Fun Fact About my goat Al: he's had so many potions and size rays and spells happen at him over the years that he is VERY succeptible to size suggestion. Even if there isn't anything curently happening to him to make him change size, you can very easily fool him into thinking there is, and his body will respond accordingly! Whisper about how tight his belt looks and watch him inch up, or tease about how you're sure he was taller this morning and watch him dwindle before your eyes~

SO as I've already alluded to a few times, Emi and I will be moving houses soon, likely as soon as Nov 1! We're moving to a place that should be cheaper and a little more secluded, both of which should help a bit with our recovery from health issues.

I've been in a heck of a Mood lately, so I wanna discuss size-changing! What's your favorite way to grow or shrink? Are there any specific parts of the change that push your buttons? Got any good growth or shrinking stuff to share (especially animations - I'm a sucker for those <3) ? If you had control of a certain goat's size for the day, what would you do with it?

So you might have noticed, but I have been doing much less art lately. I've been struggling with recovering from burnout for over a year now, burnout that completely knocked out my ability to work and otherwise function for several months. I'm doing a bit better at this point, but I've hit the wall again and can no longer work. I just don't have the energy, and every time I try I just wear myself out.

My doctor has placed me on 100% sick leave until the end of February, at which point we'll see if I'm able to go back to work again. So don't expect a whole lot of art from me until then, I guess! Hopefully in March I'll be able to get back to work and start earning money again, but we'll see.

Speaking of money, things are a bit tighter than I'd like at the moment since I can't work. If you'd like to support me and help me get through this sickness and recovery, that would be very helpful! Hey all, I might have mentioned this before, but I'm going to be going on a trip to the States for a few weeks. The point of the trip is to relax and recuperate from my burnout, so I won't be very active until November. That said, I do still have bills to pay here, so I've got one or two things in mind that you might wanna keep an eye out for!

So I've basically been using FA as a gallery, posting something once and then leaving it alone forever. I'm going to keep using it that way mostly, but what would your opinion be on me reuploading older arts I still like, like I do on Twitter? Today's shenanigans with the reupload got me thinking about possibilities.

The pros are that folks would get to see images they might have missed out on the first time. Sure, everything's in my gallery, and I've even got things decently foldered-out, but honestly there's over 3000 images in there, and who wants to look through all of that?

The cons are that it might be annoying to folks who've already seen everything? Maybe? Also I don't know how the best way to co about it is. If I put things in Scraps, do y'all see that? Would I reupload them and then delete them a bit later? That would require some thought, because there's a big appeal to me of having this as a gallery site, even if this site only gets a fraction of what I draw.

I dunno! I'd like to hear y'all's opinions on this, and on other stuff too, if you think there's anything I could be doing better. Feel free to sound off below, or in DMs if you'd prefer to talk privately!

Tomorrow's gonna be my last sick leave payout at 100%. Starting in May, I begin to work part-time, two hours a day or so. And heaven knows I've got plenty to work on when I get back! RIGHT before my doctor told me to go on sick leave, I took a run of FFXIV commissions and collab-with-Emi commissions, and all of those have been sitting unfinished (and some unstarted!) for six whole months. I feel pretty horrible about that, so those are definitely gonna need to be done up as soon as I can! There's also a few dozen ZakuraTech stickers I took before then that I still need to honor, as well. And once I'm done with those, I'll be in business purely for myself again! I think being in more direct control of the commissions I take will help keep me from overloading myself.

Basically, even with me getting back to work, it'll take a couple months before I'm actually earning money again. Technically finances will be a bit tighter than before since I'll be getting less sick leave money? And also Emi's been put on sick leave and told to work less, so between the two of us, things are gonna be a bit rough. We'll get through, though! It's just a weird rough patch we gotta sail through for a few months.
