I'll be moving to NE Minneapolis in the next week and starting school at St.Mary's to finally finish my degree in ITS.

It's been a long time since this whole growing up journey began and it feels like I'm moving into the next phase finally.

I hope to finally meet some of ya'll Minneapolis furs better than just on FA/Cons.

I've been unfaving popular artist lately. I just realized one day that my news feed is literally filled with ridiculous amount of art from these people popping out drawings left and right with little variation in technique or form.

They are entirely devoid of emotion and more and more I'm seeing "character adoptions" and "YCH" and "Pillow Sales" more than I am seeing something of substance that speaks to the connection I think a commissioner should have with the Commissioner and their drawings. Oddly enough it's also the same people who cater to an audience with almost exclusively porn.

It's rather depressing really, but hopefully getting rid of this hyper-saturation will ultimately result in me becoming aware of other artist who aren't churning out 70 bajillion images a day...

If the person I'm commission can't respect that I am paying them for a service that once released I will have no means to have returned to my possession and can't fathom the need for me to see a rough sketch of their intended creation before such an exchange happens then they need not be commissioned especially when an individual has an established history for commissioning people.

I've gotten re-excited about being a furry again --- I even plan to get my own fursuit sometime in the future something I've never wanted do even when I first joined the fandom.

But as the title says I'm dying to get some more commissions done of Further -- I've been messaging artist left and right a for a few days now, but most seem rather busy.

I would love to know if anyone has any suggestions of open artist of varying skill levels!

So for the first time in my life I've been physically attracted to someone, by which I mean I had a day dream tot he point I had to shake myself awake.

I've caught myself staring at people

Ridiculously engulfed in underwear magazines with glorious glorious bulges everywhere.... >.<;

and like my libido has oddly started to return as it has been essentially non-existent for the last 3 years.

Maybe things will get better no longer lost in my own head confused about why I can't feel like everyone else and getting depressed for it.

I've been telling my friends (that I have now real friends who look out for me ^//^!!), but I don't think they can understand where I'm coming from. No one can. No one has at least.

I don't mean this as a playful exaggeration or a way of metaphorically explaining how i feel, but it literally feels like I'm changing here I can feel them new emotions ideas thoughts feelings real feelings unforced, not needed to be initiated just inherent an idea I never thought possible.

This has been a year of many...many many many first for me, and with my new found abilities I'm really honestly truly looking forward to finding someone to share them with.

I've been depressed for many years, not the rough patch depression but a persistent depression that has had adverse health affects on me that I wasn't even aware until this year. An issue I should've really had looked into a long time ago and for the first time I can say no longer have suicidal thoughts, I don't hate life, I don't have disdain for the future.

I'm seeing things for the first time their's a whole new world for me to explore and I want to, but I'm so nervous new feelings real feelings.

I can't explain this to anyone but I'm happy actually happy.

Additionally my interest in the fandom has been consequentially restored. I had lost interest in doing things in life nothing seemed to matter as in I literally just didn't care nothing felt good, right, or fun to do. I was living through motions doing things I thought were making me content and happy, but in reality nothing remotely compares how I feel now.

I can't reiterate more than now how I now understand I have emotion now not forced responses to social stimuli real actual want, real desire, real passion.

I can't explain how much this means to me how happy I am that I get to finally be human just like everyone else.

That's all I've ever wanted.

Lol so a strange twist of fate I'm going to Midwest Fur Fest on a whim lol I've never been to a furry anything so this should be fun! I wonder if anyone I know is going.

So I went to Anime detour and had the best time of my life.

Excited to see so many furs in person I forgot how much I loved being Furry and why and then I saw all the fursuits and got realyl super excited and I just wanted to hang out with everyone, but was so nervous to say hi.

I'm not normally nervous about meeting people, but meeting other furs I actually find harder because I have so much respect for them and I don't wanna embarrass myself.

So yea I'll probably be more active again, and try to go to a local MNfurs meet soon cause I just had so much fun meeting the furs I did get to meet.
