Posted 14 years agojust taking a short break from writing my latest commission to jot this down. The copy of dragon naturally speaking I have now seems to be working surprisingly well, I even managed to snag it for about 50 dollars.
If you weeks ago my doctor diagnosed me properly, and I seem to be on my road to recovery. For the most part I don't have the constant ache that I had for a while, and I have been able to start doing simple things again without so much pain.
hopefully I will be able to get a job again in the near future, and not feel quite so useless financially.
now, back to writing smut P:

Posted 14 years agoI plan to take another commission or two coming up quite soon, and I'd like to gauge interest in it. so far I have two options on my mind:
A longer story commission that would be at least 7000 words or so for $50
or shorter stories, perhaps around 2000 to 3000 for $20-30, though I'm not completely sure yet.
I only charge as much is this because of the state of my arms. Right now I have to write my stories entirely by voice software, which still makes numerous mistakes even though I've been using it for a couple of months. As a for instance, it seems to like the close Windows, and navigate away from the page that I'm on entirely without my input. further, correcting typos with it can become infuriating at times (such as having to correct one word four times in a row because it keeps hearing something else.)
Due to a nerve injury in my elbows I can't type, or do much of anything with my arms. Fortunately they are starting to get better, now that I have been given a proper diagnosis (ulnar neuropathy), and a functional pain management medication I have started to get better, but in the meantime I need to try to sustain myself because I am basically unemployable. who wants to hire someone that can use their hands?
Of course, anything I write I will put every last bit of effort into making it as good as possible.so, if you, or someone you know, would like a custom tailored kinky story, then please send me a note, or comment below.
In case anyone is curious, two weeks is going to continue. As is Miller's kennel, though my ability to write is still at a somewhat slow pace.

Posted 14 years agofirst off, the title of this struggle was supposed to be "latest update from Felekar" but it got a little garbled in translation.The voice software is working okay, much better than I expected actually. On that note,I got about a Page written, or I suppose transcribed, today. Now that I'm getting more comfortable with this and it's starting to learn my voice better. It's getting to be actually useful.

Posted 14 years agowell, I have a positive diagnosis for carpal tunnel. At the moment I'm using a speech to text engine and it's working okay. One issue is that I really can't write my stories with this way. I mean, have you ever said out loud Some of the crazy things that you role-play or read in my stories? *chuckle*
right now I am still working on part three of all dolled up, I'm really sorry for the long delay but I think that you will enjoy it once it's done.

Recently went to the doc, said I may have tendonitis, and something akin to carpal tunnel. I've been greatly limiting my typing, but by no means am I going to stop writing. I've been using a program called Dasher, a very clever tool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0d6yIquOKQ0
Right now I am working on the next part of All Dolled Up, this time with lots more rubbery fun. P:
I'm planning to work on the next chapter of Miller's Kennel next, then of course more of Two Weeks.
On the topic of Mark's adventures. At the moment it's round about 70,000 words long, and I'm thinking of the future of the story, namely the local people the doctor has been working with.
Also, I'm opening an 'ask me anything' thread here and now. Ask anything of the characters in the book. They will answer as themselves. Alan, Victor, and Mark.
Beyond that, I wanted to say thank you to all my watchers new and long standing, to all of those that have favorited my various odd bits of fiction, and to those that seem to think my silly stories deserve more than a single reading. :P

Posted 15 years agoStill kicking about, and plotting things to write, just no time with work the way it's going.
Getting up to leave the house and bike two miles at 6am is no fun, less so with the destination in mind.
But, oh well I say. I'll survive.
As for the future of Miller's Kennel, I've seen what sorts of things you like, and I'll be working to get them into the story.

Posted 15 years agoI'm still about, so don't fret there.
These days I've not been able to do much of anything due to a schedule change at work. I'm normally the sort that goes to sleep around 1am or so, but now I'm out the door at 6am, before sunrise. >.<
Hopefully I'll be changed back to a more sane hour of the day soon. -.-
In all, I'm just tired, and really sore all over.
In better news though, Two Weeks has a future beyond the next couple chapters, though I am pondering ways to wrap it up... eventually.

A two weeks milestone
Posted 15 years agoFor the heck of it, I put the text from all the chapters of Two Weeks, plus what I've done for chapter nine. It seems I've just hit somewhere around the 100 pages total mark for Mark. Around 54000 words ^^
After I've finished up more of the series, I'm going to go back and fix up the earlier chapters to fit better with how the characters have grown, and with how my skills have improved. No plot changes, just the little things.

Posted 15 years agoI now have nine pages down, or 5000 words, and am pondering releasing its release quite soon. There is a final scene I plan to add, and just a little revision to weed out what errors I can find then...
