Posted 10 years agoso my computers crashed in the middle of commission work 3 times now and its making the entire process very slow and frustrating, so apologies for delays
its very demotivating to have to keep doing the same work over and over again huff. my favorite part is i can get through a stream ad no problem but once i try to get any legitimate work done my laptop up and rek's itself
anyway, thats why the brief delay in uploads
also im working on 3 comms at once which is? not recommended? but attention span so hey

side note, i havent forgotten abt that ych i owe, just kinda stuck on it tbh!! i dont like submitting subpar art, i feel like the output should always be the highest quality i can produce. cause i care n stuff oops

Posted 10 years agohey guys, so first off I wanna apologize for my lack of updates. as you guys know, ive had a lot of Bad Stuff going down in my life. I had to hunker down and focus on accumulating as much money as I could to get on my own feet and away from my abusive situation. fast forward a couple greuling months and I'm well on my way~
at the latest I'll be in an apartment by next month and commissions will resume as normal!! I'm so excited to be in a healthy environment finally ugh. anyway, I really appreciate everyone's patience and I'll be sure to deliver the best pieces I possibly can in exchange ♡

yes! move is finally happening. once im settled in the new place, art will be moving a LOT faster again. i really do apologize for all the delays. as always, let me know if you want screenshots and updates! im more than happy to oblige. im not gonna have internet for a while (to the best of my knowledge, at least) so i'll upload when i get the chance, will probably hafta make mcdonalds runs to leech some wifi ehheh.

Posted 10 years agoGOD i just. need to apologize to and thank my commissioners for the work lag and their patience
its not for no reason, i promise!!! as of recent i've been dealing with a lot of at home stress (parental disputes, moving, low finances, general depression oops) and a significantly larger issue as of late has been my anemia. i've been severely anemic off and on since i was ~13 and its been coming back and worsening in the past few months. lately i have no energy and have started fainting again ;;
dont worry!! i have insurance forms in the mail and should be back to regular health before too much longer
also it gets up to like 98 degrees outside (idek how hot it gets inside omfg) and there is 0 form of temperature regulation in my house, so im spending most of my days lying face down in the river to not die of heat stroke !!
anyway, im still working on stuff, promise. just slower than usual and i'm super sorry about that ;x;
as always, feel free to bug me for wips and updates!

PAYPAL SCAM WARNING (also art updates)
Posted 10 years agoi just got this super official looking email saying that there was some dispute with my account bc some suspicious activity happened from another computer wherein "someone bought a camera on ebay for $80" and if it wasnt me i should dispute it. so i clicked on the link and was about to sign in, but i thought it was weird that the email made it out like paypal was linked w ebay bc i know they just split, so i was like HM. i log in to my paypal in a separate tab, sign in, check everything out, and its all clear. so i call paypal just to make sure and it was def a fake email. everything looked SUPER legit and i came very close to putting my paypal info into a fishing site! be careful guys. if you get an email like that and its not from service@paypal.com, dont click it!!!
also, sorry works been slow, been needing time off here and there to tend to me mental health oops :0
i've learned the hard way several times its better to deal w it as it comes instead of trying to force myself through work bc i burn out that way and dont touch art for 6 months ;;;

EMERGENCY STREAM COMMISSIONS
Posted 10 years agoHEY GUYS. im in a bit of a situation that my mom put me in. so i just bought this car and within the state of wa i have 15 days to register the vehicle in my name which is $265 (which includes plates and tags). i've had it for about 6 days but my mom decided to spring up/guilt me into a 9 day visit (long, dramatic story, dont ask u dont wanna hear lmao). SO my point is that i need to earn what i can now. before i have to leave on the 2nd. which is in 3 days. ;;
sketches will be done in stream and if theres any that dont get done i can either work on them off stream or pick up again tomorrow!
these will include full body, full (flat) color (with detail accents), simple bgs (like the first 2) for $35
add. characters can be added for $20 each
lots of love goes into these pieces and i do my best to make sure your character is represented in a way that would suit them well

few things i need to note:
i may not be able to begin streaming the piece this weekend (or this week for that matter)
theres a p bad heat wave coming my way and my little cabin doesnt have a/c so my only means of staying cool is getting in the river ;x;
we'll see. if i can manage to keep it a tolerable temperature inside i'll definitely get the sketch done in stream
raffle drawing will definitely be done in stream tomorrow (somewhere between 11am-2pm pacific time). i'll post a journal about an hour ahead
TO THE WINNER: please allot me as much artistic freedom as you can. i promise i will provide your character with a setting/situation that suits them

also be aware, it may take a little chunk of time to see the finished product (could be anywhere from a week to a month or two). my commissions will be at the top of my queue. i just bought a car and still need to contribute a chunk of money to it in order to be able to actually use it (repairs, title transfer, DRIVING CLASS SIGH, insurance, etc). dont fret (heh) it will get done in a reasonable amount of time (you wont be waiting a year, promise)

Posted 10 years agohey guys, so for starters, the average turn around time on a ych for me is 5-7 days. however, i currently have strep throat which is now also accompanied by what appears to be bronchitis B)
im still workin on em, the beach one is at roughly 30% completion. im working when i have the energy, i dont like letting comms sit around for too long. feel free to bug me for updates if you're waiting on something though!! just don't be too surprised if there isn't leaps and bounds of progress overnight;;;;;
