~FCN 2013 Post Con Report~
Posted 12 years agoFirst off, a shout out to all the people I love and that made this con incredible.
Thursday:
Thursday was big blur of driving with Camo, visiting Ronnie, driving, arriving, unpacking, fursuiting, drinking, dancing, and saying hello to everyone as they arrived. My paws got soaked and I learned that tile + wet paws makes for lots of falls. Danced my furry ass off.
Friday:
Went to Opening Ceremonies, ate some noms, fursuited with Atsu, Xepher, Ty, Strobes, Taco, Bemani, Vince, got a photoshoot done, did dance comp tryout, got in, was pumped, ate food, DRANK with Nbowa 1, Nbowa 2 and Mystery Otter, danced a whole bunch. Got to dance with the lovely Buddy! as well
Saturday:
Went to breakfast, did the Fursuit Parade with Taco and Deth, went to the music video filming of "Bowtie". Many thanks to Pepper and King Gourd for having the idea and making it come true. I got to dance with Taco, Scurrow, King Gourd, Rogue, Cooppertom, Tilly and many others. Kept fursuiting around with my boy Ice Fox . Finally desuited and got food before the dance competition.
Got back into suit, went to the dance comp, had a ton of fun, lost my voice cheering. To everyone in the dance comp. YOU GUYS FUCKING KILLED IT OMG AHHHHHHHH <3 Watching everyone was fucking sick! And congrats to Sadie, JD, Spazz, and Atsu on placing! And to my snuggly Wolfpup for getting the newcomer award!
Then real talk. I got to meet one of the people who inspired me to join this fandom, Madius. I told him that, because of him, Oz, Dex, and JD's dance from AC 2008, I fell in love with this fandom and joined. We were both brought to tears, and it was a huge emotional experience for me. It was wonderful to meet him. Theome later told me how much my comment meant to Madius and JD and I got all teary eyed again. Love you Theome!
I then proceeded to get incredibly wasted at our room party. Thanks to Atsu, Sadie, Kiba, Ty, Dakota, Taco, Strobes, Gel, Ark, Sheepdust, Shia, Skye, Camo, Bemani, Lightning, Vince, etc for making that an awesome room party, and for watching me chug fireball. <3
Sunday:
Had to say goodbye to my roomies, and move into Panzier's room. Food, shenanigans, such as the mysterious mystery hand that filmed us and gave us drinks (Camo, Ghimno, Hyler, Slayer). Fursuit swapping, where I became Mini Ty, food, drank, hangout, dance, shenanigans, bed.
Monday:
Breakfast Club; Dancer Fur Style, goodbyes, #FeelsCons #SoulSearchCon, #EmotionalRoadtrip, #Canada.
I love you all so very much, and I can't wait to see everyone at the next con! *saber snugs for all*

And after FurFright I was honored with having Strobes come stay with me for a few day while Megabus, it's busses and NYC stopped dying. It was super duper fun... and well.... I kinda fell head over heels for him. I mean. How could you not? He's handsome and sexy, he's got the most hilarious yet charismatic personality ever, he can dance like some sort of god, and seriously, he has WWII eyes. But, I let him get back on that bus and back to his life at Penn State. And a few weeks later, Novemeber 15th actually, we were officially dating. And I was the happiest folf/saber kitty in the entire world. I love you sooo much Strobes. <3
So yeah, the rest of my semester was brutal, but there was much fun in between. I hung out with my boy
and 
and we caused adorable shenanigans.
And back in VT
's birthday and 
's birthday which were back to back on a Friday and Saturday. Shout out to all my 
, we done did get hammereddddddd. Like Cyan at a convention hammered! Major shout out to my boy 
cause we are fucking awesome and wrestle in the snow with our suits on.

So to be blunt, this was a truly incredible year, and I couldn’t be more blessed to have the friends I do. Every single person I met made me a little bit better and a little bit happier. I love you all so very, very much. Now let’s make 2013 even better!

A Review of 2012 ~ All the Love <3 ~ [Part 1]
Posted 13 years agoWell. This is going to be a long journal, but it will most definitely be an enjoyable, hilarious, and heart warming read.
So here it is, my year in review.
2012 started off great! In the first few months I did a ton of fursuiting with the VT furries while up at school. I was also working my ass off at the UVM mascot, Rally Catamount, attending every basketball game, and really amping up the energy. When America East championships rolled around in March I was pumped! As the "elder" mascot performer, I was going to be traveling with the team to Hartford for the tournament! We hit the road and the fun began. Although our Women's BBall team ended up in 5th place in America East, they gave a great performance. But it wasn't until the quarter-finals that the intensity picked up for the Men's BBall team. We were playing Hartford, on their home turf, battling it out to see who would play Stony Brook in the Championship game.
Well it went into double overtime but UVM beat Hartford, and we were off to Stony Brook the next weekend. Stony Brook was insane, the fans were rude and vulgar, and the opposing mascot was an ass. Good thing we literally destroyed them at their own court, leaving them to cry while we celebrated victory, and the knowledge we'd be traveling somewhere for the NCAA Tournament.
I will always remember the moment that myself, the pep band, cheer team, dance team, basketball team, and coaching staff, were all standing, staring at the various TVs in the pub we were in. They were announcing the bracket for the NCAA tourney. We saw UNC Chapel Hill go up. And then we saw we would be playing Lamar University to see who would play UNC.
Packing. Sleep. Get on the charter flight. I was about to miss an unknown time of school, and I didn't give a fuck. I was flying with the team for the NCAA tourney. We arrived in Dayton, Ohio Monday evening, to a very warm greeting. The next day was a free day, and I went to the National Air Force Museum and then had cheerleading practice. We decided the NCAA was a perfect place to debut arial stunts with the mascot. I'll tell you, being held up in the air in a mascot suit is fucking epic.
The next day was game day. And my heart was racing the entire game. It was incredible to watch my team play in such a huge stadium, and to perform myself in the stadium, was insane. But we managed to demolish Lamar, and we knew we'd be heading to Greensboro, NC in the morning.
We flew into Greensboro, and we drove to our Four Seasons hotel. We were staying there with the Notre Dame team and pep squad, it was awesome meeting them. I got to watch Duke, ND and UNC practice, which was a once in a lifetime opportunity. On game day I met the UNC mascot, and we became fast friends. I walked around the stadium, taking hundreds of pictures with both UVM and UNC fans, all of them very kind and welcoming. I got to perform on the same floor as my two favorite college teams in America. We did loose that game, but everyone had fun.
Overall. That NCAA Tourney week was the most magical and memorable week of my life. I will never forget the insanity of that week. Go Cats Go!
Ok back to the furry shit.
So. Up until the summer I went to many VT furmeets and hung out with all my VT fur friends. But when the summer started up, was when the fun really started.
Right when I got on brea,
introduced me to a truly awesome guy, :huskyboy3:! He was super duper cool, and we become very fast friends. Plus he's a super duper smart engineering kid, even if he's also a derpy husky! :P
Early on in the summer my good friend, came to visit me on Cape Cod. We filmed two videos, "Gary's Summer Journey: Mashpee" and "Rick's Big Adventure: Little Lady".
We had such a blast, going to Plimouth Plantation with Kavi and then going fursuit mini golfing with
, 
, 
and 
. Spending a few days with Camo was awesome, kid is so cool. I'm honored to call him my friend. :)
Fast forward less than a month and it's Anthrocon!!!! Kavi, Pherric and myself went down to CT to stay with
, 
and 
. Twas quite a hilarious night if I do say so myself. We then hit the road to Pittsburgh, PA in the middle of a rain storm. After 8 hours of driving, we reached the Westin, the wednesday before AC started.

Oh yeah and I went to Alaska for two weeks with my mom. Alaska was sooooooo kick ass. Like woah. I wanna go back.
At the very end of the summer, we had a party for my best friend Kavi. Hunter, Pherric, Dex, Fawx,

, 
, 
and 
all showed up for the festivities. We got soooo trashed. To sum it up it was booze, bathing suits, pool wrestling, fireworks, hot tub snuggles, nakedness, dancing, fursuiting, chaos.
Soon after I was back at UVM. And back with my VT furries! Classes started up and I was super duper busy. But soon it was time for FurFright! My favorite convention! And the first time I was brave enough to actually try out for the Dance Competition.
I really have to thank Hunter, Strobes, Ikato, Camo and my bestest best friend Kavi for really pushing me to actually compete. Honestly, without the strength you boys gave me, I never would have done it. Also major thanks to Atsu, Kwik, JD, Dex, Skye, Kintari, Scurrow, Twitch, Remix, Inu Yoko, and Mozee for being an incredible DF family for me at FurFright. You guys all inspired me with your incredible dancing and massive support. All the loves guys, all the loves.
Oh and Sadie, pleated pants win first place. Proud of you hun! <3

Posted 13 years agoWell. It's time to make is FA official. I am dating and I have been since 11/15/2012. He's pretty much the most incredible individual I've ever met, and to say that I fell head over heels for him is an understatement. He's perfect in every way; he's smart, funny, an amazing dancer, evil, sadistic, handsome, and has a damn sexy body. ;) I could not be happier guys. I can honestly say I have never felt this way about anyone in my life before, he just inspires me to be awesome and be me. Just writing this makes my heart flutter. And just a note, my previous non-furry bf and I broke up awhile ago, it was mutual, we were just too different.
But yeah I'm the happiest folf/saber kitty alive. I just love him so much. I could not be more blessed to call him my boyfriend. These next 9 days can't go by fast enough! <3
and I have been since 11/15/2012. He's pretty much the most incredible individual I've ever met, and to say that I fell head over heels for him is an understatement. Posted 13 years agoSo yeah. Last weekend I was supposed to film a dance video. Well guys I got drunk at 's birthday party instead. And it's VT so there was snow. And and myself had our fursuits and no fucks to give. The result?
If you want to actually see our suits better, we have light from 5:20 onward. I must say the video is freaking hilarious, and I'm surprised no neighbors came out to yell at us, cause it was like midnight.

suits are incredibly durable. We kicked the shit out of our suits, and they didn't suffer any damage! <3

Posted 13 years agoOh man, last week was soo fun! I did so many things. On top of all the stuff I told you guys about in my previous journal I did a bunch of other shit.
On wednesday I hung out with my boy and all day. We went to the playground, and I stayed out of suit to take pictures and video. The kids adored them and the parents loved us. After awhile I put Gale on and joined the fun, playing a 30 minute game of tag with one kid. Overall it was exhausting but epic! And then we went and saw Rise of Guardians. What an incredible film, the animation was outstanding and the characters were so lovable. Bunnymund (the Easter Bunny) was fantastically animated and voice acted. I may have a crush on him haha.
Thursday was Thanksgiving, which honestly was boring. So skip that.
Friday I hung out with my boy again. We went into Boston with a boombox, and set up outside the Prudential Center. And the awesome joined us too! We danced for hours, and god it was so fun. I never, ever, ever thought I'd be brave enough to dance in the city out of my suit.But it was a blast. We were eve joined by two gentleman that were part of a local dance crew. They were amazing to watch! Overall it was an epic night, but it killed me to say bye to Blue. God I love that pup! :3
Saturday I relaxed and then headed over to and 's house for a fiesta. For the first two hours it was just myself, Kota Husky and Lwhekk. We drank, got to know each other, drank, looked at copious amounts of gay furry porn, drank, and laughed. We were drunk by the time Invehnt, 
and 
got home with games and pizza. To sum up the night.....
Alcohol, Furry Porn, Duct Tape Dummies, Knots, Sheaths, Chain Link Fences, Knives, Footstool, Silly Hat Part, Bulgaria, Insanity.
It was one of the best parties I've been to in ages. Love you boys, it was a blast!
So yeah now I'm back at school and my life sucks and this semester was brutal. I really can't wait till I'm done. But! This saturday is a birthday party for . So that'll be sick.
Oh and I may film a music video there. And hell, I may be trashed when I do it. <3
