The curtains are finally lifting on the Furpocalypse carnival freakshow and we are happy to announce dealer and attendee registration are now OPEN! We have been working hard to get things ready. We couldn't have been happier with the turn out last year and are excited for another round of the Furpocalypse. If you haven't had a chance to check out our new website head on over to Furpocalypse.org and grab your ticket for the show! We can't wait to see everyone again, and are excited to be even bigger and better this year! Stay tuned for updates as we gear up for the next coming of the Furpocalypse!

Latest News from HQ, we've got a procrastinator special! There are a few rooms available at the main hotel through the weekend. Snag them while they're hot, they probably wont be around long! For all of those here already, we are happy to see you and for those yet to come, prepare yourself for the end of the world! With less than 30 days until the Furpocalypse is upon us! We wanted to let everyone know we are working hard to get things together and are excited to share the end of the world with you! Be sure to follow us on Twitter for updates as they happen!
Our Masquerade show still has open slots available and we re looking for acts! If you're interested in showing us your stuff, looking blow everyone away with your spot on rendition of 'Rock Me Like a Hurricane" or whatever it is you kids do these days, be sure to sign-up now!
Just a reminder to those who haven't registered yet, you can still register on our website until October 11th. This will allow you to pickup your badge during the special pickup times Thursday night and Friday morning before the con! Contrary to the rumors we do NOT have an attendance cap this year and are looking for as many willing test subjects as we can get our paws on!
Speaking of willing sacrifices, we are still on the hunt for volunteers! We need minions for our various projects and would be happy to have you! If you're interested please check out our website, here, for more information and let us know if we can look forward to playing with you!
We can't wait to see you all this year and do some mad science with you!

FurPocalypse Gaming Call Out

I will be the Gaming Director for this new convention, and I'm looking forward to once again organizing a long list of events and offering a space for folks to join in for games and good times. As with FurFright, FurPocalypse will be supported by the excellent volunteers we are so lucky to have in our community. For all those who would be interested in running a game or helping out please drop me an email at: gaming[at]furpocalypse.org
Got a favorite game you'd like to share? A tournament you'd like to see added to the event roster? A console you'd be willing to loan for the weekend?

Posted 11 years agoWe are sorry to announce that due to circumstances outside of our control, the Crowne Plaza Cromwell Hotel will not be able to open registration as thought on April 14th. The date has now been moved to April 21, 2014 12pm Noon EST. We are pleased with turnout for Dealer registration so far, however we need to clear up some unfortunate confusion. We are sorry to announce that we are unable to honor FurFright’s 2013 dealer registration list. If you preregistered as a dealer at Furfright in 2013, and are interested in being a part of the Furpocalypse 2014 dealers room, you’ll need to visit, http://furpocalypse.org/dealer.html and register for this year. To help make this transition easier, we’ve extended our Dealer Registration deadline to Wednesday April 9, 2014, so please head on over and sign up! We are looking forward to working with everyone this year and hope to see you there!

Dealer registration and Hotel Info!
Posted 11 years agoThe first signs of the Furpocalypse are upon us! We couldn’t be more excited and are working hard in the lab to create an awesome con this year.
Dealer Registration
We are proud to announce that we are now accepting dealer applications until April 6, 2014. After selection is complete all dealers will be notified and allowed to make hotel reservations. Please make sure you read through our dealer packet and you can have any questions answered by contacting us at dealers[at]furpocalypse.org Anyone not selected initially will be placed on our wait list in case of an opening and will be processed on a first-come first-served basis (fight to the death optional), so the sooner the better!
Attendee Hotel Registration
We know you have all been asking about hotel reservations and we are happy to inform you that Attendee hotel registration will open at (noon) 12pm EST on April 14th! Be sure to have your information ready and plan ahead. Rooms go quick and if you want to make sure you have a room at the con hotel, be sure to mark your calendar! Please be sure to check out our website, Google Group, and Twitter for announcements and the most up to date information on the hotel and overflow locations.
