So my review was completed as of today after 3!!! months of waiting!

But I have removed "problematic" content as well as just generally removing a lot of things that do not spark joy anymore or that I feel did not add much to my gallery as a whole.
Sorry if any pics that people particularly liked were removed. I hope that eventually I can set up a private space to share artwork with followers, but I haven't really had the patience to focus on that project.

I am redoing all of my folders, so bear with me
It will take quite some time to sort through all the artwork from 2017 - now to put in folders
Anything older than that is going in an unsorted dump folder unless it is some kind of fandom related artwork.

Firstly, thank you everyone for your advice previously.
I believe I will probably start a discord at some point soon, but currently my gallery is still pending review.
I wait for that before uploading anything new or removing things, but a lot of things will be removed regardless.
If there is ANY artwork of mine you favor and enjoy I HIGHLY recommend saving them or uploading them to E621.
Anyone has permission to upload my artwork there with my creator tag from this gallery before it is wiped.
I cannot guarantee what will and will not be removed when I start the process, but much of my older artwork will be gone.

I've never been big on archiving and with Imgur also cracking down and the lack of other reliable gallery sites for this content, I just don't feel like dealing with it anymore at the moment.

My discord will probably be the bulk of my content and will have space for sharing other's as well.
I haven't figured it all out yet, but will update again as soon as I have.

so i am no stranger to why these policies are taking over, but with the new policy cropping up as an issue i feel like i have to address it
its extremely vague and how it is worded now would encompass quite a few of my characters
riksis? fausto? plenty of digimon, i don't know

all i know is i do not have the mental capacity to bring a 7+ year old gallery under a microscope in 30-ish days with shit i have going on right now
i don't use alt galleries either, just not really my shtick to get into anything else honestly, i have no interest in inkbunny or sofurry or anything else like that

Breakdowns

- There is no NSFW charge.

- There may be complexity charges.

- You can make posing suggestions, but these being wing-its will be whatever I am comfortable with at the end of the day.

- There is only a WIP during the sketch and no lineart or flat coloring WIPS. (I will however fix details I may have missed on your reference.)

- You can request an image to have no highlights or textures added, otherwise they will be added on default.

- Shading is chosen optionally by me. The style of the shading may vary.

- Upon certain requests, for a fee, I can recolor a character as long as their design fits into the lineart. So say, you want to replace someone's OC (pokemon for example) with a basic form of the pokemon separate from the version of the drawing with their OC. Or have multiple recolors of the same lineart with various different characters that fit the same mold. Just ask about it!

So I have been working on bigger and bolder projects recently.
Opening my art horizons with speed and as much quality I can provide for the effort I put in.
I have a good handful of friends that I can include in art - but I also like to give opportunities to my watchers since I would be nowhere without their support.
This journal will essentially be an archive of mine for anyone interested in free art projects I may consider in the future.

As of this moment I am realizing that my personal issues I have been suffering from are likely not going to change in the near future.
These issues are why I implemented my new commission system in which I do not accept payment until I have either began work for the project or completed the sketch for the project.
With this system in place I figured if something came up that it would leave me with no solid obligations to do the work, giving my mind reprieve.

And well. Something has come up which has left me with a heavy heart and at this moment I am going to be cancelling the commissions I have queued.
I will be reaching out to everyone personally who has contacted me about them and telling them the unfortunate news.
My obligations to people who have paid in the past are still in place and I will be working with them on figuring out the best plan of action to complete their work.

Firstly - I want to say that I am very sorry to everyone I have queued for commissions.
I am suffering very much with some mental and medication related issues lately and it has left me really unable to function my normal pen properly when drawing.
I tend to take my time when I draw and make everything smooth and clean and right now that is just not where my brain is. (if you could not tell)
I feel awful about it - but this is why I never accept payment until I am ready to work on an image anymore.
I do not want to put anyone in a bind on account of my mental health.

I am also super sorry for the "quickline" apocalypse wave that is hitting my gallery as it is the only pen that I can currently function right now and not feel stress and unease and panic when I draw.
Mostly because I wrap up drawings pretty quick so there is no stress for me to dwell on for days.


I hope everyone understands and can give me the time I need to recover from my ongoing issues.
I will pick myself back up eventually and get on the ball, I'm sure of it.

I'm tryna get over some art block and post again soon. I apologize about the lack of actual art here from me.

I also had a small update to my profile and revised the profile on my sketch account slightly, so there's that.
I feel like I need to enforce things a little more that I was once very lax on in terms of gender and what does and doesn't constitute offensive terms.
I'm tolerant of a lot of things, some stuff absolutely does not phase me, but some stuff I need to be able to say no to with a backbone.

I've drawn some things I regret, but I feel like a lot of people probably have before.
Finding yourself at such a late point in life really allows for a lot of mistakes.

I've corrected a few characters.
Struggling with gender issues led me to misusing labels (nothing offensive I feel) as I put a strong emphasis on sex over gender when labeling characters before and realize now that those are very different things.
So some characters have been altered to reflect that.

Besides that I just sleep a lot these days, I hope everyone else has found more productive hobbies.

I need to practice a little more since getting back on the tablet before I resume my fully lined commissions again.

Here within a week or so I will be moving out to me and my partner's own apartment and will have limited to no internet access for awhile.
I'm not sure when I will have a stable internet source as, right now, its the least important bill I have to pay with down payments on utilities and the harsh winter months bills here.
I'll be on my own for a bit and its a little scary, but I'm sure things will be alright.

Besides that, I'm excited.
I'm hoping for the best.

Just for a couple days of warmups right after my final exam.
I plan on sketching to adjust to a new pen setting I am using since the shape of my hands has deteriorated and I have had to adjust my stabilizers which has greatly impeded my work.

Right now I am doing some sketchy busts of some digimon, so please send me a ref here. (or on discord if you want examples as well)

No limits on amounts of characters or the complexity. (just no humans)
I am only doing what I can do.
I won't be posting these until I fill my page up with some sketches, so it could take a couple days between actual work.

Ugh, these past few weeks have been awful for me and I truly hope everyone out there has been safe and well.

My cat is fine now, she has pulled through with no major side effects and no signs of brain damage, which was the main concern.
Her incision is healing well and the stitches will have dissolved soon.

A week after she had been home I was hospitalized with kidney stones and a severe bladder infection. I was of course worried about the chance I could have come into contact with the virus while in the hospital, but was feeling well within a few days and there were no lingering effects.
I am still on antibiotics for my infection, but feeling much better.

Last night at almost exactly 5AM our neighbor's house blew up.
We live within 10 - 15 feet from each other and we woke to our power going out and the sound of the explosion, assuming at first it was a transformer that blew, but as we entered our living room the house right next to us was ablaze and the flames from the windows were against our house.
We managed to collect all of our animals and drive out as fast as we could as we couldn't bare to watch the house go into flames.

Luckily the volunteer fire department (whom we will be hosting a party for in a few days during their council meeting) were only 3 minutes out and doused our home before handling the fire next to us, we also had lucky rain that morning.

This afternoon the power company came out to fix the outage and we found out the heat blast from the house had melted the wiring in the side of our house as well as cracking one of our windows straight across.
Minor damage, all things considered.

The arsonist was caught shortly after the fire as he immediately went and robbed a store within 15 minutes of leaving the location here.


Needless to say I have had an awful month now and I'm exhausted.
But I should be active again shortly now that things are winding down, hopefully for good.

I hope everyone out there stays safe.
Be grateful for what you have, you never know when in an instance something can change your life forever.

I don't post a lot of journals really, usually just updates on life. Sorry.
But.
My cat was spayed today by the state program where I live, unfortunately her charts had a mistake on them and she received a dose of anesthetic for a 10 1/2lb cat. She weighs a little under 2lbs.
She's come awful close to not making it and her recovery process could take a lot of time.
She won't completely have the anesthetic out of her system for a minimum of 3 days and then her recovery process will have to go through the motions.
She's also got feral tendencies, so its also a matter of regaining her trust after this experience.
I won't be posting for a bit while I try to help her recover.
