Currently I've started on week 2 of the month long daily pics over there. For this week, it'll be about a smeargle and his art

So it seems like there's a lame loser out trolling someone I know here and they refuse to stop.
Every time they get blocked, they come back and make another account and continue on. I was told by the person that FA has yet to do anything about it.

For now, they turned off their profile but with this "track record" of the trolls. They'll be back and do it again.

Now Im going to talk to the target and see what's going on and get some facts here.
But it's sad when someone has nothing better to do than this.

About 24 hours after I loaded all the Eeveelutions I did. I've gotten quite a bit of favs. (the most in one day)

Guessing some do like the style I did them in. Wasn't quite sure about it but hey, if it works.

But once again. If there's a Pokemon (or even Digimon) you would like to see me do in that style.
Just let me know and Ill see what I can do. Thanks again for all the favs.

They were done this past October but I kept forgetting to load them here. (oops!)

Anyway, I did a "painted-style" for the headshots. But since they're digital, that's also why the "" in the titles as well.

Only 3 turned out good and the others... not so.

For the most part, I used a fennec as a reference for them. Glaceon is one of two that was done mostly like one as well. (complete with whiskers)

I do like how Espeon turned out. The coloring and adding a light blue aura to give it that psychic feel to it. (although I may adjust the background to bring it out a bit more.


Now wondering what other pokemon I could try in the same style. (if anyone has any ideas, let me know below on what you would like for me to try and do one of. Even if I already drawn a pokemon in the past)

Yep. Figured "why not?"

I haven't done much over there like chat but will see how it goes over there.

For some time now. The site has been flagging images as "sensitive" (was "mature"), despite most are not. Course the site isnt being helpful.

Even 13 of my own are, currently, flagged. (even a sunset photo)

So for now, I've placed those marked in a folder over there to keep track.

I'll try an update this later if anything changes.

So not sure what I want to have shown as a banner (at least something different than the others I have)
So it might keep changing at random. For now, I just tossed a pic and a photo of mine together

Also. Banners appear to look nicer in the Modern template

Been thinking of maybe posting a few wips of a couple of projects I never finished but not 100% on it.

Also, I know I haven't been posting competed images of some wips shown in the past as well, as they were mostly done for testing styles and such.

In fact. Think i might redo some older testing wips and post them as well as updated pics that were done as part of the "sketchbook journal" series on my other account. (That should give me something to do 😅)

Due to the new image policy. The site no longer allows images done via an AI prompt program such as Dall-E to be loaded.
And even though the image I posted is my own. I have changed it to avoid any confusion.

I can't blame them since right now, as of this posting, a lot of artists are upset about how some think the art world is "dying" and AI is the way to go. Ignoring the hard work someone took to study and improve on their craft. (of course, some believe it takes hard work to make an AI image work their way. But it still renders images from other sources and puts them into a new image)

However. I might try and find a site I could show my work and its inspiration. (maybe my own page)
I already save the image as a "just in case".

I have been thinking about updating a lot of my older pics, (mostly headshots) from when I used the be in a mailing group when those used to be around. But the thing is, most have moved on and I don't have access to anything like an update on designs.

And so, what I will be doing instead is going to do updates for those I do have updates to. I know some of them are a "simple" color swap.
And I already have my first "subject".

Going to change some of the folders around a bit. And since Im limited to how many I can make. Some of them will be replaced. Figure I would give a heads up on this. Also might do this at random times as well.

The event is about 1/2 over. And I'm still looking for more to do (the search on the site isn't the best)
So if there is someone that may have a character that I might be interested in doing. Just let me know below.

I will try and find those with little to no art attacks.

I will be doing another comic based on the two dog hybrids. (Dillo and Johnny)
This, however, will be sometime after ArtFight 2022 though.

But I might sketch up some ideas and see what might work.

Yep. If things turn out right. An older character of mine might make their return during this year's ArtFight.

Might have to make some redesigns since it's been soo long since they had any updates... In fact they had none and among the oldest. 😅

For the 2nd time. I'll be taking something I've done a few years ago and making it something like an HD version.

I can't say what it is yet, I can say that it's a rework of something done year's before that. While im doing this. I won't really be changing anything and instead it'll just me cleaning it up and making minor adjustments

Recently some around the net have been messing around on a text-to-image site that takes text prompts and make an image based on them using random images

And much like how others have done something like it with other random gen sites, like poke fusion. I'll also be doing that. I already got some nice ones and from there, I'll pick 3 to do.

Also, when I post the image(s). I'll also have the random image alongside as well.

Going to start on them very soon, and while the "fad" is current.

Yep. Figure that among the other things I've been doing, I could make a couple of them.

And yes, they will be free to use*. I'll be looking at animals that are shown as often as others.

Yep. I tried to do one last year but only two entered.

So I figure I would try again. But now I would have to figure out how many would be interested in it.
And it'll be for free art. (SFW only)

In a few days from. Im going to be looking for some more animals to do and will be looking for birds and such as well.

I'm also going to be updating my animal list of those I've done before.
But here's the fun part. I'll be seeing if some might want a free pic (and who doesn't like free things?)

Please note that depending on some things. It won't be "POOF!" it's done like 5 seconds fast.
The pics will only be SFW (although refs can be higher if don't have a choice)

Will be limited to about 3 for now. So if you want to have a chance of getting picked. Be sure to read the simple rules.. right.. down below:

Only real based animals for now (no fake hybrids or customs, due to some have rules that must be followed)

Instead of waiting till it gets here, I'm going to go ahead and update and add some new stuff to my Art Fight gallery.

I'll be adding some new guys, updating bios, and other things.

Also, all older characters will remain. So if there's one that someone would like to do. They can have a look.

Yep. Along with the random sketches and requests. Some older pics and those that needs it, will be reworked next month.
Now as for if they'll also be loaded that month as well... I cant really say. I've been testing on some effects and might test on a couple of pics as well. And because of that. They might be loaded sometime after April...

While I cant say, for now, which ones will be redone. I can say that one of them will be more like a (RE)re-work for someone I didn't expect to make a request a few years back. In fact it might be two people Im thinking of redoing that made a request years ago and needs to be updated. :)

First off. I'll start working on the YCH sometime this weekend when Im not doing other things like the daily sketches.

Which leads to me doing the daily sketches. Now while I haven't been showing most of them here, you can still find them on my Sketchbook gallery I've mentioned before. Right now, week 3's theme is about pokemon. (style is/should be like a painted style)

I'll try and load some of them here but not all of them yet.

Yep. Seems like, despite it not showing the fuller image. (Due to it being a higher rating). The safe version has been seen more. That's interesting that has happened. But of course not unheard of.
