~Furpocalypse Recap and Updates~

Well what can I say, Furpocalypse ruled! Like back when it was FurFright it remains my favorite collection of friends and fuzzy family, and this year was no different. I saw old friends, strengthened friendships and made brand new ones. I will say I felt like this con went by faster than any con I have ever been to before!
Some major highlights of the con were:
1) Suiting for well over 20 hours as either Gale, Basalt or Dew Shep
2) Meeting the incredibly wonderful and fun WAM furs and going out to dinner with them
3) Breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning with friends
4) Amazing raves Friday and Saturday night (Nevin, Kamillex, Blitz and Comet I love you guys!)
5) Raising over $400 for the War Dogs charity myself with the bucket brigade, and having Strobes join me for the first time :3
6) Coming in 3rd place at the Fursuit Dance Competition, the first time I ever placed solo
7) Being honored at Closing Ceremonies for raising over a 3rd of the bucket brigade totals on my own
I wish I saw more of some people, but I'm happy I did get to spend time with the folks I did. I'm really happy I got to suit so much and entertain folks, that always makes me smile! Can't wait till Furpocalypse next year!

Well my next con is MFF and that will be it for 2015. I arrive with Strobes, Hunter, Kamillex and Alflor via JetBlue at like 9am on Thursday morning. We will leave there Monday afternoon. Let me tell you I'm gunna need that vacation! A full meme will come soon.
Other than that I've been very hectic with work, helping out the parents, organizing local meets and preparing for Anthro New England. I apologize for being less responsive on Skype and I know I still have art that needs doing, but it's been tough to find the time. I will get to it I promise!

Video Project GoFundMe Campaign

Hi everyone!
So you all know that I love producing and uploading videos! I have such a passion for acting and performing in suit and bringing to life my various characters. If you haven't seen my videos yet, please check out my YouTube.

Now I'm not going to drone on hear and I have no sob story to tell, I simply want to raise money to do 3 things
1) Buy a new camera so I can upload high quality videos
2) Buy a good video editing program and produce better finshed results
3) Buy props and travel to locations that will allow me to film videos I've had ideas for for a long time, but not the funds to do.
The camera I really want is about $600, some of the video programs pals have suggested (rather than freeware) have all been around $100. The rest would help pay for props and trips I wanna take to film the skits I wish to do.
Now how will this reward you back? Well every single person that donates will get a huge shout out in a video of mine first off!
Second I wanna do videos at cons to involve the fandom more cause I really love you guys <3
Third, my biggest goal in life is to make people smile and laugh. We live in a world full of negativity so I just want to spread positivity and help you escape the stress of like however I can.

Hey gang! Alright so if you haven't heard about the #ALSIceBucketChallenge it's not surprising, it seems not to be going around the furry community at all. Well I figured it's time to change that! The #ALSIceBucketChallenge is an awesome fundraising idea where people dumb buckets of ice water on their heads and donate $10 to the ALS Foundation, then challenge some friends to do the same thing in 24 hours, or else they have to donate $100.

I really want to push the idea of this as less of a silly thing to do and more of a great way to raise money for a real cause. So here's the deal furries, you guys love laughing, and who doesn't love a good pie gag? So here's the deal. For every person that donates (up to a reasonable amount) and send me a screenshot of the thank you page/receipt I will match that number in pies to the face. For every 10 donations made I'll have a bucket of slime dumped on my head! And after all of it, i'll take another bucket of ice water to the head to wash it all off!

Well first off I was in Orlando from Sunday July 20th until Monday July 28th and boy oh boy is it miserably hot. I was actually in Orlando mainly for the Mascot Games and not for the con, but it worked out I could do both. Mon-Thurs was lots of office work and prep stuff and meeting the men under the costumes of those 23 pro mascots. The Mascot Games will go down in my mind as one of the greatest events I have ever had the pleasure in working for. The charity, New Hope For Kids, is just so beautiful. Being able to meet some of my mascot heroes and watch them perform for all those kids was amazing. If you'd like to know more about the games check out the website: http://mascotgames.org/
So now here's my con only recap. Note that I wasn't at the con very much Thurs, Fri or Sat.
Thursday
Gosh what the hell did I even do Thursday. I know in the morning I hung out with a lot of folks, especially 
and 
, which ruled cause I got to see Flacier's new suit! It's soooo cute! I also suited myself before heading to Mascot Games and then suited a bunch when I got back from Mascot Games. Overall I just recall talking to and meeting a ton of new folks. Including the very very adorable 
.
Also I got to chill with my roomies 
and Papya. I had never met Papya but god damn is she amazing!
Friday
I got back to the hotel at like 4:00pm that day I think. So I got some noms at the hotel and then suited up. From there I went to go meet up with 
for some filming in one of the panel rooms. It was there I really finally got to hang out with and meet 
and Momlando. I had meet a few of them before at the con but it was nice to really become friends with everyone! And filming was such a blast!!!! All I can say is it was themed after the convention theme and it's a Tilt Longtail video everyone will love!
After that I desuited, hung out a bit at some parties, although stayed sober, and then hopped in 
's suit Spike! From there Luie, Ty, and I went to 
's set but omg it was so fucking warm. I lasted maybe an hour and then desuited and went to bed.
Saturday
I got back to the hotel at literally 4:35, then went up to the room, got naked, got changed into my outfit for Gale and got Gale on and was down in the main ballroom by 4:45 for dance comp. That was officially the fastest I ever changed. Anyways I was judging the dance comp which was like really nerve-wracking but also really incredible. The level of talent out there was INSANE <3 Omg everyone made me so damn proud. Like I just was dumbfonded and omg it made doing math really hard. But god damn all the judges had super similar placings and our top 8 were all sooooo close. I think we did a good job, and I think we all really inspired folks to come back and go even harder next year!!!
After that I just got shitfaced. Like white girl wasted. And I hung out with a ton of the dancers and a million others. We played a weird game Ryou brought. It was very awkward and fun lol. Then I went to Tilt's room where we watched the video he and I filmed at Anthrocon. You can all expect that ridiculousness soon. We also watched the raw footage from Megaplex and the "Turn Down Fur What" video I filmed at AC. Eventually Orlando, Momlando and Luie left and we delved into a very innapropriate conversation and my drunk ass passed out for like 40 minutes. What a con lol.
The rest of the night was a lot of chatting and having fun, followed by a like 3am bedtime.
Sunday
Alright my first full day at the con! I suited up pretty early and went to be sold in the Charity Auction in suit. 
ended up buying me for like $70 so we got to dance all night long! I also stayed around to watch the Charity Auction. After that I get noms and then headed to the Fursuit Games with 
. Those were just stupidly silly. After that I desuited for a little bit and there was a dinner in there somewhere, then I went exploring. I found 
tonkawolf, 
tibortiger and 
maximus-ursus who apparently had never met me out of suit! There were many hugs and chats and pictures, which ruled cause I love the Predators Football Team. After a good hang out with them I went in to closing ceremonies were I got snugs from 
jamessnow and a bunch of other really cute DHC suits so I was just in heaven.
Later that evening was dancing, the fursuit parade, hanging out, and chatting with folks like 
shyybunny and just having a good time.

Overall this convention was about making new friends and solidifying bonds with old friends. I absolutely loved it and loved everyone I got to hang out with. You guys make my life so incredible <3 Till next time

Dance Competition
Yet again and I performed a duet, making this our third, and nowhere near the last, performance together. When we perform together we strive to tell a story. At AC 2013 the story was about being naughty lovers up to no good, at MFF 2013 it was about how relationships can be very complex, and this year it was time for another story.
Strobes and I are very madly in love. We've been dating well over a year and a half and I've never felt so close to anyone. In this performance we tell the story of how even though sometimes as lovers you may be kept far away from each other, in the end, love is strong and will keep you together! Oh that and we really love space! <3

Here are all my Floor Wars videos. I was third on the waiting list this year so I had arrived in partial and taken it all off before the start of the event. Before it began I was called up and told I was in cause of all the folks that dropped out. And so for the first time ever I performed in partial instead of full, which I honestly disliked a lot more, I felt like I was cheating myself. But I went out and had fun and somehow ended up going to the Fursuit Division Finals. It was an honor battling 
and 
, they were all incredible! Also Caw downright wrecked me in that last battle, I was so tired from not having properly prepared so i was just happy to be done haha.
Anyway, all and all I had a blast dancing at Anthrocon and I can't wait till the next one!

~Vacation and Megaplex 2014 Meme~

Alrighty all. I will be away from July 20th-28th. My mother and I are having a little vacation in Orlando from that Sunday the 20th-Thursday the 24th. We're gunna be volunteering for the Mascot Games in Orlando and relaxing pool side at our hotel. Those four days will be totally non-furry for me so I can have some mother-daughter time. As always, it was utterly incredible and breathtaking! I won't be doing much name dropping as there are simply too many people I love and chill with at this con.
I will say rooming with 
and 
was AMAZING! Probs the best room I've ever had. Every morning we returned it to a magically clean state and you'd never know there were 11 fursuits in that room! It smelt so clean!
Wednesday
We arrived around 12:30 and were saddened to hear the previous people in our room hadn't even checked out yet. As such we had to just chill in the lobby until 3pm as we waited for the stragglers to get out and the cleaning ladies to get in. Shout out to the Westin for holding all our luggage so we could move around a bit. After we dropped the stuff off, and had already seen a million friends, it was time for a dinner date with Vallhund and Jennzies. We ate at Furnandos, shared stories and walked around town. Strobes went off to dance class with some dancer furs and I hopped in Basalt and wandered the lobby. He got a great reception and I love playing him. When Luie arrive she hopped in Gale and we suited for quite some time! After that it was time to grab a quick dinner then session one of filming "Turn Down For What" the furry parody. Thanks to all the crazy fools that showed up and caused utter chaos in my suite. We can't wait to release it! After that I fursuited the lobby in Gale and had a great evening!
Thursday
Thursday started with breakfast at Brown Bag Deli. After that it was off to explore Pittsburgh some more with friends. Then we headed to Reg and filled out the dumb furry survey that is now even dumber. After that it lunch time at August Henry's and goofing around the DLCC. We did some more filming for "Turn Down For What" and then some chill drinking. I finally got to hang out with the ever hilarious Tilt Longtail who was wearing Brer Fox and he entertained me and everyone in the room with very funny stories. Soon after Hunter, Jake and I went to Tonic in suit for a nice cold drink that turned into two cold drinks. Then it was back to the Westin for our first major party. We had a ton of folks there for a nice 2 hour long fiesta. Much booze was had then it was off to Rahne and Skroy's DJ sets. I blacked out at some point apparently and had a kick ass night.
Friday
Another breakfast at Brown Bag Deli and then off to do con things. I went to the Dealer's Den for a bit and hung out with various friends. I got to meet GoH Jim Cummings and have him sign my Talespin book on a picture of Don Karnage. That was fucking cool! He even spoke as Don Karnage for the whole interaction. I ended up buying a giant Werewolf-Lion-Beast plushie from Mango Island Arts and he got a lot of love from fursuiters on my way back to the room. His name is now Joffrey. After that I went to dinner with Kota and then went to watch the Prelims. Everyone rocked! Groups didn't have to tryout? So I just watched. Then I took Spartan up to the roof to watch the fireworks cause he hadn't seen them in like 3 years. After that we drank and hit up Oddy and Recca's sets. Had fun dancing and the music was great but I was in an off mood so I headed back early.
Saturday
And another breakfast at Brown Bag Deli! Then I suited up as Basalt and got my fursuit badge. I suited all around the con space, threw Flea in Nexus and Smudge's wife in Gale. We did the parade, had a lovely time and headed back to the room to desuit. I cleaned up, we did another August Henry's dinner and then I suited up in partial Gale for Floor Wars. I had been 3 people down on the waitlist and assumed I wouldn't get in so I just partialed. In fact when I arrived I took the whole suit off so I could relax and watch. Then bam I was in cause of all the dropouts. And thus began my battle to the top where I somehow beat Trinity, Xepher, and Relic. I still believe Relic beat me but hey the judges apparently did not. So on I went to the final battle to see who would be champion. It was a pleasure dancing against Caw Hyena, he kicked my butt and damn does he deserve the champ title! Also congrats to runners up Ratcher Couture and winners The Jacks who took the 2 v 2 out of suit battles. Really though everyone brought it and everyone did amazing. Also that was the most hype Floor Wars crowd fucking EVER <3 After that it was party time! And what a party it was. We all got hammered and got down to our underwear. Eventually a noise complaint broke up the party but then we all just went down to the dance. At the dance I grinded with a lot of really hot fursuits and left very happy.
Sunday
Strobes and I awoke early, got more Brown Bag breakfast and practiced our routine a little before heading to the ballroom. The Dance Comp was insane! Some performances were just fucking nuts! Strobes and I had a lot of fun with our routine and we're happy you all enjoyed it! We got runner up in the group category and we're flattered, thank you all for the love you showed us :) After that was the annual Dancer Fur Family Dinner. Twas yummy but I had to duck out early to meet up with Luie. She and I then headed down to Tilt Longtail's room where I was greeted by Griefer. I won't disclose details but apparently it was all a set up and I ended up on camera and very very covered in slime and pie. It was such a blast and the three of us hung out for a bit afterward. After that was the Dancer Fur Cypher. Then we had some folks in our room, which got way to crowded so I gave an "I Love You" speech and kicked everyone out so we could get to bed.
So yeah it was an insane weekend but a fucking blast. I miss you all so much already. The drive home Monday sucked as always and Strobes and I are still recovering from exhaustion. See you all there next year! <3

Wow. Just wow! Another absolutely incredible convention! Anthrocon proves year after year to be my favorite! It was so good seeing all my friends, new and old. Although I feel like it flew by it was utterly amazing and I'm speechless at the moment. Expect an official recap journal soon.

Public Fursuiting and the MA Furs Tumblr

So with the weather back to being gorgeous and perfect for public fursuiting, expect to see lots more stories and pictures. Just last Sunday we went back out to Marina Bay for our first public suiting event of the 2014 season. It was a very fun time, and I was joined by Strobes, Fusion Wolf, Moxxie and Sutter!

~Life Update and Open for Badges!~

Hello all my darling watchers and friends! Figured I should give everyone a little update as it's been awhile!
So let's start out with how real world me is doing! I'm still working as a substitute teacher and on the New England Revolution Soccer team's marketing group. The teaching is still rewarding, but I'll tell you, today's youth (6-18 in general) are going down a really dark path. Respect for elders and leaders is dwindling and kids are more rapidly falling into dangerous drug/alcohol/sex routines. They're so fragile too, they can barely take jokes, and are always running to their parents, who back them up even if the child is in the wrong. I greatly look forward to the next generation of youth, because most of these kids will be utter failures. As for the soccer team we've had a rough start to the season, 2-3-2 for wins, ties and loses, which has us in 6th place in the Eastern Conference. We've been having really fun promo gigs though and I've met tons of New England area mascots! It's a great job (now if only it paid better haha).
Also this weekend I'll be heading up the NH and staying with Pup and Pad while I work my first games of the 2014 season for the NH Fisher Cats baseball team. I worked there as the mascot last year and I'm very excited to return. I play Slider the Lynx and he's a damn adorable costume! Hoping to get pics at this weekend's homestand! And as always i'm still eagerly searching for an Environmental Engineering job here in Boston so I can put this college degree in use. It's been brutal and discouraging but I gotta stay at it! Wish me luck!
Now for the furry side of thangs! MCFC was great and got me amped for the rest of my furry con schedule! We've got the 28th MA Furbowl coming up next weekend, which will be a blast, as it always is! My con schedule will be Anthrocon (July), Furpocalypse (October) and MFF (December) for sure as I already have hotel rooms and travel plans set for all three. There's a slight possibly I'll make Megaplex as there is a charity event in Orlando at that time I'd greatly like to attend.
So yeah that's life with me! Also if you wanna help make Megaplex more of a possibility I'm open for Felt Badges over on my main account

~MCFC 2014 Recap~

Just... incredible! I'm so impressed by this con, they managed to pull of a lot in the little time they had to get it up and running! The Sponsor's Lounge was great when it came to free soda and beer. The food was pretty underwhelming and a lot of folks got sick from it so I'm happy I avoided it haha. I love this hotel and the bar makes the best drinks on the planet. The food in the nearby area was really yummy and affordable too!
Thanks to Corey and Cory for reserving the room, twas a pleasure rooming with you guys, Matt and Kass! I'm sure Strobes was very happy to have all that Penn State around him again!
As for events, only two I really did were the dance comp and fursuit parade, panels were lacking this year. On the flip side though I got to hang out with so many friends I never see! And that's always a million times better than panels :)
The raves Friday and Saturday night fucking RULED! Thanks to the DJs and all the cute fursuits I got to dance with ;P Hehehe.
Shout outs to the incredible Slayer Lynx and Revit for letting me wear Gold and Daemon! I loved playing their characters, it really made my con!
As for all the new friends I made, I'm so happy I met you! You're all so wonderful and I love you guys so damn much! To friends new and old, thanks for making this an amazing start to my 2014 con year!
Also thanks to Strobes and Hunter for being great travel buddies!

Anime Boston 2014 Recap!

Wow wow wow! Another great year at Anime Boston! I went in Thursday morning with 
, as he is con staff, to help out with registration. Got to suit around a little bit and it felt great to help out with such a huge con! (25,000 attendees). I left around 7pm, but left my Nexus fursuit with Flea so he could wear it all weekend. If you see Nexus that was him not me :P
Friday and Saturday I had work so I only got to go back Sunday to spend the whole day there. It was an absolute blast! Gotta say my favorite cosplayers were the Halo ODST Spartans we met. They're armor was spot on! I def fangirled over them quite a bit. And as always it felt amazing to be so popular and have so many pictures taken of us, as we were some of the very few fursuiters at the con. It was a pleasure meeting all them anime folks :)

Now the con will be held February 27th-March 1st 215 (yeah a whole year away) at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Cambridge hotel which conveniently overlooks Boston from the river (there are some photos of the hotel and it's amenities on the Anthro New England website as well as travel instructions). The location is lovely, as it is surrounded by MIT, Harvard and BU which means plenty of affordable and late night eateries! also if you're coming from afar you can go take a look at this amazing college campuses or go to Fenway Park!

Well it's been awhile since I posted anything about how life's been going so I figured it was time for an update!
Orlando Florida Visit
Back in the beginning of January I ventured down to Orlando FL with two of my non furry friends from highschool, Tina and Bucci. We got to stay with my boy and 
, which was incredible and we were so thankful for, cause hotels would have been so expensive! I was very happy to be able to Camo and hang out with him a bit, I miss that boy like nobody's business. Tina, Bucci and myself went to Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, Magic Kingdom and Epcot while were there and we had an incredible time! Epcot was extra special because joined us for our full day of Disney magic, and it always makes me very happy to see him! I also got to meet a bunch of Orlando furs such as , 
and many others who I don't recall what their FAs are but they were all awesome! :D Overall it was an incredible trip!
MA Furbowl #25
So as you know I co-host the furbowls with . We've been hard at work planning the 25th furbowl and it was a roaring success. We had 84 attendees which is redic! How it went was 1-4 was bowling, 4:30-6:30 was a pizza party, 6:30-11 was a rave and then that night we had a room block at the hotel. It was sooooo much fun! Check out this video

I did sadly awaken Sunday with a nasty pinched nerve. I spent the rest of Sunday and Monday in lots of pain and had to go to the chiropractor to get my neck stretched, cracked and realigned. Luckily that worked so I feel lightyears better! Shoutout to , and for taking care of me while I was busted up!
Visit from Paskhowl!
So a long time ago here on the internets, I met the lovely 
through our shared love of saber tooths! Pask was from Australia so I honestly never thought I'd get to meet him. But we chatted a bunch, got art together, and shared suiting stories none-the-less. And it just so happened he came to FC 2014, a con I sadly could not make. But! He took his time off to see the states, and swung over to Boston to stay with me and Strobes! I love having guests so there was no way I was going to let a visitor stay at a hotel. And so Pask came to hang out Wed-Friday and we explored Boston, hit up the Sam Adams and Harpoon breweries, fursuited and cause chaos. Seeing him go sucked cause I know I may not see him again till 2016 when Strobes and I can hopefully afford a trip to Melbourne, Australia and FurDu. Expect a flood of Gale and Pask pictures shortly!
Jobs, Health, Happiness
Well I still work for the NE Revs but I don't have enough hours. I'm hopefully going to working as a paraprofessional at the local school system shortly. That will be very helpful. My hunt for an Enviro. Engineering job continues, but I'm keeping my head high thanks to the support of my incredible friends and family. Shout out to my Mom and Dad for assisting me through this journey into adulthood, while still encouraging me to have fun, see friends and do this furry thing! Strobes and I are very healthy now that I'm past that neck injury and we're very thankful for that. I also could not be more in love with that boy, he's just purrfect <3 This Valentine's Day we'll have been dating for about a year and three months :)
I owe you all a dance video really really badly! I'll try my darnedest to get a quick one out to you guys within a week, and I wanna do one at another cool location before our first con of the year, MCFC.
