Gods what a day it was... the 10th was not a kind day to this old bear. It started out fine then that whole "You've been laid off" thing reared its gnarled, chewed up, ugly head and made me remember things. You know how they say 'There's no I in team'? Well as everyone told me "It's a dog eat dog world out there." who knew that vore would be a prominent fetish in the work space down here? One person really showed me that while team may not contain an I it sure did contain "ME". I must admit I feel like the individual singled me out in some manner. Bein' kicked off the corporate ladder may not have been a long fall but the shit just kept piling up against me. Now it seems that people in my most recent work place [beyond the one friend I made from my previous position] has nuked me like a cancer. It's only been about 2 months and my former coworkers that I've contacted have seemingly forgotten me. One apparently changed numbers with some rude twat. The other just blatantly forgot me. *peh*

But that's that and this is now so *blows that pile of scrapcrap up with a well placed Crit Rocket*. As the Marine's say "Semper Fi" Carry on! Anyway to carry on with the message! I saw that  Nataya was doing free pics so I posted a link to my ref pic :) My patients/moral was pretty low due to the damned occurrence of that whole "ME" teamperson and I thought she had overlooked me so I hid my comment.

Little did I know she'd actually do a pic! I have to say it perked me up considerably :) Thank you again Nataya for the awesome pic :) I really really love it :D

As for my commission folks I've been writing just slowly x.x very slowly. I cant seem to get a good hour to where I can keep prying eyes from my monitor >.> only at night @.@ I'll see what I can do hopefully by the end of the week I'll have atleast ONE story done x.x

Oh'n Tolstoy o.o I tried to sign up for Ustream so's I could chat in your stream but I guess the system's buggered. It didn't send me a message to confirm my registration to the site o.o will try again sometime.

So I've been playing Dead Island and just met up with the wonderfully ANNOYING Floaters. For whatever reason my initial encounter with these creatures was quite... interesting. I had no bombs, no guns, no means of blowing these damned things to hell at all! All I had was blunt objects and my knives. Thank gods for knives!

I was able to simply throw my knives repeatedly into the big jellyish creature and casually just go over gnab them out of his gut and throw them again. Once or twice the Floater actually managed to kill me durring this target practice session but only after i'd hit him. Being that there were other zombles around the big lug I had to slice them to bits with a Shock Cane Knife [no damned crit rockets when ya need 'em!] and doin that seems to be a pretty good thing especially when the zombies seem to freeze frame just as they are goin to hit ya! :P Eazy kill lol But back to the Floater... yea f*kers are annoying at close range.

I do have some other bugga-boo's with Dead Island like having to pay for your own repair job? Shouldn't you save money when YOU repair something yourself? The Majority of crafting seems free as far as what I can tell which is reasonable. The game to me seems to want to be a high brow clone of Dead Frontier but with different zombie types and cars. Dead Frontier for those of you not in the know is an MMO set in a post apoc US where a group of survivors have walled off a city block and have basically made their last stand. It has zombie's with different levels, looting, different weapons [most just improvised weapons] including guns, it has a leveling system and a talent tree of sorts. Don't mention the word 'car' or 'vehicle' on their forums though they dont like being able to mow down zombies with some form of motorized death machine. Though I'm saying this and have not played the game in about a year or so. The main differences are that Dead Frontier happens to have zombie birds, and that the safe haven the people have created comes under attack every hour or so from zombies and the players are rewarded if they happen to join in the defense effort, and the one final fact that you cannot go into different human populated area's... you have one home town and that is it.

Can't we have one game where the game developers atleast try'n turn some of these places that are all destroyed and such into some form of functional place? I mean that Live guard tower thing in Dead Island should have been cleaned up atleast a bit once they got to inhabit it! Another thing that bugs me is that they dont seem to want to expand their area. Push the infected back and widdle their numbers down to nill!

Is it me or is there something goin 'round just obliterating peoples comps game wize? o.O Seems I'm hearing more and more probs with steam users I know mainly that they cant get Multiplayer games to run smoothly with out hosting or turning everything else on their comp off o.o. Anyway I was in a TF2 match with  tolstoy a few days ago and I hadn't run the game on my comp in some time, really the only time I'd seen the Heavy was when I played Poker Night at the Inventory, and the game did happen to lag a few times for me but was otherwise good running.

On a side note I managed to crit rocket the big ol' bear! <.< Not my fault I'm a lucky bear! :P All I have to say is Irish Soldier Bear powers are awesome :D

So a bit of an update of sorts. As you all know I finished one commish so I'm going to try workin on the others. Right now I'm trying to get a good means of scheduling 'round here since I'm working on fixing up the house so its not such a zit. Beyond that one of my close friends is in the hospital was in the ICU but is better now :) I'll be visitin him sometime this week.

So's far as my schedule goes I may just put a day to craft, another day to writing, another day to cleanin this muck up!

I'd been over at the pier nearly all day long taking photos with my new digital SLR, and had only recently been able to get back to the photo lab to process the pictures. In the day the pier was a light with activity, ships passed through the port on and off all day till sunset.

Nothing seemed wrong at the time... until I got to my home lab to review the shots I had taken. Most of pictures were trash shots that I didn't find to enthralling. One trash shot though caught my eye, the boat in the shot was quite old looking. The bulk of the boats exterior was made from wood. I could tell that it wasn't some fiberglass construct but was honest to god timber!

It was like a shot out of time this simple trash shot... hell! even the people near the boat seemed misplaced in the modern surroundings. I must've looked at that shot and the several corresponding shots for nearly 4 hours, my stomach growled and shook me from my trance like state. After a small sandwich my attention turned back to the photo's which I hastily printed in the largest size I could.

I took to the photo's with a strong scrutiny, not denying even the smallest detail any bit of my attention. The crew of the ship seemed to be an unholy lot, skin as dark as coal for most of them that weren't clad in some hap hazard ragged robes. The full gruesome crew seemed to have a shadow hanging over them almost as if they were emitting the blackish shadow themselves! Looking closer at the photo's containing the ship and its crew I noticed a fair sized crate being, apparently, taken down into the hull of the ship.

The more I poured over the photo's the more an unnatural fear seemed to settle into me, trying to get me to tear away from the photo's. In hinds sight I should have listened to the fear that had been gnawing at me.

The next day I returned to the pier... the ship was gone thank god but the area where it had been... strangely the area was non-existent almost as if the pier itself had sealed over to prevent the ships return! I must've passed over the spot looking for any sign of trickery on the strange ships part but found nothing. None of the boards looked out of place and every nail was in its logical place. I only stopped looking when I noticed a few of the other ship folks were staring at me. I went back home and put the whole matter to rest... if rest truly exits in this world.

Returning to my home photo lab I discovered the photo's that had contained the images of the ship and it's crew had blackened as though I'd have had the cover over the lens all the while snapping those photos. The only 'surviving' photo, which seemed only to have survived by the will of the contents, god I wish I had not seen it... the ship was there and the crew as well but the difference was now the entire crew was staring right at me! Each eye was turned directly at the camera. I hadn't taken such a photo... if I had I surely would have died from sure fright!

The damnable feature nearly masked the presence of the crate I'd seen before, though now it had a strange symbol etched into it's side. Among the greyed out features of the photo, for all meaning full color had been drained away from the day in the hellish photo, the symbol stood out in bright red. It was apparently something to note or elsewise why would it have been highlighted so? Hearing a sound outside of the lab I hastily put the picture away fearing any unknowing eye would raise questions that I had absolutely NO answers to.

Upon exiting the lab I gave my home a good once over the main floor was absent of anyone and so was the second floor. Returning to my lab I resolved not to return to the pier and to lock away that blasphemy of a photograph.

Here it's been nearly a month now since that final haunting image has seen the light of day but I can still feel the presence of the eyes staring from the dark depths of my lab's corner cabinet. They torture me... I haven't had a good nights sleep since the picture came to light. It wont mater though in a week... I'm moving further inland and leaving that damned photo behind buried as deep as I can, and I pray that no innocent eyes ever see it again... Maybe my new home in Dunwich Village will have something worth photographing?

Slowly the matter of the ship and the horrible crew eased from my mind, their choke hold on my mind lessened with each passing day. Until that is that the crew returned. The ship was out of my sight , thank god for that, but the crew's presence in the town was like a cold chill that wouldn't lift. With the crew seemed to follow a horrible sense... which soon became more flesh and blood than any Hollywood concoction.

A nightmare walked through the town at night and that damned crew had brought it to our shore! From the pier itself came a deafening silence as to how the creature could have gotten to the town or what the thing looked like. Soon though rumors ran freely mostly of the creatures origins... seems the crew had pulled the creature from some uncharted land.

We soon found out the creature had some ill intent being in a new land it began to hunt. Hunting to satiate its hunger the creature seemed to feel for its victims.

One night I caught sight of the things tail end as it slid through the streets. It was fast and seemed to ooze about for the creature was limbless from what I could tell.

The crew left after only a month though the creature hadn't left... it stayed a week or so and then vanished. People who'd been damned enough to see the thing up close said it was a slimy creature that was a ball of feelers, with tearing claws, a gaping maw, and four ember red eyes that seemed to peer through a soul.

That was the last time I saw the crew... I moved out of the town hurriedly to a small town farther inland... Dunwich is such a peaceful little hamlet.

Let me just start out by saying that the last three days could not have rocked any harder even if there was a world shattering earthquake. I would love to thank my lovely wolfywho made the whole trip one of the most memorable I have had in years! Thank you wuffy :)<3

At times it is the small thing's that'll get to sticking firmly in my memory and indeed there were small things that are now firmly cemented into my memory. Now truth be told massing all of the memories they produce a large cell memory... looky me soundin all fancy! Seriously though... the memory's of my first con... FUCKING AMAZING!

Friday was a pretty good start to the three day weekend. We arrived at the hotel and got all registered'n stuff I got a pretty neat little pouch thing with an ID in it o.o for me lol. We went out to Gator Land which was rather tourist trappish lol as horrible as it would sound it was rather fun... for the novilty of the place if nothing else. It was a small park dedicated to mainly to one theme which was reptiles of which the Alligator dominated the scene through out the good majority of the park. There where the obligatory gator themed shows with the big scaley fella's jumpin up'n chopping down on chicken with a small unexpected distraction of a buzzard that tried it's damnedest to get the chicken for itself. There was a much more selective group show that had all the gathered furries attending to which the animal experts had a bit of fun with the group! I was present and it was quite a good show!

After catching the shuttle to get back to the hotel me'n Shywolf checked in and the first room we got was'nt really all that good... we got to exchange that room for a one on a lower level that was much roomier and had a nice big sleep number bed for us to enjoy! Enjoy the bed we did! ;A; The nights we enjoyed sleeping on it where the best that I'd ever slept really! +1 for the awesomeness of Sleep Number beds! We had a couch/sofa, tv, desk for writting and whatnot, mini fridge, and an overly awesome AC unit LOL *nudges Shywolf with a wink*... :P Not much to complain about the room for besides the one fact that both windows... had no views of anything of the veiwing sort that was actually worth seeing lol. Both windows that were in the room were for lack of a better term industrial... lots of ac vents. That small detail is very worth wile looking past though due to the excellent company that I had with me in the room :).

We decided after getting everything dragged up and settled in the room to go about and see what we could see down on the conventions floors. We walked around a bit and met furs and saw some good friends of ours. We played some games in the game room which was packed full of games mostly arcade games from a fur that I know lol :P he's awesome even though the arcade's game titles were a bit limited and some where rather difficult to understand o.O;. Shy'n me tried our paws at an early Simpson's arcade game but it was rather... aggressive to any player not savvy to it's ways.

After a while we went back to our room and just hung out till we could figure on something to do... which was just kinda flop'n relax from what I can remember of the day LOL n.n;;

Saturday was a bit more active with me'n shy goin and walking around after having woken up at nearly 7 and both showering lol separately of course.

We walked around a bit until noon when we heard about a snack thing going on at a very high up suite so of course we went and got our snacks! Mm... Cheeto's and Cola *drools*!! What... they are awesome snacks! After the snack we got back to the main grounds for the con and explored a bit even going for a dip in the hotel pool after the kiddies had decided to clear out... furries and balls can be a somewhat unpredictable mix! After the pool had worn itself thin we enjoyed a slight dip into the hot tub and were joined by a few furries. It was nice to be able to go to the pool and just relax even if it did end up littered with kids at a few points. The hot tub on the other paw... my gods it was HOT!! therefor I did not get into the bubbling inferno that was the hot tub though Shy slipped right in the brave soul!

After a bit of pool time we went back to our room and dried off got into our clothing and drank a bit. Shy drank up some of his lemonade which he shared with me :) I'll miss that lemonade ;A; poor thing :c... :P We met up with some friends and joined them in their room just to hang out and chat :) we got to meet some awesomely super furs :P After the impromtue introduction we had a few laughs ate some Mangosteen fruit candy and went on our merry way! Shy proceeded to drink a bit more of the lemonade before suiting up and going out onto the grounds... it was pretty awesome even though we both were slightly buzzed... one more so then the other lol but all together. We went to the pool area and got to parade around there a bit with Shy hugging me nearly the whole time it was like having a large plush snuggling me! n.n We met some more friends there and kinda chattered about stuff such as how we were and such!

After a bit of walking around the pool me'n the big snuggly wuff decided to go into the Artist den and got all signed up for free badges! Well... did have to give away a hug to get the badges but it was still awesome :) I gave the artists who did the badges for me'n Shywolf a bracelet each for being so awesome :) I think they liked them I saw them wearing them around the con grounds! Shy'd brought his laptop and we both were using it... I'd gotten into the IRC for the floridafurs and some of the con folk were in chatting so I made the best of it! I got to meet up with a suiter and we got some snapshots! I am happy as anything to finally have met some folks out from behind this monitor! Putting faces to names is such a delight when you've barely been able to get outta the house in the past ten years!

A Pool party/Kareoky event had started near dusk and there was food'n snacks for all to enjoy. I finally got to meet and give her the Tamagotchi toy that I'd been trying to find a good home for. [A BIG thank you btw LatinVixen for giving it a good home!! Now I have a small bit less stuff in my room! lol] Near the end of the day *bout around 10pm when a dance was to begin* we both went up to a room party which turned out to be packed to the roof with furries! By this point Shywolf was out of his suit and had gotten a bit more then buzzed lol but he had incredible control over his faculties though I'm sure he'd parry back with a few comments [Ya know... in the way some folks go'n try'n outdo eachother with either compliments or strange tales :P]! The party at the room was packed and the 'danger punch' they were serving was apparently a potent mix since the rumor was it had EverClear in it. After figuring no one was going to be down in the dance we headed back to the room got things ready to clear out in the morning. After doing what needed to be done we simply flopped into bed and Shy fell asleep nearly instantly!

Sunday... oh what a day that was. During part of the evening in Saturday we had tried a damnable fruit candy... Durian fruit candy! The worst tasting stuff ever! Thank fully the fruit's horrid burp aftermath had worn itself off by night for me... Shy was still grimacing at the taste for a while until Sunday had rolled about [thanks again Kemmy >.> next time why not try'n talk us OUT of that kinda stuff! lol]. We kinda just rolled about for half the day until the hotel folk said it was time to check out! :P SO we did after getting our stuff safely to the car. After checking out of the hotel we stayed and played a few games with our characters merely flailing and committing to nothing but shooting in random directions or just doing nothing in most cases lol. We aren't bad at games... just unsure of the controls lol! After a bit of time we decided to go to the last event: Wet'n Wild! We'd already prepped for the event during the morning having gotten into our trunks with our regular clothing over it. We got to the park which had the normal day crowd along with the furry group that had entered in as a small bunch of globule masses. We were allowed to stay after hours for two extra hours due to our event! Let's just say I got to experience water down to a cellular level on one of the slides. My grip on the 'rides' was nearly iron... I didn't wanna let go and the world hadn't nearly stopped spinning when my stomach started to shout at it to ask why it was being forced into knots lol...

All said and done this was the BEST OF THE BEST for my first experience at an Elliot event! Hopefully I'll have a suit ready for the next fur event I go to O: and a cam for extra spontanious capturing of memories!

Is it strange to look back into the history of your favorites on any site and feel that the things you favorited where more recent... almost as though they only existed in that list a month ago? I find it very queer that I should see videos such as Sephiroth [linked above] which was brought to my attention by , as we exchanged gloomy bands, a few years ago but it seems so recent...

I had an absolutely dreamy day yesterday. Even though it was cut short by a slight complication it was still an absolute delight.

As strange as it may sound this dream KEPT me from wakening!

I find myself in a sewer of sorts... in a space in the wall like in subways for maintenance workers to use. I can see pipes big and small ones clinging to the roof so I have some idea that it's an underground place hence my thought of a sewer. I realize I've been in the same place in the same dream.

Something darts from one side to the next in the small cone of sight that I have from where I am which seems to be some elevated platform with a short ramp going down to the sewer or tunnel below. Then I see the terror I cant fully describe him but the creature seemed to have a suit on... yet he didn't have a suit on. As crazy as that sounds it was as though the suit was appearing only in parts of the creatures stride. The creature itself was not unlike a zombie but to be more accurate it was a fleshy representation of the creature from Amnesia: The Dark Decent and the Leachmen from either House of the Dead or Resident Evil.

I remember holding a pillow from my bed [a camping pillow small and rectangular] to protect me from the creature and it seemed to work but... I put it down because I know that this is a dream yet... I cant for the life of me wake up. I can feel fear mainly because I know the creature it out there.

Down on the 'ground floor' I can see that the walls are like cobble stone and can still see the pipes and also the entrance an adjoining tunnel. I look on the ground and see a steel pipe with an elbow joint on the end. I notice the creature holding a red circular valve handle almost like a shield in front of it as it charges at me from with in the adjoining tunnel. I somehow avoid the creature bashing me with the valve handle and instead I beat him with the pipe until he's dead. After he's dead I just stare at the creature for a moment then wake up...

A Merry Christmas to all my good friends both past, present, and future! Those these years have been tough on me I must say this time of year always makes me as soft as warm butter! Strange analogy true but its all the more true when I say it. I've got nearly everything I need to be happy: love, family, good friends, food, and well I'm working on getting a job!

The bells toll! Their peal echo's around the city! It's midnight now! GO HAVE FUN! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I need some money so I'm gonna be making printable badges! They'll be cheap but will look like the one I posted if so wanted :) I can do light art x3 not all dark and foreboding though I do enjoy that as you may tell from my stories :P not sure what to charge so... I suppose $1 is a good price? since you yourself will be able to print them out :) any suggestions for other things?
