Posted 5 months agoHey guys! Been quiet again I know but I am back with a commission opening! This is a Snack Attack cards only run, which for those of you who missed the hype is a free to play vore card game developed by 
craddock!
The cards you commission will be part of the game, and even more excitingly the next 5 Switch cards, 10 Prey cards and 2 Bystanders will be in the current standard Beta 1.4 deck currently used in playtesting! All others will still be available however, so don't be shy with your Preds ~ Unique expression is important to the game!

RAD IS DOING COMMISSIONS AGAIN!?
Posted 9 months agoYes, you read that right! For the first time in several years I will be once more opening my commissions to the public!
This comes with a few caveats since it is the first time in quite a while, I will be starting slow. These will NOT be first come first serve this time around, instead I will open a google form on the 1st of February and this will remain open for at least 1 week. I will choose pieces during that time and, even after I close it, these will be the pool of commissions for the remainder of the month. (Unless of course I somehow get through all of them, in which case I will reopen either a few slots of a specific commission type or reopen the form for a while longer.)
Now, keep in mind that since it has been so long since an opening I am also rethinking my prices, those will be released alongside the form on the 1st so the prices listed on my FA profile are not currently accurate.
The second thing I will be releasing likely even sooner than the above is an auction!
The goal for this is to offer an experimental slot with which I intend to stretch my artistic limits and attempt to surpass my best work, this is a very limited opportunity for the time being but if all goes will I will probably try this again in the future. I miss trying new things and this seems like an interesting way to do so while also testing the current demand for my work, as well as my reach. I have not fully decided yet whether this will be a tiered auction or kept simple, but it will be rather flexible. I am planning on returning to art again in the near future, where I will be expanding my Patreon and taking on commissions again once I empty out the waitlist I put on hold almost a year ago.
In the meantime as a little taster, I've got 6 slots open for monthly art rewards on the Patreon! The Jellyfish tier at $15 a month gets you a 1.5 character* sketch, uncolored aside from occasional highlights.

Situation update
Posted 3 years agoHello everybody, I return with a follow up to my previous journal!
In short, everything is alright. I've found a pretty excellent job and I will be starting towards the end of the month. It wasn't exactly what I was originally hoping for, I was hoping to get away with something part time so I could continue commission work on the side, but honestly this will help me far more in the long run so I'm going to go for it. At least for now!
I'll still be drawing and posting artwork, mostly patreon rewards as you've seen much of my output has been over the past while, but I will also do the occasional commission piece as I work through my current waitlist. That said, I will not be reopening that waitlist until I can be sure of what kind of workload my new schedule will be able to hold.

Commission queue on pause
Posted 3 years agoHello everyone, I have some unfortunate news.
My quiet on furaffinity has been due to a recent move and things are looking pretty good with that, but that is not what I'm here to talk about.
Without getting into too much detail, I've been hit with a very large and very unexpected bill on top of my moving expenses, and while it seems a little bit counterintuitive, as a result I'm going to have to put my waitlist on hold while I get this sorted out.
Anything already paid for (and the raffle prize!) will still be worked on despite this pause, I just won't be taking on the next in queue until I am in a better position to do so.
Up until now I have been working hard to make commissions and Patreon my full-time job but this situation has tipped that away from being sustainable until I can build up a decent buffer again.
The plan currently is to find myself a job for at least 6 months, perhaps longer, to pay off that bill and to create a safety net for myself before I can try again. This should not affect Patreon, I will still be doing the 4 monthly streams and all tuna and whale tier patrons will still receive their rewards. The only difference there will be is that stream dates will have less options while I try to fit them into a working schedule.
My queue may not be paused for that entire six months, but I'm not entirely sure what to expect yet. I only ask for patience until I know for sure.
Thank you all so much for your support so far, I appreciate you very much! Things will return to normalcy soon enough <3

gpu troubles, possible delay
Posted 3 years agoin a very frustrating turn of events my gpu is currently in need of some serious tlc thanks to a cat i am looking after who is on a waitlist to be spayed currently :P
im sure you can imagine the problem
it may not be totally fried, ive just cleaned it all down and letting it dry now while i wait for a new tube of thermal paste, but i wont know for sure until i can try it on thursday
i suppose if it is dead i can use this as an opportunity to upgrade? trying to stay positive lmao
i may be able to set up shop on my partner's laptop in the meantime but while im working on all of that work may be slow for a couple of days!

Commissions closed + new stream strategy

Firstly, commissions are closed for the time being! My waitlist is a bit lengthy and while technically no money exchanges hands until you're up next, I still don't like to make people wait too long. Just going to catch up a bit and then I'll be reopening! That said, I think my prices may need another small rework. Not as dramatic as last time but a few commission types will be raising a little in price to match my current skill level once I reopen! (Anybody currently on the waitlist is fine, no stress!)
Secondly! Weekly streams, you've probably seen how that didn't last very long XD I'm already committing to a weekly stream for patrons and I've found that two streams weekly was a bit too ambitious for me. So I've come up with a better method so that people still have the opportunity to watch me work even if they can't join my patreon.
I'm thinking a once monthly stream where instead of the original idea of just working on whatever I have currently in queue I will be picking a few requests from the request channels in my discord! So less often, but with potential perks. I am also considering just doing these streams exlcusively within the discord rather than over picarto, it's just a nicer vibe overall and easier to chat with you guys when you can chat back.
Don't want to join a discord server to watch a stream? Prefer to see bigger pieces worked on? Maybe even PWYW commission streams? Please let me know! Your feedback is appreciated and I won't know unless you say something! Picarto is still on the table, I'm just leaning towards discord.
