It's been a year and a half since
johnwallaby took over as Glitch Roo Player Two! Wow, time flies! Time for a roo-report, eh?
I've been making videos & shorts on YouTube. My best one so far has been my unboxing of the LTT Screwdriver. It managed to crack 420 views, nice. Peeps tell me that TikTok is the place to be, the big cat just rolls his eyes every time I bring it up.
The
GeorgiaFurs mini-con last month was a ton of fun. For the many who asked, my maker is 
SparkleKreations with Made2Glow lighting. Look forward to seeing all of y'all again at FWA!
You'll see me hopping around FWA and DragonCon in 2023!
What about Megaplex you ask? Turns out the big cat was already booked that weekend. I'll be stuck at home while he parades around in some goobery mascot costume! The nerve! I should be bringing the glow to that fancy new Megaplex hotel!!!!

I'm more interested in investing in the little man...
Posted 9 years agoI get many people saying I should commission _______ or _______ (popular artists) but that's not my thing really. I like to help the people climbing up the ladder of artist popularity instead of further securing the top artists in their position. To me that feels less like a mutual benefit (me helping a less known artist gain popularity and me getting awesome art) and more like me whoring for watches and faves. Don't get me wrong. I love the popular artists, but I'll save them for something special. Usually commissioning at cons and such.

FWA DROPPED THE FURSUIT PARADE?

I'm not pleased. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't larger cons have parades still? This feels like a cop-out.
I had no intention of suiting at FWA at all, but this is a load of horse manure! There's not much I look forward to at fur cons to begin with, but the parade has ALWAYS been in the top three things that made it worthwhile.
In the parade everybody is equal (Okay it's not 100% equal but hear me out). Every fursuiter gets their picture taken. They're all in a video. They get their two minutes of fame. Then after the con they get to spend months searching the internet in hopes of finding themselves in a picture. THAT HAPPINESS IS GONE NOW.
INSTEAD WE GET? A group meet on one floor. What is this? "Fursuit Meet and Greet?" ALL THAT IS IS THE WHOLE CON WHICH IS THREE FLOORS WILL BE CONSOLIDATED ONTO ONE.
WHOOP-DE-EFFING-DO!
I can hear you know. "But Glitch, wait! They give you a gift!" GUESS WHAT? IT'S A CHEAP CONTAINER OF WATER! I have mine from the past. Two are broken. One was stolen. SEE WHAT I'M SAYING?
We've lost one of the best things about FWA and it's been replaced by cramming everyone into one room for a picture, and then keeping them all down on one floor so they can all get a bottle of water. GREAT!
I'm happy that I decided to attend FWA for only one day. I'd be demanding money back. After my abysmal experience from last year (see http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6655420/ for all of THAT) I probably will not attend FWA for more than one day each year from here on out.
Enough roo rantings. Time to go doodle.

A QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS!
Posted 10 years agoI need some ideas for art, so I am going to turn to you! Should I do species TF's? I was thinking maybe Glitch as an otter... or a crux? I don't know. Or maybe some single pieces of art? Please feel free to comment/note some ideas! I'd greatly appreciate it!
