This is being posted at the behest of  Echoen who agreed to help GAfoxtaur manage owed artwork and debts. In exchange for organization of owed work, cleaning email of spam on a regular basis, and keeping various online accounts clean and tidy and free of clutter, the artist agreed to work on completing owed artwork and processing refunds when able.

However, the artist has not held up this end of the bargain, and has violated the terms of the agreement in several ways.

Michael Higgs (Known as GAfoxtaur, Tinyfoxtaur, Foxtaurmike, Foxtaurgraphics) had continued to accept money for new commissions, despite a backlog of owed work. These new commissions were also not worked on and simply added to the backlog.

The artist has also proceeded to ignore emails and notes, set up new email addresses, and not communicate with anyone in any way.

After repeated warnings and attempts to communicate, the agreement between Foxtaur and Echoen can be considered terminated.

TO ALL COMMISSIONERS:

You can consider all payments made to Michael Higgs to be lost. You were scammed.

You can consider all owed work to never be completed. You were scammed.

You can consider all future attempts to restore community name to be further attempts to steal money.

The above statements will only be voided if and only if all completed work is drawn and all debts are repaid. Until this is done, please ensure you and your friends understand that  GAfoxtaur and all affiliated accounts are not to be trusted.

The Good News: I am working on commissions. I am also working on a comparison sheet for people I still owe to help them choose what to get.

The Bad News: I messed up again. I took new commissions. I let people pay me or start thinking about paying me. I am sorry.

Until I am completely done with all the owed artwork, I will not take any more commissions. To those that have already paid me, I am very sorry. I was in the wrong and I should not have taken your money. Your commission will be added to the queue.

Somehow, this person has gotten all the names of my family, past addresses, and is asking me both here on FA, and via e-mails to confirm things "because he is just interested in my career".

He is asking for all the data needed to commit financial fraud and identity theft. If he asks you for ANY information of this nature, report him to the authorities ASAP.

Just because he's in Poland will not protect him from the laws.

Yeah, I know I live in the same city limits as FWA, but I'm not there this year. Taking a break from cons for a couple of years, not to mention I had neither the money, nor the free time to attend. Besides, I got nothing new to show. Heck, some of my color prints are now officially *older* than some of the attendees looking to buy them!

My grandfather passed this morning at about 8am. We had hoped he'd make it until Christmas, but it wasn't to be. He was 93.

That's what I want to have this year, is a merry shrinkmas! Make me smaller for the holiday, be it for a few minutes, a few hours, days, or forever! Drawings (fast and easy, don't spend a lot of time on them) short stories, or even a small RP of me getting shrunk by you would be a great shrinkmas gift! (and think, it's totally free!)


Now, of course, if anyone out there can *really* shrink me, that'd be sweet too! :)

Things have not been well for me in recent days, and a long term relationship is a hard thing when it has been stagnant or even dead for a while, and I just can't let it go. Well, things are coming to a head, and I doubt we will last past the holidays after nearly 12 years together. Fortunately, we didn't marry, and had no children. I need my friends the most right now, both in kind words and in prayers.

Needless to say, this old greymuzzled fox may be back on the market come springtime.

I find myself endlessly looking at big, soft snuggly ladies. Can't help myself. Something about them makes me just want to sink into their softness and snuggle forever!

Should I ever decide to live stream art, how does one go about doing it? What hardware is involved, like cameras or tablets or the like?

Just a statement, and an observation, but larger ladies rock my world. Tall or short, big hips, soft tummies, luxury-sized rumps, and uber cuddly bodies with big, soft busoms. A warm smile on chubby cheeks just melts me, and turns me on.

How short is short enough?
I often wonder, if I could be shorter, how much shorter? I look at people around me all the time, and think, "Wow, must be fun to be that short!" when I see guys that are around the five foot two mark, or even shorter. Trouble is, I don't really know how short I'd want to be.

So, if it were up to YOU to make me shorter in the real world, how short would you make me, and why? Do you like small people? Do you want a friend that is really short? Maybe somebody to cuddle that's really short. Whatevr the reason, how short RL would you make me, and why?

say your best friend needed a date for some big affair. You are both the same gender, but somehow there was a way to change to the other gender for a period of time, be it hours or a few days, would you do it for your friend. The caviot is that while that gender, you feel all the desires and lusts for your friend you would if you had always been that gender. What would you do? Give in to the lusts for a night of passion, just to have to give it up when you change back? How would you feel about your friendship after changing back? Or would you try to stay that way? Trying to get ideas for a story here.

My net and home phone got cut off today. No money to pay the big past due bill. This means I cannot update, cannot upload, can't send people scans of their art until I can get the bill paid and get the net turned back on. I can access things by my cellphone, but can't send anything like scans or files from it.
So, it'll be weeks before I can afford to pay the bill, unless folks want to buy some stuff from me so I can get it cut back on.

If you could have sex with any of my characters, which one would it be?

I need to raise a large sum of money before end of month to cover a major bill, but since I am so far behind on commissions, I'm instead offering to sell things that are already done. First and formost will be the Connor Comic originals, inked and lettered including the cover lineart from Xfrmations Unlimited #4. I need to raise $500 dollars before the 24th of this month to cover a large bill that is very much past due.

First offer of this amount or higher gets the pages, cover lineart, and a couple signed copies of the comic itself sent by UPS the week the money arrives.

Any other donations out of kindness would be appreciated as well.

Alright, I'm getting caught up, but hit a snag in that Yahoo locked out the email I was using for the past due notes, due to some genius trying to send me a virus. So, can everyone who sent me a message there, copy it to my PM here? I will affirm each and every one, and where you stand on the work getting done. I appreciate your patience, if not just ambivilant tolerance on this matter.

Been looking around lately for big-scale props and stuff. Things like jumbo pens and pencils, combs, anything that would simulate a drop in my own size. There are a LOT of things like that out there I've found out. Now to just start collecting them. Trying to find giant-sized clothes and shoes and the like will prove to be more challenging (and expensive) so I think I'll just go with daily-item props. If you see any, let me know about them, take a photo or whatnot.

Of course, actually BEING smaller so regular things actually ARE bigger would be far, far better!

What movies do you think could benefit from a modern remake, provided they didn't stray too far off the original film's story and premise? I have three I think could really work.
