Put some animation previews, and old animation up there, along with some art I still need get around to resizing to fit FA's 10mb limit (I set my canvas to be a 22x17 inch analogue (around 5500x4250) to match my pen display, with a high pixel density so full colors get pretty big and I need to export them at seperate resolutions just for FA.
ALSO
I'm looking to open a slot or two for animation. Up to 60 seconds preferably. Standard prices include the first 30 second free.

I am so tired of having to put dirt quality 280p 10 mb .gifs that aren't nearly the finished version of the animation on FA. I could give you 720p in an Av1 format in that file size, with sound, if I felt like it.
I am tired of redirecting to youtube links and dealing with that platform in general.
I am tired of needing to keep google drive links up to date on every submission with those and micromanaging every broken link on every submission containing them.
If It fits as a .gif I will upload it as a .gif
If it's a 30-60+ second long animation it goes on Bsky.
I will do my best to transition my animations there until FA gets off their ass and give furry animators something better than crusty ass 10 mb .gifs.

I'll stick to premade stuff until I streamline my process to the point I don't get such a god-awful backlog of projects again. I don't like leaving people waiting due to my nonsense.
Expect some stuff to re-open within the next week or two.
ALSO
No more experimental requests on premades. If I've not done it in depth before I won't offer it. This and scope creep on some projects caused the massive backlog in the first place.

Props will begin at $5, things like ghost hands will be treated as props if there's more than one or two pairs involved.
Simple backgrounds I can make with shape tools will remain free, but will cost $5 extra to have them shaded.
Partial views/cameos of characters such as a tail appearing, a hand, a tail, etc showing in a scene will be treated as a prop for pricing purposes, or potentially free if they are simple enough.
I'm sorry for the price increase but I have far too many situations where I spend days on a piece only to have all of it disappear on basic needs like groceries, and I'd like to afford access to better pain management.
<3 also I'd like to fund a fursuit.

Posted a year agoWhy does the Enby asexual creature have to explain that not every zygote even develops into a viable embryo and that this weird language being thrown around on the fa discord about eggs being minors exactly mirrors pro life talking points.
Also why are sweeping decisions made like this on a discord server full of minors, a good number of which don't even have an FA account or have blank empty accounts with no site interaction. (It's okay to lurk and hide your faves but seriously.)
Why do we need to be in that toxic space to get updates on events like this in the first place now.
Guess I chose a good time to build my presence on bsky if this is the sort of rhetoric and lack of general understanding of biology seeping into the moderation.

Upcoming (slight) Art Comm Price Increases.
Posted a year agoDue to increasing costs of living, and my chronic pain just hindering me more. I will be raising my prices.
I am doing my best to keep things affordable and basically charging based on how much my pain interferes with the creation process.
Also every time I finish a large project, it basically immediately goes to food/bills every other time.
These will not apply to current comms. Only future stuff.
Sequence discounts will no longer be applied. I apologize for this.
Flat Color
-Full Body-
WAS $30, New price will be $35, These don't bother me too much to create. The increase is mainly to cover rising transaction fees and taxes.
Busts busts/headshots will be $20-$25. Backgrounds and props/ additional cutaways will remain the same $5-10 fees or free if they can be done with basic/effect shape tools.
Full Color
Was $40, New price will be $50 to $55 depending on the piece itself. These have become very hard on my tendonitis and doing multiples of these back to back have led me unable to draw for days at a time even with frequent breaks.

Posted a year agoHopefully will be back on my meds and working on the overdue animation pieces again on the 22nd (i'm slowly chipping at them, 2 are close to finished)~ I've been rationing/weening my adderal to make the withdrawal side effects less awful. (this happens every time i've had to change states/insurance/etc. Hopefully won't happen again for a long time.)
Probably will keep accepting small-batch commissions in the mean time. Expect me to open for more soon.
I will probably stop doing sequence discounts, I need to value the time and effort I put into my work more. (sorry~)
I want to get back into VrChat avatar creation. Expect stuff from me after I've finished the overdue animation pile.
