Commission Requests are Open!

Commissions are now open, but there have been some major changes to the process!
I now choose commissions that I want to work on from a pool of requests! To request a commission, just fill out and submit the commission request form.
The commission request pool is always open.
▫️ If I choose your commission from the request pool, I’ll contact you with a price quote and breakdown. Accepted commissions will be completed within 2 months of payment.
▫️ If it's been a while and I have not yet chosen your commission request, don’t give up hope! It just means that there’s something else I want to work on at the moment. If I absolutely do not want to accept your commission request, I’ll let you know.
▫️ You can have an unlimited number of different commission requests in the pool at any time, but all commission requests must be something you’re ready to pay for, so don’t overextend yourself.
▫️ If you no longer want a commission request and I haven’t accepted it yet, just contact me to let me know which one, and I’ll take it out of the pool.

Stream adjustment

Now that I've tested the set stream schedule for a while, I have discovered that it is... not working.
I was hoping that it would make it easier for people to pop in and out if they knew when I was streaming, but being on stream so often for set hours in combination with other things going on IRL at the moment was also sending me closer and closer to autistic burnout and creating anxiety around drawing. Apologies if this causes any disappointment, but this way I'll have more energy to put into art, which means you get to see more art as well! And I'll have much more social energy for when I do stream.
I'll post submission notifications for any streams I do, so keep an eye out for those, and I'll see you soon! ^^

I'm working off-stream today and tomorrow so I can get a few things done:
1. Finish up and post a few WIPs (Beizel/Lopin POV; a concrete encasement/public use sequence featuring me and Messier; the underwater pub painting; and an environmental painting of my astral grotto)
2. Get a 2-character Werewolf movie night TF YCH auction ready to post (I'll be posting it tomorrow, Friday the 13th, at roughly 4-5 pm Eastern). Preview: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/bfxu.....4kbd8&dl=0
3. Revamp how I accept commissions so that it's easier for people who have busy or conflicting schedules to get a slot (keep an eye out for a journal with all of the details this weekend)! This should be significantly less stressful than the previous, frantic first-come first-served model, both for commissioners and for me. I'll open slots for new commissions within the next week. :3
4. Start working on a secret big project - will update with more info later this year.
I'll post additional updates as things progress over the next few days, and will see you back in the stream on Monday! Just comment or shoot me a note if you have any questions. ^w^

Safe in Maine! YCHs coming soon

I've been in Maine for a few weeks now since my forced move from Florida and cutting off toxic family, and I'm doing SO much better. The atmosphere here is entirely different, and I've been able to be myself in public without being harassed and threatened, which is... I'm still getting used to it tbh. It's both amazing and doesn't quite feel real yet. I also adopted a cat, and she is just the best. <3 She was feral and is still a little flighty, but she's starting to finally realize that people are safe, and has been increasingly demanding attention and learning how to play with toys. She's done wonders for my mental health. I've gone from complete rock bottom hopelessness to feeling like I can breathe and maybe enjoy doing stuff again.
Now for upcoming art info! ^^
icaron and I will be collaborating on some upcoming YCH auctions (I'll be doing the art and they'll be writing the stories). Still not sure when I'll get back to streaming yet, but I've actually been able to draw and get IRL stuff accomplished, so hoping soon! When I do, I'll put out a new schedule.
Also, thank you to everyone who responded to the last journal. <3 It meant so much, even if I couldn't manage to respond. When I'm depressed I tend to retreat into myself and even the thought of outside interaction makes me spiral, which I know isn't good. But things are looking up.

I just needed to let everyone know that I'm okay. I had a weird initial reaction to my new meds, and between that, some horrible anti-LGBTQ+ messages my only remaining grandmother decided to send me (bad enough that I had to cut her out of my life entirely), and the avalanche of new anti-trans legislation in Florida (I don't know which public bathroom I'm supposed to use safely and in accordance with the law anymore, and now I can't even work in the job field that I went to grad school for just because I'm trans and nonbinary), I spent the last few weeks dissociating. Everything seemed both not real and entirely too real, and just handling day to day life was completely overwhelming. My doctor has now upped my medication dose and added another so I can sleep, though, and I seem to have evened out as much as I can while Florida's going to Hell. I'm packing up to move out of this hellhole of a state, but I feel like I'm being run out of my home and have no choice at this point, and that and the moving process just add to the overwhelm.
I'm so sorry for disappearing, but I desperately needed to focus on keeping my myself stable so that I didn't have another complete mental breakdown. I really don't want to go down that path again.
Streams are currently on hiatus because they still feel like too much to handle, but I'm doing some work off-stream, so keep an eye out for posts and other updates soon.

I've been having issues streaming with Picarto lately (the lag is especially bad), so I'm switching streaming platforms to Piczel.
My new stream link:

I'm back home and ready to resume streams! I have a dental appointment this afternoon and dental surgery tomorrow, but will resume streaming this week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3-6 pm Eastern.
After that, streams will return to the regular schedule of M/W/F 3:00-6:00 pm Eastern.

I didn't want to have to do this, but I'm going to have to wait until next week to start streaming again. I've hardly slept in days and woke up puking this morning half an hour after I finally managed to doze off.
Hope the rest of you are staying well, but I'll be drowning my self in orange juice over the next few days in an effort to make it finally go away.

This flu has hit me worse than anything I've had since the swine flu and I've barely been able to eat or drink, much less draw, so I'm moving today's stream to tomorrow from 3-6 (or however long I manage to hold out). Sorry for all the delays lately, but I need to focus on getting better.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow afternoon (Dec. 21st), so tomorrow's stream will have to be moved to Thursday (3-6 pm on Thursday, December 22nd). See you all then, and hope your holiday preparations are going well if you celebrate anything this time of year! ^^
