in Light of the Recent Reamake of my character Flare who is a Panda i decided to give her a Nice Last Name Mouse or As those who weren't her friends would say Maus

This seems like an interesting idea for a cartoon.
A story about a dragon who is fed up with her life as a fire-breathing beast and wants to live among the humans of the land, so she moves into a castle and befriends a princess, who is the only person that can understand and communicate with her, and she ends up getting into constant trouble because she either acts on her dragonic instincts or she just doesn't understand how human society works. This could be one of the things.

i went to have a look at your work ^^ it's nice

the tips i recommend is starting with a base. this way your characters body parts don't look off from the main body. they are many tutorial out there, that can help you in that domain. Me i love sycra and proko that each have a youtube channel to help artist who wish to improve themselves. maybe they could be a source of inspiration to you too

but the best tips of all is practice of course. you can become good at something if you don't practice. Gosh me i practice my art whenever i get the time. (no much time but still ;3c) So make sure to practice
