As some of you know, I went to school for graphic design.
Had some difficulties with the school, and paying them for things when I had already paid, but them saying they didnt get it, or loans being weird, etc.
Had wonderful awesome friends help me out with some loans when they were demanding upfront payments of over 1k.
Had finally dealt with them to a point where I could pay them monthly.

Now, suddenly, they are saying that they sent my loans to collections cause I was not paying them??? On their record apparently I only paid them once, for like, $100. Thats it.
When I literally can see the receipts on my bank showing the monthly payments to them.
So how exactly is it that I only paid them once????? And for so little????? Who is getting this money every single month then? A ghost????

I just feel so upset and annoyed and defeated. I am so stressed already because of money issues. Now to have this suddenly thrown on top of me???
And now that im looking at my bank, I for some reason paid them DOUBLE in december?????

I literally have no money ever because of the fact that I have been paying off my loans monthly, just to find out that apparently I have not been...

I really dont know what to do. They took money this month too. I have $2 to my name. Plus my credit cards are maxed out again cause of the loans. Any time I pay off a little, just back to max cause of fees.
I tried selling my oc's, but had no luck with that. I dont even want to part with them. But at this point I dont know what to do.

I feel like no matter what I do, im always stuck at the bottom of this hole. Apparently I owe them $762.66. I am going to be trying to get my loan out of collections, but idk if I will be able to.
Plus now collections is going to be adding on an interest fee too. Still so confused to where my loan payments have been going to if not to them. I just dont know what to do.

My sister was in pain at 4 am yesterday. I convinced her to go to urgent care with me and stayed with her while they did tests. Turns out she will need to have surgery.

She ended up going to the hospital to get ready for the surgery and to stay the night.

They gave her pain meds and set her up for the night. She will be going in for surgery in the AM.

Please keep her in your thoughts. I’m very nervous and I hope everything will be Ohkay.

I almost got scammed today. Trusted someone. But had my instincts say to be sus. Luckily I trusted my instincts. But I also feel bad for the scammer cause they are trying so hard and it makes me feel guilty and all sorts of ways. 😭

My sister finally got a response from the Constable, and he sent the requirements he needs over email. So she will be writing everything up and sending it back to him. Fingers crossed that she can hopefully get her savings back. Hearing from others experiences with this though, I don’t have the highest of hopes.

Hey guys, so on the 18th my sister was scammed of her savings. We have been trying all the ways to get the money back and the latest attempt locked her card. Which isn’t good timing cause it’s just before the new month and we need to pay rent and bills.

So can anyone help? We are not asking for her whole life savings, just enough to pay for the bills that she has for this month. And we will try to figure out how to unlock it. They want to have the case file in order for her to, but we don’t have it cause the police has yet to respond to her email he requested after seeing her in person.

She got scammed online out of $11k and has contacted the site, of which they said they probably couldn’t get it back to her and to contact law enforcement. She went to the station and contacted a constable who seemed like he didn’t believe her and said to email her info.

This is her whole life savings she sent, and was intending it to be an investment. And she isn’t someone who is irresponsible by the way at all. She is super responsible and just had super bad luck.

Anyone know of any other steps that could be taken? I’m at a loss at trying to help her as I don’t have money either, and now she is going to be struggling. She is going to have to take on another job, even though she already works 7am to 6pm while we are still taking classes. Not to mention we are going to have to move once our lease is up because it’s getting expensive and the whole city is getting expensive.

I feel like we are slowly going downhill and there is no way to stop or slow ourselves down.

I want to do art streams again on picarto, but to do that I need to cast my iPad screen to my computer.

Thank you guys for those who wished me a happy birthday! My birthday was good. Didn’t do too much. Hung with my sister and played crash 4 with her. And then hung with some friends for a bit.

This is a stressful year, but College will be done in September and I will be free! I wish to start doing more art streams once I’m done as I will have more time.

Will be working on my art queue more as well and finish it. I’m sorry for the delays. It’s hard to juggle the commissions work as well as the homework from art school. I have to do a lot of heavy projects like hand drawn animations and more. But this is the last semester!

I need some funds to pay the school as it turns out I need to pay them $2000 as the loaning company never sent it. Currently talking with them so that they don’t lock me out of ecampus, but luckily my semester is ending, so I’m not on a super low time limit. But only have a week to get the funds for my last semester which starts in July.

My retired old sona, Roulie, which I’ve put $8000 into, is for sale for 2k so that I can get the funds to pay the school.
