to explain that cost to you now and why I can no longer just eat that cost anymore. My intent here isn't to encourage a feeling of sympathy, but to help you all out there understand why I'm increasing my prices, and outline the unforeseen consequences of not charging a reasonable fee, which hopefully will encourage others to do the same! I hope I do a good job with this here abridged version! Any questions are welcome as I'm personally excited to share my own journey!

So, not charging properly comes with a few consequences, not many of which you'd expect at the outset, and when I started this whole art thing way back in 201̷̢̨̩͖̫̖̮̮̰͉̞̄͋̾͝͠͝3̸̢̺̙̤̮̣̤̫̯̋̀̃̈́́͛͆̑̈́̅̀͜ there were things like inflation, equipment repair, medical expenses, etc that I didn't plan for, let alone emergencies and until now I haven't given it much more thought. The only thing I ever had was next month's expenses. Paycheck to paycheck. Well things get more expensive overtime, and while it's not one to one, my prices remained generally the same, priced with the same mentality, that "everyone deserves art". I still believe that so desperately but I can't survive with that mentality alone anymore, and thanks to my friends encouragement and advice along with no small bit of research with what current rates are, and my commissioners keeping me alive with their VERY generous tips up to this point, I will be increasing my prices. I want to be able to keep my promises again, when I say I'll draw gifts for my friends. I want to take breaks and play Deep Rock Galactic with my friends again and not worry about it affecting how much I make. I want a doctor and a therapist to help fix what broke after 5 years of this*. I want to stop having my savings account be a count down timer. I want to come back to my computer every day and love art again, because I've gotten time away from it and can bring new life experiences into my paintings. I still want as many people as possible to access my art, but I also have to want to support myself as well. Thank you, everyone who's constantly told me that, and sorry it took me so long to realize how badly I was treating myself.

So way back when like Elementary School days for me, we had this thing that we did on Valentine's Day where the students would buy lolligrams for each other, which were just like lollipops that were handed out. It was just like a social event for the students to like show each other they cared. At the time, I thought it was sharing love because I was a dumb six year old who didn't care about socializing so much, so I didn't participate because I didn't literally love anyone in my class! Knowing who I am now, I don't know, that's funny to me!

But yeah so that was like the initial inspiration for this project which is now within single digits of being 200 images deep. I want these smoochagrams to be little moments where two (or more) people share a moment of love for each other and even if the feelings that inspired it don't last, it's something small that's worth recalling that reminds us of what we owe to each other. A little care, a little support, a little recognition of what's worth protecting in each other.

That's what they are, and I'd like to take a little time to express what they aren't since I've had some situations where people have misinterpreted their purpose. They are not:
- apologies to people whom you've wronged
- icebreakers for people you don't know
- fantasy fulfillment for people who've explained their feelings to you but you want a intimate drawing with them anyway (like seriously. A character design could be the most idealized version of themself and just imagine what that does to someone when they see their character with you, when they've already told you they don't see you that way)

Hey there! Wow it's been almost half a year since I updated this account! Though I'm coming on back slowly! So to start an update:

I apologize for my incredible lack of updates and communication and uploading. Hopefully I haven't alienated anyone, and if I haven't answered any messages or notes please know that it wasn't due to any secretly harbored ill feelings towards you. I have just been so easily overwhelmed lately. Partially due to my own laziness, partially due to my own lack of conviction. But this is my job and I need to be more responsible with it. I don't want to promise more frequent updates because I don't want to make a promise I don't know that I can keep, but at least I'd like you guys to know that I will be putting more into my work from here on out. That may require that I be more.... conservative with my responses to messages that aren't business related! Just know that I will eventually get to them if you leave me a message! I really want my art to be profitable and up to this point I have just barely been scraping by. All that is on me to fix honestly, I just wanted to be up front with you guys about this. So thank you all for being patient with me as I took this.... semi-hiatus!

Next on the agenda, my method of taking on commissions will be altered slightly! Instead of having a certain number of commission slots, I will be offering available hours instead! This will prevent me from taking on TOO GODDAMN MUCH unexpectedly resulting in these beautiful little gaps in activity that I've become known for! Secondly, I will be asking for a 50% up front payment on commissions! You can still reserve slots! I'll just need the 50% payment before I get started on your commission.

Next next on the agenda, I will be opening up for commissions today! WHAT!? But what about your AC and FAU commissions?! Don't worry I have a daily time slot exclusively devoted to my commissions from AC and FAU! As far as I'm concerned, getting those commissions out to you is my top priority! BUT I have so few left I am ready to take on new painting commissions in tandem! This month I will be opening up for 60 hours worth of commissions!

So if you follow me, you recently saw my latest post being of the limited persuasion and supplying a link to my Patreon! So some of you might logically conclude, "Hey this guy has a Patreon now." To which I would say something sarcastic and further embed in your minds the fact that I am an asshole! But some of you might be questioning what exactly I intend to do with my Patreon, how exactly I'm going to be going about it and what this means for you as a viewer.

What is this Charity Stream?

So I and a bunch of my artist friends got the idea to do a charity stream that will be lasting all day. The basic premise is to keep the stream going 24 hours, starting tomorrow morning 8AM EST, by cycling artists in and out on picarto.TV, which has a multistream feature! We already have a pretty good line up but we are still looking for more artists to fill up certain time slots! If you are an artist and would like to contribute to the charity stream, then please contact me through the note system on FA!

Where is the money going?

The organization we will be donating to is Equality Florida Action, Inc. via their gofundme page. https://www.gofundme.com/PulseVictimsFund They are an organization covered by Internal Revenue Code Section 501 © (4) which basically labels them a non-profit organization, which has existed since 2014. It is, in my opinion, a reputable organization that can be trusted to send the money where it says it will. The GoFundMe page reads that the money will be going to the families of the victims.

How will this charity work?

Each artist will be free to implement their own system for the charity. This means it could range from picking a random name from a list of donors and choosing one person, to doing a sketch for everyone who donates. I personally will be attempting the latter but you could probably see how that could quickly become overwhelming. We'll see how it works and will play it by ear.

Donations should all be sent to the Equality Florida GoFundMe page. If you could then let us know in the Picarto chat that you sent a donation of $x we will add your name to the list of people we will be including in our respective raffles or charity lists to have work done for them. (Whisper us if you're embarrassed or modest! Picarto chat can do that!)

We will also be keeping a tally of how much we raised to be broadcast at the end of the stream.

Alternatively, for those who do not have credit cards or prefer to not use GoFundMe, both (8AM to 8PM) and (8PM to 8AM) will accept donations to their Paypal account, which will then be sent to the charity via the account holder's card. If donating through Paypal, please include your name and an "I'm Donating!" message on a note at the time you make the exchange. Please keep receipts of your transaction in order to be eligible for rewards from various artists throughout the event, and thank you for the time, love, and efforts that help make our community a true family!

However we do highly encourage any SFW pictures to be shown to spread the word of this event and maximize the amount we raise for this charity.

Alright guys hear me out. Let me preface this wall of text and dumb illustration with the very true statement, I've sincerely loved these past few years and all the people I've had the opportunity to talk to and be around.

That being said, something's got to change. It's been about 2 years that art has been my primary income and through no one else's fault but mine I've only managed to get by, living paycheck to paycheck. And I've come to find the issue is with my character.

So why am I telling you guys this instead of just doing what I plan on doing? Well my first step in doing this is limiting social media and by proxy how much I socialize with you all. Less internet, talking, and distraction, more art and time for self reflection and changing who I am to be better. I'm also aware that I have a little bit of a following and in telling you all my plans, I hope I prevent any worrying that might happen among you all. There's no need to worry. I'm not fine right now, but I will be. I appreciate any well wishes in advance but please don't be upset if I don't respond.

Alrighty then! So news for the past few weeks... hmm.. Well let's see, Commissions have been going well, I'm on the path to get a new cell phone which I assure you Verizon has been making excessively difficult, and my mentorship with is going incredibly well. I'm learning from lots of different artists both inside and outside the furry community, and I've never felt more like an artist.

Now as far as news for the future goes, I'll let you in on things that I'm planning as far as the furry community goes. There is a list of conventions I intend to go to. They involve Iluxcon, Furpocalypse, and MFF. Whether I'll ACTUALLY be going or not will all be up to how much money I can make by then. And to that end I've made a short term goal. What I'd like to do is be able to bring my savings account back up to $1k before any of these cons. And if I'm unable I highly doubt I'll go. Now as far as actually dealing at these cons that's all a matter of whether or not I have my table planned out, prints available, and any novel ideas to make available for the cons specifically.

If you can't catch me at cons you may be able to catch prints of my work! I am currently in the process of working with Inked Fur Prints to make my artwork available at most cons even if I'm not there! Only time will tell if anything will come of this but I've got high hopes and the experience will always be beneficial to me! I hope you guys like the stuff that I make with Inked Fur! So you guys know I'm one of those pretentious types who gets an art boner from seeing things incredibly well done from people who have obviously taken a few classes on artwork and know the general theories and rules behind making a piece good, right? I can say definitively that 's work satisfies all of these qualifications. Not just good at color theory, shape dynamics, and idea generation, but excellent at rendering VERY clearly what it is that he/she wanted to draw. Her work has these nice crisp edges that I envy greatly. Do yourself a favor and get a commission from This person definitely knows what they're doing!

Advice for the Growing Artist

A new section that I'm testing out in these journals. Though I doubt many people would read this far but we'll find out!

So we all know what off days are. They are those days that are occasionally given for us to recover from the grind of the shit we have to deal with in daily work! It's not until working for myself as an artist that I realized how important these days off are and how, as an artist or a musician or anyone who winds up being their own boss, important these days are. I remember this notion coming to me as I was walking back from Wal-Mart listening to music getting my zen on when my thoughts turned to that of me having this day off. (It's a relatively new thing for me and I think about new things I do very often) I thought to myself, it's nice to have this time to sit back and think and tune the rest of the world out. Just get away from the internet and into my own head and look at what I've done and where I'm going. It was around here that I hit a pretty striking revelation.

Taking a day off, is almost exactly like taking a lecture class in college (Thinking about things). And days you're doing things are more lab like classes (doing those things). It was at this point that I understood a small depth of the importance of giving yourself a day off. It's not just a time for you to recover. It's a time for self analysis and seeing where you've been and coming to terms with where you're going and if that's even the right direction for you. It's important that you have these days where the entire world is gone from you and you have just yourself and your thoughts. Take a walk outside. Get away from everything you know and everything that might draw your attention. And just take a relaxed think about yourself. Who you are. Who you'd like to be.

BUT there's a danger there. You can't give yourself too many days off. Otherwise you'd get nothing done! So exactly "how" do you know when you should or shouldn't give yourself days off. Some people feel bad about giving themselves days off because they've been told lots of things like, "Get a real job", or "your work isn't that hard", or "this artist works harder than you so you should work at least as hard." All of this has coalesced into many artists starting up setting standards that are too high to meet and giving up because they feel they aren't cut out for it. Please understand, you are giving yourself to art when you draw. Throwing in your time and effort and care and love. Your work is just as legitimate as the bitter person working at McDonalds who told you, you don't do "real work". And you, just like them, need to take a break from it. When you don't, you suffer burnout and grow to hate the thing you do because it begins to feel like a grind. But back to the crux of things how does one give oneself days off? A good rule of thumb, if you've ever worked in retail is to go off those types of schedules. Working a few days in a row and then giving yourself a day off rarely ever giving yourself two days off in a row. It's important to remain in the habit of a good work ethic. And it takes two days in succession to throw off a blooming work habit! It is also important to experiment and find what works for you. This model doesn't work for everyone, and it's okay if it doesn't work for you. You just need to find the time o come up with a method that works for you. But remember too much thinking is just as much of a bad thing as too much working is. Give yourself time to think, give yourself time to work, and if it's right for you, it's right for you and don't let anyone make you think that that's a bad thing.

So it's about that time of year again!Time for me to dive headfirst into my commission list and borderline depression in a rush to get my commission list done! I take lots of comfort in the fact that I won't be able to get it done! YAAAAAAY! It's liberating in a way! But enough about hypothetical reasons to fire my psychologist! Let's move on to news! AS EVERYONE knows, the world's largest hub for the gathering of the feggits is coming up! ANTHROCON! YES! Time to get really sleep deprived, drink all night, and dance with people I've never even met before! So pretty much par for the course of my daily life!

It's rare that I find an artist that is just all around fantastic. It's even more rare for that artist to completely blow me out of the water with their artwork. I make no exaggeration when I say is probably the most stylistically appealing artist I've seen here on FA. His streamlining of objects into simple shapes, yet still remaining entirely unique is beyond breathtaking. At an average commission rate of $40-$60 this illustrator is more than worth paying for.

Hello again! It's been a while. I've been super busy these past few weeks. What with commissions, projects, upcoming AC, etc. It's been really fun. Being always busy. Being productive! It's pretty great. Had some ups and downs, was sick for a while there, but now I'm better.

So what's next? Well I have some things I need to take care of for AC. Editing the poster, making business cards, and even a little personal project! BUT I do still need to make money so for this weekend from Saturday noon to Monday noon, I will be open. I do need to apologize though. I did promise it would be open from 8AM Saturday to 8AM Monday but I had a late night and I was irresponsible. I apologize.

I also have a new commission type open. They are called Study Sketches. They will be $30. Basically how they work is I take your character and I choose most of the details. What I want to study, the pose, how much time I spend. (I always spend at least 2 hours on these which would otherwise be $40)

Hello everyone,
Nothing much new has been going on for these past few weeks. Drawing, eating, sleeping, furrying. Pretty SOP. Only real thing I have as far as news goes is that I'll be going to Fur the' More that's located in Balti- ... Oh... wait not it's in the DC area now? But it's still called Fur the More... That makes no sense. Oh well whatevs. I'm still going. Not gonna boycott the con just because it changed locations and kept the name, you know... like a complete asshole would. I hope to see you all there!

In further news, I've almost worked down my list! [bold]Commissions will be opening again soon[/bold] This time I will be open for two days and accepting all applications within that time. (Yes I am insane. Quiet you!) I'll be opening Tuesday Morning and closing Wednesday night so get those ideas going!
