We decided to revive our collab account and we will come back with some new ideas very soon!

COMMISSION AND YCH RULES
Posted 8 years ago1. This profile is leaded by two artists, Maroko and Madamecarotte .
All artworks here are done by us.
2. By participating in our YCHs or buying a commissions from us, You accept all rules listed here.
3. We draw general and adult art, but we have some themes we won't agree to draw. We have the right to refuse to do a commission/pick a certain character for YCH auction.
4. We use PayPal and accept only USD. If You pay us for our art, please always send money as payment for transaction!
If You are from Poland, the PayPal is not necessary. Ask us about payment!
We don't accept e-checks on PayPal. Just normal payment.
5. Comms: You can pay us before we start working or after we show You a watermarked sketch. Payment means that we arranged everything and there won't be any major changes (pose, expression etc) anymore.
We start to paint the sketch after You pay.
YCHs: We accept only upfront payments.
6. When You win an YCH slot, we wait max 24 hours for the payment or at least a message.
If You don't pay, the previous bidder gets the slot.
7. Turn around time: Time depends on complexity of order, amount of changes and how busy We are at the moment. It averagely takes few days to two weeks to finish a commission, but it may sometimes be extended for up to a month due to some unexpected factors. You can ask us about the progress whenever you want. We always respond notes.
8. Refunds. You can get a refund (minus a PayPal fee) if You cancel a commission before We start working on it or if We cancel the commission for personal reason. No refund if We start the work!
9. Artistic freedom?
If You order an artwork You can give us an artistic freedom or tell us Your idea and send a color palette, photos of background to base etc. We can create a custom character from color palettes or photos of various things. We do not demand an artistic freedom for commissions!
10. Rights and publishing.
We have full rights to our artworks. It means We can publish them anywhere or sell as prints. We can add more watermarks to online versions if You wish so.
You, as a client have a right to repost a commissioned artwork as long as You credit us (write that we created it and link our gallery).
Credit must be visible.
You can print a commissioned artwork for a private use.
You can't sell a commissioned artwork.
You can't advertise Your commissions with my artwork.
You can't claim the art as done by yourself.
