Hello everyone! I hope you’ve all been well. Sadly I haven’t had all that much time to work on new projects since Christmas, but I finally got some time and decided on my next big project.
A poker/game table! I have had the pattern for years and have never gotten around to it. I finally started last week and I have some awesome details I’d like to do. One of which, I need some help with.
I want to make a large inlay in the table top of a dragon or two. I have tried searching google but I can’t find that wow pic. If you know what I mean. So I am looking to commission sketches from artists that can draw at least semi realistic dragon’s. No color is needed. The most I would need is clean lines because I intend to use the sketch as a pattern for the inlay. I will cut a copy of the sketch appart, lay out the pieces on wood and use them as a pattern to cut the wood. Then I would reassemble the whole thing in the table surface.
I know many artists have terms of service and retain copy rights to images so I want to stress that I do not intend to sell this piece! This is an immense investment of time on my part for a personal project.
If you know some one please refer them, if you are interested please comment or note me so I can check out examples of your work. I’d like to make sure your style is along the lines of what I’d like to do.

Hello everyone! I wanted to thank everyone who came to see me, ask questions, and especially those who bid. I had a great time at the con with my first artist alley appearance. ^^ and everyone was so nice and generous in their bids. I am flattered you enjoy and appreciate my work so much!
I'm already trying to decide what to work on for next year. If anyone has anything they'd like to see let me know. Scrolleronline.com and woodenteddybearonline.com are two good places where I get my patterns. Or if anyone has something they might like as a pattern I'd love to take a look.

Hello to anyone who reads these!
I just thought I would mention I will be doing a little more than attending anthrocon this year. I will have several woodwork pieces in the art show and I was able to get a spot in artist alley! I have a few spare woodwork pieces I'd like to sell to loving homes rather than have them collect dust at home. Expect pictures later today as they will be entered tomorrow morning.

I found some time so I'm working on this for my woodworking mainly.
