I bet you all are wondering where i have been lately huh... well there has been a lot that has happened over the past few weeks. first of all my electricity was shut off... so i had to move all of the kids over to my parents place cause we have been under an excesive heat advisory here for a while now and they come first you know. then my water was shut off...and when that was shut off, where i live they passed a new city ordinance when you have your electric and water shut off your place is considered uninhabitable....so i was kicked out of my apartment for a bit till i got everything turned back on and such. so yeah as of right now... i am finally back at my apartment... minus my kids because the landlord wont let me have them so they are staying at their nana's place right now... i am having my gas turned back on this week YAY! and since i had to sacrifice the cable... i currently have no internet or phone at my place so i have to come across the street to the library and get online...hehe. at least it is something right. it has been very hectic around here but things are finally working out for the better. My family has helped me out with getting everything squared away and i am so greatful for their support.... and thankful for all of my wonderful friends during this difficult time as well ( you know how you all are) . but anyway now that i am finally back in my apartment i can scan in some well wanted sketches huzzah!

oh and for those who are wondering... i have finally heard back from social security! I get to keep my benifits! so i won yay! i wanted to let you all know ^^

Hello everyone. Sorry i havent updated my journal for a bit. As you all may know, I have currently had my electricity shut off... as well as the gas, and i know the water is next to go. I am currently taking emergency commissions to help pay for bills. I am currently staying over at the folks house with the kids, and unfortunately they dont have any internet...but i cant complain. I am currently using the wifi at the library... woo hoo right. I am still working on headshot sketches and am hoping to be able to scan them in sometime soon. I need to go grab my scanner from my apartment sometime over the weekend. so i am hoping to be able to scan in pics over the weekend and post next week! ( hope being the key word). so if you or anyone you know may be interested in having a commission done by me please let me know. I have been debating on if i should do this or not...but i have no other choice...I am currently having problems paying my bills right now...my gas has been shut off for the past few days now and i want to try and get my bills caught up...and i know i have commissions to send out...and i am also trying to save up some money for things i need for around the apartment as well like art supplies and things for the critters...if you or anyone you know might be interested in getting a commission done by me please let me know...my prices are as follows:

well things are finally working out this week. I have finally talked to the landlord about the check in question and said that he would let them know that it has been repaid. I am also finally getting the water up out of my room from the leak from the other day...yay! I am so excited about that. I am finishing up on icons right now for commissions and will be working on the last two over the weekend. I am taking a look at my pageviews and i have had an idea. I think that I want to do something HUGE when i reach 3000! And I mean HUGE! I am thinking that i may hold a contest. and what this contest will consist of is you drawing my fursona Jen with your fursona. Or for all you furry musicians out there, MAKE SOME MUSIC, LOL! The theme for these pics and songs will be celebration. For these pics, I want you to do is draw us celebrating this milestone in my FA history! I will pick 5 winners. The prize will be this: all winners will be drawn with me in a pic of us all celebrating my milestone! This pic will be colored. All winners will also receive a complementary badge or icon of your choice, and a personal sketch of our fursonas together. Not bad for prizes huh!
