far as my take on FA's policy changes and everyone being in an uproar about it, it's not as grave as everyone's making it out to be. The simple way to avoid getting into trouble with your posts? Dont do NSFW kid art. I know, shocking right? There are a bunch of folks up in arms about it because they like their ABDL stuff and like. Good for them i guess? But if you're gonna partake in that sorta thing maybe dont draw them pissing and shitting all over themselves so you dont get suspended? It's..really not that hard. what's the big deal? i'm seeing people complaining about getting into trouble on FA because of "completely innocent" submissions of baby furs in 'used' diapers. wondering why they've been suspended for it. like. really? Dont fetishize minors :B that includes scat, piss, etc. why is that so hard?

Going forward I want to clarify something about my TOS.

I am bound by Paypal's rules first, Personal TOS second. If you make multiple changes to your order over a period of time resulting in it taking longer to complete than originally quoted, you are not entitled to a refund on a piece not started when the entire premise of said piece has been changed 3 times or more. I will not be backed into a corner with dispute threats just because you cant make up your mind and keep pushing back the order accordingly.

I always attempt to be flexible with folks, and i dont mind changing an order that hasnt been started yet in most cases. But if it's used against me to make a loophole in my TOS just to suit you, you will be blacklisted immediately.

Please Note:

If you place an order with me, attend my streams or work with me on any professional level, you are acknowledging my terms of service and agreeing to the rules held therein. Please make sure to read carefully before deciding to commission me.

I reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any commission made with me with the appropriate refund if applicable under the following conditions:

Rudeness
False Chargebacks
Harassment of myself or my other customers of any kind
Disrespectful conduct
Violations of or refusal to acknowledge or read my terms of service in full.
Attempts to skirt rules or exploit loopholes in my TOS for personal gain.
Any cases of "Ghosting" or complete lack of contact for 30 days or more, or failing to answer pertinent questions about your order. (If i cannot contact you and do not hear from you for 30 days, or ask 3 or more times for information necessary to complete an order without receiving a reply.)

I will not converse about deadlines or other commission related information with individuals who did not order a piece in question from me, only with those who actually purchased the item in the first place. Sending others to question me about your order instead of approaching me yourself will result in cancellation of your order, and refund if applicable. I reserve the right to deny a refund if the work has been started.

If you change your entire order 3 times or more, or delays are caused that are outside of my control, requested by a customer, or otherwise not the fault of myself as the artist, that leave the order outside of paypal's refund window (Six months/180 days) there will be no refunds.

MY REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be processed as follows:

I am bound by Paypal's TOS first, and my own TOS second. Paypal rules apply for refund/dispute windows (no refunds after 180 days) and will be honored as such.

If a piece has been started, the customer is not entitled to a full refund, but will receive a partial refund under the following terms:

Sketch phase started: 50% refund if within the refund window.
Line phase started: No refunds.

Partial refunds will be delivered within one week of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed upon between myself and the customer.

Refunds will be delivered via goods/services, with no exceptions, if the refund button on paypal is not available on your transaction (either due to the payment type or because of timeframes not allowing the transaction to be reversed in the normal manner.)

Full refunds may be requested upon cancellation of an order that has not yet been started after 90 days of waiting for an update, if said order has not begun sketch phase by the time of the cancellation.

Changing an order once started does not reset whether the order has been started or not. If any work has been done regardless of changes, the order is considered started.

Any orders placed in bulk are considered part of the same order. If it's paid for in one transaction, and any of that order has been started, above mentioned rules apply.

Payment arrangement installments are also considered part of the same order, as the transactions are linked to the same product.

If your order has been cancelled, and/or you decline an offered refund in any way, you forfeit any right to a refund.

If your commission is cancelled and you decline an offered refund, or at ANY point tell me to "just keep the money" you will forfeit the right to a refund entirely, screen-shots will be taken, and your commission will be forfeit with no refund.

In cases of agreeing to draw extreme NSFW artwork, it is subject to a "WTF Fee" of $50 or more, (on a case by case basis) on top of the price of the art, and I reserve the right to remain anonymous on the post once uploaded if I so choose. If something goes further beyond my comfort zones than I feel the wtf fee covers, I also reserve the right to raise or lower the wtf fee at my own discretion, though this will be discussed prior to payment/accepting said commission.

I reserve the right to upload/post any item I have drawn unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the customer. While the buyer retains rights to their own characters and may post any art they've paid for from me, any and all edits made to existing work I've done must be done through me, other artists do not have permission to modify, edit, or continue work I have done. If a commission has been cancelled, the customer will receive the WIP (work in progress) up to that point, with a watermark where appropriate and a reminder that other artists are not permitted to work on art I've started.

Some commissions may be worked on in collaboration with the colorists on the FrozenOver Studios Team. (FrOST for short)

I will not answer notes or questions about commission work on my days off. I reserve Sundays as my set day off- no exceptions. I reserve the option to use my second day off at any point during the week I feel it necessary, in accordance with irl appointments, burnout days etc. My work schedule is as follows:

I require all commissioners to follow me on at least one platform of social media for updates in case there are events or issues that cause delay in delivering commissions. Please watch for these journals and other updates. If you're not familiar with where to find me, I have listings for other social media platforms I frequently use, or you can note/email me for contact information outside of what's already listed. I will not take orders through telegram without requiring an email confirmation of your order request. Telegram is too easy to manipulate with it's logs.

If for some reason you have not heard from me for an update, please do not hesitate to note or IM or E-mail me for an update at any time. I will attempt to keep up with everyone on an individual basis as best I can, but being only one person I will admit sometimes I forget things when life gets really busy. Updates can always be delivered upon request. If I do not have an update at the time of request I will be more than happy to schedule a date with the customer for when one can be delivered. My goal is to update everyone at least once a week, though with hectic schedules and being a single parent, this may vary. If you dont hear from me, give me a poke!

Payments are due up front in full upon ordering. For larger projects payment arrangements are available upon request on a case by case basis.

Payment arrangement installments are:
-Subject to a 5$ convenience fee for each transaction after the first.
-Limited to 3 installment payments per order.
-Reserved for larger orders involving either multiple images, reference sheets, custom characters, or other pricier items.
-Generally unavailable for items totaling under $200USD

All payments should be made via invoice unless otherwise specified. Any payment sent without my express authorization and outside of the required invoicing as listed here in my terms of service will be deemed a donation and not subject to refund. Do not send a payment as Friends or Family without my authorization or it will be considered a donation/tip.

Any changes to your order does not restart the clock on your order timer. Multiple changes to orders over all will be accepted or rejected at my discretion, however if you change your order more than 3 times, and/or said changes require the work to be put on hold or not completed within my usual timing window, I will not accept refund requests on any order after the 3rd change to the order's contents. If an order is delayed by the customer's indecisiveness, it is not subject to the same refund regulations as a regular order within my TOS.

Clarification: If you change your order multiple times resulting in a longer than usual turnover rate, you are not entitled to a refund under the "not started" clause in this TOS. There will be no refunds if an order is changed 3 times or more during the lifetime of the transaction.

Any edits to a piece after the sketch phase is completed that require more than 1/3 of the image in it's entirety to be changed or effected will be subject to an additional fee of $50 for excess edits, or more if extreme details are involved.

Changes will not be made to a phase that has already been completed and approved. If you have already approved a phase, and insist I go back to change something, you are subject to a 25$ fee for going back to already completed and approved phases of the work.

Extreme amounts of details on a piece will be subject to additional fees as well, on a case by case basis. However this will be discussed before payment while in the ordering phase of the commission.

Excessive requests for changes that result in the piece taking longer than it should, will reach a 'cut off point' where any further edits on that phase will be refused, unless an additional fee of my own discretion is paid.

If you order a stream commission, and have not cleared with me to be able to continue without receiving approval for key phases, I will ping you 3 times. If I do not receive a response after 3 pings, your slot will be skipped and held over until another stream. Please pay attention. Having to hunt people down for approvals or to answer questions in a live stream takes away time from other customers.

These terms apply not only to my offline commissions, but to stream commissions as well. Again, by ordering from me, or working with me in general, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Refusal to adhere to the rules herein, will result in cancellation of your order, with zero refunds if the work has been started.
