BIG Changes?
Posted 3 years agoI apologize FAnFA has been on a bit of a hiatus! The group has gone through some fundamental changes in its overall organization. Our sort of leader opted (respectfully) to use their talents in other avenues of media, but left FAnFA in the hands of the rest of the team. Some of the members followed that guy, so our group leadership has diminished some, but that's not bad! At first, we were working towards a sort of recovery with the admins we had left, but in all honesty, it is down to me. I used to only be the prime author on the page's writing, but now I organize the whole group! I hope you'll bear with me as I get a handle on things here. Additionally, I hope you'll bear with me if some of my media tastes leach into the page ^^' I'll try to keep it fairly neutral, but some things can't be helped at times. All in all, thank you for your patience as these changes have occurred!
Drives? Inquiries and Interests!
Posted 3 years agoSo during and after our most recent game, we've had a fair number of furs ask us if we do "drives" or themed games. The concept of a drive is relatively new to everyone here on the team, but after a little research, it did look like something we could accomplish! But just to make sure our understanding is as clear as can be, we were hoping to get insight from all of you! How would you all explain a "drive" of any sort to us? Is it something you would like to see? If so, do you have any suggestions? I know we've asked about ideas in the past, and we are still keeping that is consideration for future games, but we like hearing back from you all with your different ideas and backgrounds.
Additionally, like our community, our team comes from a rich pool of backgrounds, so different members on our team will have better understandings of different ideas. If our communications seem to differ in tone quite a bit, that is the reason why. But regardless, we do hope to hear from you all!

Game Theme Ideas? Please Share!
Posted 3 years agoYou've probably noticed that our specialty on FAnFA is centered on standard fantasy themes akin to Dungeons and Dragons and other RPGs of the like. It's the area we're most familiar with, but it has been brought to our attention that some people may have interest in other thematic elements for our games. We wanted to hear your thoughts on that! We've received a few messages suggesting style or fantasy themes for future games, but we'd be interested to hear more thoughts from you too! In the past, we've coordinated some pretty unique thematic scenarios amongst friend groups, so don't be shy to share even the craziest idea! We'd love to hear it!

Fursona Thoughts! Share your ideas!
Posted 3 years agoMany furries have their own OCs or fursonas. Do you think I need one here? Been seeing plenty of neat art and themes, so we thought having a face to represent us might not hurt. On that note, what do YOU think the fursona for FAnFA would look like? Anything from shape, size, species, and more, we want to hear your thoughts!

Joining
If you see a Recruitment post, navigate to the original post and follow the instructions in the submission information to join. These do not have a cost and are available on a first-come-first-served basis. If selected, please be prepared to provide a visual reference for yourself.
Assignment
Different games will have different levels of randomness. Instructions will list if we need specific details to add you to our roster, but please understand that when participating, not every aspect of the game's variety will be at your selection, but instead up to chance.
Agency
As a bit of agency for players, they will be allowed to trade items with another willing player in the party. All players must agree to the trade in which they are involved and must be confirmed prior to the posting of the next daily post.
Completion
Free Contests are generally endurance games and are scored arcade style. The top three scoring teams will be listed HERE.
RAFFLES
Joining
Per our TOS, you MUST be 18+ to join a Raffle. Recruitment is otherwise similar to Free Contests. These are no purchase necessary conditions; alternate method of entry includes producing a piece of visual or written media (i.e. image or 1200-word narrative) and submitting them to us. You retain rights to the creative works, but we retain rights to the creative foundation. We will as permission prior to sharing any AMOEs presented to us.
Participation
These contests are Coliseum-style battle royales conducted via chance. There are no Pay2Win strategies included. Players may opt to select starting aspects for a fee on a first-come-first-served basis.
Completion
The final participant will be crowned the winner and recognized HERE. Winners will also be contacted to appropriately distribute prizes.
COMMUNITY RULES
Our community is approximately in the rating range of E10/T/PG-13. Please use language appropriate for that scale of media and treat each other with respect.

The TERMS OF SERVICE are a living document. Any listed criteria may be subject to change with or without notice. Those with paid transactions during a change will have the TOS at the time of the transaction honored until completion of the commission.

All ages are welcome to join the Free Games/Contests we host. If we are hosting a Raffle or you are interested in a commission, you MUST be 18+ in order to participate with no exceptions.
Payments
We accept payments through Ko-fi for any of our paid content. We will not accept alternate forms of payment at this time, so we please ask that you use the tools available to everyone if you wish to send funds. If you win a Raffle, you will be subject to only the prize we offered at the beginning. No alternate prizes or redemptions will be made available. We run a no purchase necessary page and have alternate methods of entry available as well. Producing visual media in the context of our game universe or producing a 99-word narrative in that respect also qualify individuals as eligible entrants.
Refunds
Due to the small values exchanged, we will not issue refunds on our transactions. Please be wary of this if you have any concerns. The ONLY exception to this is on private game commissions: if a refund is requested, we will work with the commissioner to arrange fair compensation.
Timeline
Our goal is to post daily updates on our page. However, we cannot guarantee perfect consistency in our posts. In the event of any missed posts, we will attempt to make up lost time by increasing our daily post amount.
Media Ownership
Our game process was designed using free assets. FAnFA does not own assets used in our posts, but we retain rights to the format in which they are employed here. Additionally, our format is inspired by similar styles of games/pages from prior experiences and peers. Please understand we have done our best to make our experiences transformative enough to respect the original works from which we were inspired. Also note that we will ask for image references to use for avatar representatives. We do not claim ownership of these avatars, but do claim rights to the format in which they are employed. Media generated is not to be used in blockchain technology in any way. AMOE submissions remain in ownership of the original creators, but we reserve the rights to post them with due credit on our social media.

FAnFA strives to host a safe and welcoming community. Please be respectful of one another. Generally, ratings for our content and community are approximately PG-13/E10-T.
Violations
Any violations of our TOS will be cautioned with warnings at first. Terminations of projects may also occur depending on the violation. Continued violations will result in banishment from FAnFA and blocking further communications.
