Well, due to ending up in the hospital for a week at the end of April and beginning of May for an emergency/surprise surgery to remove my gall bladder, I have medical bills I cannot afford. I have been looking at ways to earn up to $5000 to pay my max out of pocket expenses but due to not being able to pay all of my bills and trying to catch up on them, I am considering checking to see if there would be any interest from people in buying one of my characters that I purchased awhile back. Sorry if I have been rather quiet lately with people. Since moving out here to Massachusetts, I have been struggling to find decent work. Now that I finally found a decent job, the person I had intended to be my roommate for getting an apartment decided not to go through with things. So I have been struggling to find a place to live that I can afford around the Worcester area of Massachusetts. Every place within my price range for being by myself is already completely full. I need to find a place to move into before the end of the month else, I will be moving back to phoenix with whatever can fit into my car. So, here is hoping I find something, else I will lose a lot of my stuff in an attempt to get somewhere that the cost of living is much more reasonable.

That is pretty much what has been on my mind lately and why I have kept to myself often ^^;

So, I arrived in Massachusetts a month ago. So far, I really enjoy being back here. It is much different than Phoenix. Unfortunately, my money situation is not the best as I am at the point i am having to rely on relatives for gas money until I locate a job since my bank account is now overdrawn. I made the mistake of getting a uhaul to move everything without realizing how much gas it would take compared to my car. I assumed $600 would have been enough and left me with about 1200 leftover in my account to last me a couple months. Unfortunately, gas for a uhaul across the country ended up costing me about $1400-$1500. I am also getting frustrated dealing with my previous job as they did not direct deposit my final paycheck, and I still have not received it. I am also still waiting on my security deposit to show up, but at least with that I have received a notice that they are mailing it out. So yea, I have a bit too much freetime and stressing about money, but on the upside, I have a second interview onsite with two different companies over the next two weeks for jobs that don't start until mid January and beginning of February. SO fingers crossed that I land something soon.

So, sorry to my friends that I have been making worry over the past few weeks about my concerns, thought I would let everyone know why I have not been too responsive as of late.

So, as of today, I am officially a year older. Sadly, I won't be able to celebrate today. I need to finish up packing, and have to pick my stepmother from the airport. Tomorrow, I will go offline for a short while. And Saturday, I will begin the drive from Phoenix to Massachusetts. I have been in Arizona for half my life, and finally returning to where I was born. Well, it has been pretty much decided and the next step is for me to contact uhaul to get a box/pod and set everything up. It seems I am going to be moving from phoenix Arizona to Massachusetts, it will be interesting to go from living in a major city that has a population of over a million, to a town that is just over 8000 people. I will be driving across the country by myself and should be arriving around thanksgiving. I just have a lot of planning to set things up and have plans to stop in and visit one friend at least.

It helps to put a name with a face, and also helps me know you are not a bot or someone just adding me to take advantage of a situation or anything.

Finally updated my page to include some groups that I have an interest in or are a part of. I think I may put links to my other characters there. But I am curious to see if there is anything people feel I should add to my profile.

Also, currently, I am unemployed. I am hoping to get a job offer this week or next since last week I had an absurd number of interviews. I did have another job since I lost my previous one, but it did not work out due to the hours and the long drive, I was getting sick and had to make a decision between it or my health. So I am hoping to have something soon or I may be forced to lose my apartment and move back in with family either here in Phoenix or out in Massachusetts.

So, currently, I have been working for a health insurance company as customer service in a call center for about three years now. Recently, I found out I may be losing my job. The reasoning comes down to them telling me I am avoiding taking calls, although I have been having system issues for some time. I also have been unhappy with some of the changes as I no longer just handle benefits, but I also order prescription medications, something that stresses me quite a bit because I did not want to do work similar to a pharmacist. Also, I have not been fired yet nor told I am being kept.

I was offered another job just today, for a different call center job, at a paycut, full time. So if I accept this job, I will have some job security.

I am trying to decide on input between my two options as essentially, my current job with the differential for my shift, I make 1500 per paycheck before taxes compared to 1000, after taxes and benefits, it should equate to around 700-800 compared to 1100 per paycheck. I am curious to see what people would choose between the two offers because I am debating my options. If I go with my current job, and forego the second offer, and end up losing my job, finding a replacement likely wont be that difficult due to my experiences.

UPDATE: I should clarify, my manager does not return until after the new job would start. So I would have to go through a third party to attempt to find out the current status of my employment
