I am working through March commissions pretty steadily, but if you have any questions about where your piece is in line please feel free to ask <3 As per always I will mark this journal as closed once slots fill up. As I mentioned in my other journal, I'm working on raising money to pay my taxes - I missed last quarter due to all the moving - so there's plenty of slots! Also, strap in, this is a long journal!

Please note that these offers are only available for in person pick up at either of these two conventions, I will not be shipping physical copies. Sorry!. When I was at ANE I had several people tell me they wished they could have gotten some pieces in advance or that I didn't have a print of a piece they really enjoyed from my gallery at my booth. Hello everyone! New year, new round of commissions! At first I'll just be accepting full render commissions. If slots don't fill up I'll offer a few more options. This set will cover the month of January and I'll mark the thread as closed when I'm out of spots.

Personal Life Update 2 - Electric Goataloo
General | Posted 6 years agoHey everyone! I just wanted to give another update because all of the drama is over now. I've moved, I'm all settled in. I'm still working on unpacking and getting things to make this house a home (Mattress, tables, chairs, etc.) But I'm getting there! I will have another brief absence next week for the holidays and then I'm all yours again! And man I'm ready to get back to it <3
To those of you who are still waiting for you commissions - I really appreciate your patience and working with me during this whole rocky process. I'm really looking forward to getting all of this ironed out and hitting 2020 running! Soon I'll be making a post about the conventions I'm attending in 2020 as well as (finally) posting up an updated price sheet for those of you that aren't in the discord.

Personal Life update or whatever!
General | Posted 6 years agoHey guys, I know I've been pretty shy about sharing stuff in my personal life but I feel like I'm at a point where i should share a little so you understand why things have been so stop and go this year, so if you wanted to know a bit more about me, here we go!
I've been in a long marriage for 12 years full of all the typical problems mixed orientation marriages have. We probably got married too young, both of us pretty introverted and socially anxious. She was from the suburbs, moved down to the city and fell in with all the weird art kids and punks and I was trying desperately to claw out of that... between loosing friends to drugs and violence and stuff, I needed a safe place i could grow and get stable and she was there for me. She was the valedictorian and me... well i barely finished high school after i dodged expulsion by going through state rehab. But I got clean, i went to college, got better at art, graduated with honors. She made things better. We tried over the years to make the bi thing work, but surprise surprise, most strait girls don't really go for submissive gay guys, so my own strait side became my only expression. It was difficult to slide into this place where all my LGBTQ friends saw me as a strait ally, and my family saw as this gay time bomb, but that's one of the hard things about being bi, no one knows where you fit.
I bounced around from illustration jobs and concept art jobs working in New York, always doing one licensed thing after another and just slowly dying inside, living in a sexless marriage, until i got laid off. NYC isn't really a big video game town, and it's become less so over the years and i couldn't find another job quickly. To make ends meet i started doing private commissions and freelance, finding my way back to the reasons I first picked up art, furry porn and fantasy art lol. It's stuff I had been obsessed with when i was a kid, and now i was doing it again. It felt REALLY good. Some friends encouraged me to stream and post some of my private comic work, and I started to keep myself afloat and scrape by every month. I was shocked. I never thought anyone would actually like the things that I liked, or support me in living my dreams. I had resigned myself to having to hide the best parts of myself, but because of all of you, my FA family, I felt like I could be myself.
It's not an easy job though, and it requires, especially at the start, all your time and then some. Me and my wife had begun to just move in completely different directions. She used to say I was a wild adventure, but I had become a shy, nerdy, often depressed, workaholic drawing dog dicks in my room. It was only a matter of time before the whole thing fell apart, but we both felt like it was the right thing to do. It's been really emotional and hard, but we both still care about each other and are trying to do things in a loving manner but still, between filing paperwork with the court and packing and looking for places, there's been more then a few set backs to work. There's no way I would have held things together without my best friend Nayomii, she's been my rock through this whole thing, and I'm so grateful... if you don't know her by name, chances are you've talked to her in notes or journals. She manages most of my art (and a decent amount of my life lol, she just went and looked at apartments for me!)
TLDR: I'm still trying to keep up with comic work and patreon stuff and adopts and commissions and taxes but some days are harder then others. I really appreciate all of your patience and support while I'm trying to rebuild my life. Nayomii is very organized and we have detailed notes on all commissions that need to be done and I'm working as much as i can, when I can. I'm hoping after I move next week, I'll be able to burn through the backlog before the new year.

All slots come with a single figure with no background unless otherwise noted. Multiple slots can be purchased added together in a single picture to make more complex scenes with multiple characters. Background charge is +%25 of the first slot price and can include the partial body of 1 additional character (no heads or faces for these partial figures) more partial characters can be negotiated, just let me know what you have in mind!

Detailed Description:
Give me the specific details of the picture you’d like. Can control as much of the picture as you’d like: setting, mood, outfit details and pose, but I prefer to choose my own camera angles and composition if possible, though i try to be as flexible as possible in this tier.
Black and White sketch: $80 (+$20 for a complex bkg)
Colored Sketch: $100 (+$25 for a complex bkg)
Full Render: $150 (+$40 for a complex bkg)
3 Word Commission:
A fun commission type where you give me a reference and just 3 words to describe the mood and setting of the picture. Alternatively you ask for a character designed with a 3 word description: Gender, Species, Class/Style.
Full Render: $100
*If any prices are unclear or if you're looking for something that doesn't quiet fit on the list (wanting to add an additional half character for example) just send me a note with your idea and we can discuss price.

All slots come with a single figure with no background unless otherwise noted. Multiple slots can be purchased added together in a single picture to make more complex scenes with multiple characters. Background charge is +%25 of the first slot price and can include the partial body of 1 additional character (no heads or faces for these partial figures) more partial characters can be negotiated, just let me know what you have in mind!

Detailed Description:
Give me the specific details of the picture you’d like. Can control as much of the picture as you’d like: setting, mood, outfit details and pose, but I prefer to choose my own camera angles and composition if possible, though i try to be as flexible as possible in this tier.
Black and White sketch: $80 (+$20 for a complex bkg)
Colored Sketch: $100 (+$25 for a complex bkg)
Full Render: $150 (+$40 for a complex bkg)
3 Word Commission:
A fun commission type where you give me a reference and just 3 words to describe the mood and setting of the picture. Alternatively you ask for a character designed with a 3 word description: Gender, Species, Class/Style.
Full Render: $100
*If any prices are unclear or if you're looking for something that doesn't quiet fit on the list (wanting to add an additional half character for example) just send me a note with your idea and we can discuss price.

Mood of the picture/personality of the character - Any details you can think of that helps define your character or the picture so you don't get a darker piece when you're looking for a lighter mood.
Description of the picture - Exactly as it says, give me a description of the posing of the character and what else is going on in the picture. For Wing-It Quickies since Bleats has control over posing just an idea for the picture such as "Partying at a bar"
Inspirational pics or links - If you have pictures that inspired this picture please send those as well, they can be quite helpful when trying to get the mood right
WiP preference - If you are getting a High polish, painting or ref sheet you may request to have a WiP sent to you have the sketch phase
Present in the stream - Do you want to be in the stream when your picture is worked on? Give me a day and if that day hasn't been filled I"ll put your picture on that day of the queue. I cannot, however, guarantee what time your picture will be started on and the picture will be done that day.
