Getting there Friday morning and leaving Sunday afternoon. I don't live hideously far away, but also not so close that I'm going to drive back and forth like I did in Waterbury.
Staying at:
the overflow overflow hotel
Mode of Transportation:
Stealing my father's car and driving it. This will be annoying because I normally drive standard and he has an automatic so I'm going to keep stepping on the floor to shift.
But he's got the wagon, which makes getting the display rack there and back a lot easier. i can fit it in my sedan, but it has to be in EXACTLY the right spot or the doors won't close.

The first two pages are the actual schedule itself, the remaining four are the contents of the lending library so people know what pickup games they can find. People can add items to the lending library as well. If you don't want to make a BoardGameGeek account to add it, just drop me a note with the name and edition of the board or videogame you'll be lending and I'll add it to the list.
I CAN also reorder the list, so if you want to be added to schedule as an event that's not printed in the conbook, I can slot it in.

Posted 15 years agoI should have some work in progress shots, finally, soon. I'm hammering away at a bas relief right now and have a bunch of half finished illustrations and paintings to actually FINISH.
July just really kicked my ass with business, roof leaks, and a sick pet. I also got stung in the eye by a bee. For those that care about reading about the string of disasters, you can read more over here:

However, I did get into juried art show in CT. Post more details on that when its closer, for anyone that would like to see the show.

There may be some random illustrations during June, but things will be spotty.

Phylo- have some botanical illustrations to complete in June. I will be uploading those to Deviantart rather that FA, so check there if you want to see flowers!
Rage- random illustrations to do. some of these may end up as Anthrocon stuff, but not set deadline as of yet. Lions and hyenas and crocodiles, oh my!
Barnum event- I MIGHT finish a sculpture for the Barnum celebration in my home town in beginning of July. If not, it'll be done for the parade of Clowns event later
City Hall Art Show: HO SHIT!!! I have a month long show at Danbury city hall in November or December. I need about 25 new paintings for this because it is ALL ME. Yeah. AAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEE.
Between Phylo and Rage that will generate a fair amount, but there will also be some random other stuff which may or may not be furry in nature.

Working on the railroad...
Posted 16 years agoI have been slacking on submitting stuff because I'm working on another train mod for a friend. This time it a locomotive converted into Maleficent's dragon form from Sleeping Beauty.
I'll get back to more regular artwork posting after Christmas when the train is done! I'll also post up a link to a video of it in motion.

If you want to have Princess Leia’s hairdo, glasses, six arms, each leopard spot is actually a different letter of the Arabic alphabet, and the body is really a working model train engine, that goes to the top of the range! The size listed is on longest axis. Send me a note with what you want and size and I’ll give you an estimate on where in the range it falls.

* Guns- you will need to provide me a lot of reference photos to do a gun appropriately. Keep in mind a gun automatically counts as a “complex prop”. I have done them, just be prepared to pay extra to get an accurate looking one.
* “soft” porn and pinups. – Rated R is fine, rated NC-17 or XXX, no.
Everything else is generally okay. If you're uncertain, look at what I've provided as examples and go from there. If you're still unsure, and I haven't specifically mentioned it, note me and ask! (yes to gore, violence, and vore)
When can I expect my commission to be done?
Once you have given me the specs and we've worked out what exactly you want, I will work on armature. Once you've seen that and made sure it's in the pose you want, I will do sculpting. Once you have seen picture of finished sculpt, I'll do the painting. It usually takes me about a week each for armature, sculpting, and painting. If you require adjustments or are slow responding to e-mail, it may add more time. Overall, it should take about one month from when you have given me the specification for your piece to finish it. If you leave on vacation for a week and don’t respond, that will add time. The month estimate is for sculpts that have no problems and you respond within a day or two of getting images to approve. Extremely large, complicated pieces with multiple revisions. Any major revision will generally add 3-7 days to completion estimate.
Pieces ordered now will be finished in sometime in August or September, depending on complexity. Simpler gets finished faster!
Once you have contacted me for a rough estimate, I’ll send you back the cost estimate and estimated delivery date along with a commission agreement that outlines when payment is due, the down payment amount, policies for redoing sections, more detailed contact info, etc. Once you've read the agreement and agreed to the price, you'll be put in the commission queue.

Damned if I know. Here, there, everywhere. I'm running two Rage CCG panels, an intro to sculpture panel, and a 3-D artist roundtable panel. I don't know the times yet.

Omni. Intentially got a room there to be away from the crowd some. World_dancer and I are both introverts. We need decompresion time!

World Dancer, my old college roommate and travel companion of choice.

Do you do trades?
No. I don't have a dedicated fursona, so there's nothing for other folks to draw.
Do you do commissions?
Yes. I'm currently working on one. I am willing to discuss them at the con, but no way in hell are you getting it at the con. I'm a sculptor! The material doesn't even dry that fast!
Do you have prints/ CDs ?
Not really. Sculptures do not make good prints. I haven't really done prints of the 2-D art since the originals aren't that expensive. You can snag most of those on my Etsy account http://www.fenrislorsrai.etsy.com
Do you do badges?
I HATE doing portraiture. I hate it. I have great respect for folks that can do it. I love a good portrait or badge. But I HATE doing them and it shows. I have to have a really good idea for one for it to come out well.

Anthrocon plans
Posted 17 years agoI'll be headed for Anthrocon at end of June per my usual. Most of the new stuff from the past year will be going along plus a few things that are older but haven't been seen much.
Blood Jaguar was sufficiently gorey to require an adult spot, so some of the gorey pieces that don't usually get taken to the show will be availble. It shall be a festival of BLOOD!
And weiners.
I'll have one actual adult piece in there featuring a penis stealing fox spirit. Google "penis theft" and you'll come up with all kinds of weird legends involving that... plus recent news stories of witches and demons stealing people's bits.
I will also have twice as much general audience stuff, but that gets out a little more. I produce a LOT more of that, so the adult items really merited the bigger mention. There's more chance to see them as I take them more places. It's rare that I have enough adult items to justify taking a half-panel. Sorry, just not a porny kind of girl.
