so yeah... it's awesome

So spent a weekend in Indianapolis at Gen Con 2011. Had a blast. Got to meet a lot of great gamers, got some awesome pics which will be uploaded soon. The highlight was getting to play a game that doesn't come out until October with Ed Greenwood, fantasy writer and creator of the Forgotten Realms campaign setting. He was the coolest old dude you could ever meet. After that I got a signed copy of his new book. Got to play some Magic: Commander with one of the creators of the format, and learned a few new tips for playing those massive decks. All in all it was a great con.

Lately been feeling very disconnected. Almost as though I'm no longer the person that I used to be. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it is a strange sensation to be aware of such a metamorphosis. Probably not the first time it's happened either, but definitely the only time I've been aware of the process while it's happening. So much of my life has changed in the last year, and still is. We shall see what the future holds.

Lived here since I was five and only had two previous tornado warnings, and never close by. Last night one came right over my house. Luckily I have a good basement shelter and managed to get all the pets inside in time.

Need some concept art for a new alt that's currently in the works. Any artists out there that aren't too busy or are just interested can give it a go. Here's the basic description from Furc.

Got a new girl got a new droid and a new outlook on life. 2011 is gonna be great

For those of you still sending notes or hate mail to  wynne concerning me, please stop. We are no longer associated nor do we have contact anymore. I wish her the best always and especially at this time of year and you should too. Recently I had heard that she was still receiving hate mail because of me, and if you are really my "friend" or on my "side" then you'll respect my wishes and cease.
If it was for some past wrong or transgression that I have done upon you then take it up with me, she probably had nothing to do with it in the first place.

On a lighter note, Happy Holidays and hope everyone's was as great as mine. Thanks to all my family friends and loved ones who have supported me throughout the years and may we have many more. Looking forward to this exciting new year.

Things have changed in the past few months. Single again, also had to move. Trying to find a new place to live and a better job. Therapy and meds have been helping me get through things for the most part. For all of you watchers and friends that have helped me through his difficult time, thank you. Love you all more than you'll ever know.

Holy Apocolypse Batman! Wow... just finished this game and if they made a sequel I would buy it right now. The end just leaves you wanting to play more and I'm not trying to give anything away, but if they do make another you'll not only play as War but more than likely as any of the four Horsemen. Though frustratingly difficult at times, I couldn't put this game down for very long. Despite a few technical glitches, the graphics are lush, the environments are diverse and colorful, and the story of this game is just epic... rent it, buy it, or borrow it from your friend. Now I'm off to find all the pieces of the Abyssal Armor.
