This is RevengeBoot here, not Firehazard. Why's this? Because I just got sent an e-mail from Firehazard himself explaining what had just happened:

"Heh... I guess I was right after all; it seems somebody at the main library caught on and blocked access of FurAffinity through its IP."

So he handed over control to me again so that all of you watching him can still see his newer stuff without waiting until he gets proper access to FA again. This might be the only thing I'm ever going to say through this account because of course, it's not even mine so I'm not going to tamper with it or do anything else except for posting his art as he intended. The only reason why I post all this is so you all would know what's going on.

Well, I hope you understand the situation here and you'll enjoy all the stuff Firehazard has got to offer!

(Firehazard can do anything he wanted with this journal once he has access to FA again, I fully understand it's his account so therefore I will not stop any changes being made by him)

For what might be most of the summer (depending on stuff), I am unable to get online except from public terminals where this site is blocked. So, I have handed over control of my site to  revengeboot for the time being. All posts, comments, and journals from now until I say otherwise will be essentially dictated-but-not-read.

There will also not be a lot of replies to comments on my part since I won't be able to read them (except questions, which I have asked him to forward to me so I can reply by email).

Just so y'all know. I don't expect anything to go wrong, but one never knows.

In keeping with the new terms of service, I've decided to start making some cub porn of my own to post here. I've really always had a thing for cub stuff (especially Alex Reynard's stories), but I finally got up the courage to do some myself. I don't have any good enough to upload here just yet (I've already mentioned in a few places that I don't have a lot of practice with genitalia -- drawing it OR using it), but I've been practicing a bit and uploaded some samples. When people browse through your favorites gallery, are they seeing a listing of your all-time favorite pictures? Or the galleries of everyone on your watch list all gathered together into one spot?

Hey. Just a brief note to bump the old one off the page and remind anyone who might be interested that I'm still doing commissions. (Click on "Commission Info" for the price list and other relevant info.) It so happens I'm considering upgrading my computer -- or at least the parts of it that haven't been replaced in a few years -- in the near future, so there's a specific destination in mind for this money. I just wanted to let y'all know that I'm going to be wrenching myself away from this system of tubes we call the Interweb for a while. Three major factors are affecting this:

1. With exams coming up and many, many projects that need worked on (not the least of which being a website for our school paper that really needs to get finished up), it's just as well that I not have another million things to distract me right now. My will power is terrible, and if I don't make a solid promise that I'm not going to be online, trust me, I'm going to be online whether I'm supposed to be or not.

2. I've discovered recently that the amount of stress I'm putting on myself as of late, coupled with the horrid lack of sleep I've been getting, is taking a real toll on my health. I was sick for most of last week (setting me back even further) and still feel the aftereffects in the form of a hoarse voice that doesn't seem to want to pack up and go home anytime soon. So it's probably best for all parties involved if I cut back and settle into a less stressful routine.

3. You knew I was going to mention this sooner or later: there's an awful lot of drama going on right now, both on and off the site, and really I can do much, MUCH better things with my time than listen to people shout back and forth about stuff they all care way more about than they probably should. Same reason I generally don't watch political debates. I figure it'll blow over soon enough, and then I can return to whatever's left standing.

So to all of you who made me feel very welcome in my first (and hopefully not my last!) few months here, a big warm thank you. *hugs everyone* Take care! See you after Thanksgiving, if this site hasn't been hacked to death by then. ;)

Okay, so here's what I'm doing. As a followup to my Little Bloo picture, I'm planning a picture of the cast of the online cartoon "Homestar Runner" all played by furries. WAIT! DON'T HIT "BACK" YET! Even if you don't watch Homestar Runner nor ever intend to, you might still be able to help.

I'm aiming for recognizability on the viewers' part, so it helps a lot if the furries involved are well-known or semi-well-known. It'd also be nice if there was some sensible basis for who plays who. For example, the Poopsmith (whose name explains all you ever need to know about him) will have to be MicahFennec. I also have someone lined up for Homestar. But all the others I'm clueless about. Homsar is optional.

So, I'm gonna be pretty bored during the summer, so anyone who wants to commission me is more than welcome to do so. My prices are as follows: A standard, one-character, simple background picture like this one -- http://www.furaffinity.net/view/110319/ -- inked, colored, and shaded is $20. Extra characters are only $5 each because I need an excuse to do more multi-character pieces. More complex backgrounds are also $5 extra for pretty much the same reason. Inked, but uncolored, pieces are half-price, and colored but uninked ones (where I "ink" with darker pencil lines and digitally remove the sketch lines, like in this piece -- http://www.furaffinity.net/view/46732/) are 3/4 price. If you have any special requests that don't fall under those categories, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Subject matter: I specialize in furries of the two-legged variety, but I can do quads as well. HOWEVER: I don't do yiffy art. So please don't ask. Also, of course, I can't do anything involving copyrighted characters (unless, of course, the copyright holder is you.) Other than that, I'm fine. And it's up to you whether or not to let me put a low-res version on this or any other art site of mine. (Although of course I'd prefer if you did.)

Incidentally, I don't have a photo printer or access to a Kinko's, so what you'll be getting for your money is a high-res (about 600 dpi, which is big enough to enlarge to 200% without losing quality) PNG image that you can do what you want with. If you want me to make a wallpaper out of it as well, I'll throw that in for free.

Thanks to very lucky circumstances -- and a good friend who just happens to live near Columbus -- I'm going to be at Ohio's very own little furry convention, Morphicon, next Friday thru maybe Sunday. I'll be getting to meet local furs and drumming up interest in my art, and maybe selling a commission or two. Not to mention sketchbook stuffs. *tailwags* Fun galore. Hi! First time on this site! Some of you might already know me as Octan, or "OctanBearcat" (a name I've come to loathe, btw) from somewhere else. Anyway, I needed someplace to post my furry porn, so here I am.

*ahem* But seriously, I was unsure whether to join this site because it seemed to be having a lot of issues staying functional, but I wanted to have a furry-only place to put my art, and in case I ever draw something I really like but might not be comfortable showing to non-furries who know me from elsewhere. And because some furs I know don't have accounts on deviantART.

Anyway, I'll be posting my material gradually so as to maximize exposure on the site's home page and get a lot of watchers and commentors. ;) Hope you like it.
