I really needed a new mouse, the left click on my old saitek cyborg mouse was getting really funky and annoying. I'd click it once and it sometimes wouldn't click, other times it would do or even three clicks.

I had a Saitek Cyborg mouse.

I now have a Saitek R.A.T. 7. I was going to buy the 5 becuase I don't need extreeeeeeem performance but like 2 places carried the damn thing and they only had the 7, and the other place had the 7 and 9.

7 was supposed to be 99.99, and the 9 was 149.99 x.x!!

So we had them go online and they matched a 79.99 price, so we jewed em down a little XD! (j/k to the jews out there, love ya <3)

I'm not one to normally bitch about artists. And I'm not going to name anyone in particular, but of the many artists that I watch, I've notched a trend, more of them are doing these silly 6-10 at a time adoptables.

Now don't get me wrong, I fully understand that some artists live fully off their commissions, and have to keep the money flowing. However I can't help but shake my head and find it a little bit silly, among other things the idea of adoptables.

"I want to purchase, this pre-colored, pre-gendered, completely pre-generated character with no original input of my own from you dear artist" Does that make any sense? Now that's coming from a guy who's apart of a fandom wherein a good hunk of us represent ourselves with pokemon/digimon/starfox/sonic recolors, or with slight hair style changes.

I guess it just bothers me a little that a artist will design a fairly generic-ish (I did say ish, not all of them are basic foxes :P) character, recolor it 6 times, and maybe change the markings ever so slightly between them, and pop em off at $15+ a pop depending on the quality of the artist. It sorta feels like a mass production style setup, and although it may or may not be good money, it just doesn't sit well with me. I've always felt as apart of the community, one should look at themselves, and figure out what they really feels should represent them for their character, or hell, if there not that deep into it, a character they design for the hell of it becuase they really like it.


I suppose at the end of the day, I'm never going to unwatch an artist that does this, nor will I call them out as a money hungry asshole. I surely won't never commission them(depending on who it is) I just felt like making a long rant like journal, maybe get input from you guys.

I don't know how recent this is. But yea I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this trend.

I typically don't drink any soda, when I do rarely partake in such a drink. I normally drink it over ice so it will be as cold as it can get.

When I try drinking it from a can it's fine, fizzy as it should be. No matter the brand or type of soda, etc, when I pour any can of soda over ice, regardless of how fast, slow, what kind of angle I use. As soon as I go to drink it, it has lost -all- of it's fizz and gone 90% flat?

Like, have the manufacturers changed the way they carbonate the drink or something like that to when you pour it over ice it loses all of the fizz, maybe as a side effect of how it's done in the can?

When I get soda from a fountain style thing, it's fine over ice. This seems to be a chronic problem with 2L bottles and cans of soda.

Seems we failed in our first attempts due to not washing one of the cats faces when we dipped em, so within hours we saw little buggers all over his face.

Gave him flea bath #2 today, and redid the house...again. they should be 100% flea free and we should be done with this tiny, nuisance once and for all.

Has simmered quite a bit. Why? Because I got go to the store "furry babies" Yesterday at our local mall. I've been to one of those stores before, they were assholes, they wouldn't let us touch the puppies, under any circumstance.

This one was different, they had a solid black baby Pomeranian It was SO FLUFEEH! I got to hold it, cuddle it, let it run around, play with it.

It was more than my total current fursuit costs, but fuck it was a ball of awesome <3

I sorta want to wet it down and put it in a drier, so when I open the door, it floats out, flailing it's little puppeh arms uselessly (unhurt, duh)

so good news, we went to a vet they both just have fleas, nothing super serious or deadly, seeing as we treated my long hair today, we can only treat our short hair, and in a months time we'll treat both again for them.

I am happy.

just an FYI we are taking both cats to a vet soon as we can.


Now several weeks back, our short haired tabby, started to scratch. alot. and then proceeded to start pulling hair. Around her neck, then at the base of her tail, and belly, and a few parts of her side. Not huge patches but big enough to clearly be noticed. Now we did buy some anti tick/mite/flea stuff and use it properly. It had no effect we could tell.

She first started to have these strange bumps, almost like zits now there little scabs all over. And they arnt' going away but not bleeding nor are they getting infected thankfully.

Now, our long hair cat blacky has -always- been a very loving and affectionate cat. He is a long hair main coon mix thing, a very loving cat. Now he started to scratch and groom himself constantly. We thought at first he was emulating our short hair to get attention because that's just how he is.


But just a very short while ago (like 15 mins) I was picking though his fur, and feeling for those scratches/bumps.scabs and as I was looking I acutally saw a few little red critter scurry away! It was like little red mites or something. Clearly there biteing my poor cats up! :< We really can't afford the vet but it looks like it may be the only option if this OTC stuff doesn't kill them.


Any ideas, or suggestions? They are 100% indoor cats and we do our best to not let them outside.

So for both my 18th and 19th birthdays my older brother kept bringing up going to a strip club, or other such type of place, on his dime. I told him to just give me the cash or we could figure something out, he looked dumbfounded.

Feels sorta nice I guess.

So a friend bugged me around noon to go on a bike ride. A 30 mile bike ride. Ok sounds good. Ended up not leaving till almost 3 becuase of some stuff that happened.

We finally leave, go to areas I already know, on our way. end up all over the place, turned around, and had biked the better part of 30-35mi. We ended up at the Fox River. It's really cool, took a lot of good photos, saw a few dams on the way, I should be uploading that stuff later tonight I gotta work in a few hours and I need some sleep. Had to get a ride home becuase it was 4 hours into our ride and we we're no where near home and it was getting dark.

Overall, had a good time, laughed, saw some cool stuff.

another boring weekend, and I acutally have both Saturday and Sunday off. :/

One of my friends with this fuck up magic touch, had been playing with the compy. told me it showed every single sign of having a dead mother board and that I'd need a new computer. Fine.

He then says "Man it would be nice if this thing just magically...." and as he said that and pressed the power button, the fucker turned on again. Everyone is stumped how it worked, but it worked and well everything is well again.

So last night my computer started to act retarded. Giving this 'activate windows' bullshit, saying it's not a genuine copy, when it is. Thats never a good sign, it's happened in the past and it typically meant that I'd have to wipedrive it and start over again. Yay vista.

well I shut it down, opened the case and sprayed it with canned air. Tried to turn it back on and now it's dead. Huzza. Also on top of that I'm on my moms computer and for some fucked ass reason, I can't get into aim I have tried every password and account combo and apparently my account on longer exists or I signed up with something completely retarded. And aim is useless because there CS hotline just sits there with crappy background music and some automated asshole repeating himself every 5 seconds. No that's no exaggeration, he keeps going on about 'go to these downloads and download this shit" over and over and over.



Uggh I'm just so pissed off right now, I really don't want to have to get a whole new fuckin computer, because I tried to clean it and somehow magically fried it. FFS :<

Watched super 8, was a really well made movie. Should pick it up and watch it when you get the chance.
