Posted 4 years agoI haven't been posting here a lot lately as I am moving away from drawing gore as an artist. It's still an interest of mine though and I have gotten a few requests for gore commissions lately.
So I have decided to open up for one commission in the category of gore/snuff to satisfy some of that demand and pay some bills.
The starting bid is $100 US. This includes a full background one character commission. To unlock a 2 character commission, the bid must reach $200. Nearly anything goes as long as it falls into the category of gore/snuff.
I will keep the auction open for 3 weeks starting from today, please bid in the comments.

Posted 6 years agoI just need to calm down and stop freaking myself out. My art is pretty good. I lost 4-6 hours of work a little over a week ago and got depressed and binged video games for like 5 days.

Posted 6 years agoOk So I am done obsessing over my other project for now so where was I in commisions? Am I missing any?
I was going to do Chatins commision next. But I may ask them if they still want it since it has been so long (to be fair)
Then/at the same time, work on the last part of "Strangleddragons commision" Sorry this may be out of order, I suppose I got a little tired of drawing that lizard so took a break on other commisions.
Its been a while though so am I missing anything?
I am open for smaller commisions still but I want to finish out my bigger ones before taking on any other bigger ones. However if you want a full scale 80$+ painting of any sort, still send me a note and I may just put it first in que when I do start taking larger commisions again.

Posted 6 years agoSorry, Iv been ignoring my furry art stuff for probably like a month now. time passes so fast now its hard to keep track.
I was creating a lot and doing a lot for a passion I have of writing a book. But after putting my heart and soul into it so diligently, people didnt seem to care about my idea.
I dont know, I want to do something amazing with my life. More than creating furry gore art. I dont hate anyone here its just, I very rarely like doing gore art anymore.
Of course I still have undiagnosed stuff with Bipolar disorder. Maybe I only like gore when I am depressive. But I dont like being depressed.
I am just so frustrated right now that I dont care to be a little mean.
Its unfair though. All my commisioners have been amazingly patient and kind.

If you want a free piece of art, post what you want in the comments. disclaimer, the style may be really weird and the outcome unexpected so dont comment if you want something really specific or you dont want the fursona you post to not be correct in certain ways.
Just post something simple. I need direction on what to draw but how I draw it will be up to me.
As ill be deciding what to draw if you comment something too complicated or for any arbitrary reasons I just dont want to draw it, I wont draw it, no offense, this is more of a favor for me rather then me trying to be charitable. I just want to practice different ways I might start doing 10-30$ commisions, I think grinding 30 hour 100$ commisions constantly is driving me crazy. I claustrophobic or something.
So the drawings will probably take me 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on what I do.
I am just trying to have fun again so think fun things.

this last week and a half has been pretty bad though. I got called out three times to snow shovel.
I also quit caffiene so I have been pretty dead but the cool thing is I have been starting to feel really good and energetic.
In the next few days I have to finish writing my dnd campaign session and then after that I have no plans.
I am sorry I have been unproductive in the past week but I am feeling really good about how free and open monday onward are.
I have Strangleddragons commision like 93% done and an anonymous commision about 10% done.
ayx's commission and Chatins commision are not yet started.
with how good I am starting to do and feel based on trying hard to achieve better habits, I am hoping to have all 4 of these commisions finished by
the end of february. I am going to try really hard to do that.

anyways, I am running low on both money and commissions so Ill probably be working pretty hard at commissions in the next few weeks.
Right now I have
1. The second half of Twattos commision. 1 hour put in (20% ish complete)
2. Strangeled dragons commision part 3 (Not started)
So I really dont have much in front of me right now. I have been doing a pretty good job working through commisions this january ( I can always do better but I am working on it.)
send me offers of what you want and how much you want to pay for it. Ill probably be pretty generous about right now because I dont have much choice.

Anyways, I am going to post my planned working order of all the commisions I have. I am planning On working on a lot of things at the same time ish to help me not get fatigued/get more total done over time. However this is the general priority order
1.Finish Part two of Strangleddragons commison
2.Rework and finish Kaltek and furxs commission
3. Work on completing Notcreatives misc commision. I might work on this one a lot intermixed with others.

Posted 7 years agoAlright this is my last completly free day to work on my commisions before I get caught up in the holidays.
Ill just start my day by going to the "7-11" and getting a big diet soda.... What 7-11 has 10 wings for 6$? getting those!
Alright now I feel sick and flat but also in hyperdrive from the soda. bad start? but ill get through it.
Anyways important info - iv done a lot of Kaltek and furx's commision. I feel like I am going to "finish" it by today/tomorrow. I just dont know if Ill be happy with it. I usually get commisions to a "finished" state and then it takes me a day after that to realize all the minor mistakes I want to finish and flesh it out. So the good news is that kaltek will have his commision but I might touch it up a lot when I get back home next year.
After that, I will promptly finish the second part of Strangleddragons commision that shouldnt take that long.
Then I believe I am on to Twatto's commision and after that I have a spot reserved for "rags" if he decides he wants that commision
while all this is going on I need to figure out what I want to do about "notcreatives" pin-up commision. He gave me tons of freedom and doesnt seem to be in a rush so I will probably do something pretty epic we both are happy with that I work on between working on other things.
As always, sorry for being one of the slowest artists in existence, I promise I am not going off the radar for like six months again, Its just holiday stuff and a bit of bad time managment.

Posted 7 years agoI am at 47 Hours of work in 23 days right now.
Thats basically 2 hours a day average. This includes days were I work 0 hours and days I work 6+ hours.
I feel like I want to do a lot more, I just have an intensive "real job" and I do too many things in my life.
If my commisions didnt take 30+ hours I feel like I would have a lot more done.
Ill keep trying to put as many hours of work into as I can.
I guess its hard for me to believe I have only worked 47 hours. I think about it and it stresses me out a lot more than those hours.
As always I need to figure out how to be more efficient, faster and how to motivate myself to work on it more so one day it can be my only job which is the dream.
I think that I got a little discouraged after my last post. I spent a lot of time on it but its not gore which is what people are looking for on this account I think. So although its really detailed and whatever no one really cared I guess. I wish I had posted it on my other account. I guess I just felt my "normal" account is dead so after putting tons of effort into something I didnt want no one to see it. I guess I missed a great opportunity to try and revive my non-fetish art business.

I need a pin-up character commission so I can show off to-

I was thinking about Drawing a random female pin-up so I can show off to a wider audience and possibly get some non-gore commisions mixed in with the gore.
by pin-up I mean a character naked and doing a sexy and basic pose.
I was going to just draw it generic character but I had the Idea to try and get a commission from it at the same time.
since its clear people generally only want gore commissions from me I know I cant get a reasonable price for the work I will put into it but thats not the point. I was going to do this anyways.
So I am offering 2 Highly detailed full body nude pin-up type peices. just a single character nude and posing all sexy-like. I will put a lot more effort into these than their worth because I want to and was going to do it anyways.
A couple restrictions.
I want atleast one to be fully female.
I want to do atleast one non scaley
I dont want to draw birds or anything else that has particularly weird anatomy. I am looking to draw something that is more common. like dogs cats rabbits fox lizard ect
The body type will be well toned skinny. thats just the type of pin-up I am looking to draw.
I will draw characters that have some markings and special features but the body shape must be human and nothing way way too complex and convoluted like my personal fursona. humanish

Posted 7 years agoI spent a lot of time on my last submission and I want to know what people think of it.
I want to create higher quality art, which is only hard because as far as how much I make per hour it would make sense to limit the quality by how long it takes. However I think that if I want people to pay me more I have to create the level of art that they would pay me. So thats what I kinda tried to do.
What also Happened is that I tried to create art slightly higher quality than I usually do, this caused some parts of the art to clash with others as they were different quality. I kept just improving things to make everything mesh together and it got out of hand.
At some point I got to the point where I felt as if the piece of art was a reflection of "the best I can do"
Making furry art is a lot more of a competitive market than it would seem, I am terrible at just creating quick 20-30$ things. Also atleast in my opinion and style drawing gore often takes a lot of work so the price per hour is kinda lamer then other areas of furry art.
Anyways the point is I just wanted to point out my new art and see if people appreciate the increase in quality.
I want to create higher quality art, which is only hard because as far as how much I make per hour it would make sense to limit the quality by how long it takes. However I think that if I want people to pay me more I have to create the level of art that they would pay me. So thats what I kinda tried to do.
What also Happened is that I tried to create art slightly higher quality than I usually do, this caused some parts of the art to clash with others as they were different quality. I kept just improving things to make everything mesh together and it got out of hand.
At some point I got to the point where I felt as if the piece of art was a reflection of "the best I can do"
Making furry art is a lot more of a competitive market than it would seem, I am terrible at just creating quick 20-30$ things. Also atleast in my opinion and style drawing gore often takes a lot of work so the price per hour is kinda lamer then other areas of furry art.
Anyways the point is I just wanted to point out my new art and see if people appreciate the increase in quality.

Posted 7 years agoI really like to draw jagged fluffy fur and such, but like a lot of artists draw furry characters but you cant really tell if they have fur or if they are smooth colored skin.
Its a really weird phenomenon that I get confused a lot if its intentional or not if peoples characters have fur?
Like its an art style thing, Its really quick and easy to make a line drawing and then color it in. You can make a lot of money really quick doing that and I wish I did that in a way but....
so I suppose Ill just draw a normal amount of fur for the species im being drawn to ask even though the references im sent just look like colored skin? Is that a good plan? Iv never run into trouble in the past....
iv been getting high too much and now I think too much about unimportant things.

Medical bills wanting commisions
Posted 7 years agoI just got hit with a large medical bill I wasnt expecting at all so now I am frustrated and just want some work to feel like I am digging myself out of this hole.
So I guess I am begging for commisions now. I know I can only get about 2.50$ an hour of work but thats fine. I dont have room to be picky right now and wait for someone to want to pay me a lot. I just want to work on something to keep my mind off of stressful things.
So send me an offer on what you want and how much you want to pay. Im pretty generous right now, I have no commissions.

Iv been working on speed a lot. I think my quality might suffer just a little bit but I think I can create art atleast twice as fast as I used to. So I might reduce my prices a bit, just ask

Posted 7 years agoI remember like 11 years ago when I first became a furry, blotch was like the Ultimate best furry artist. And this was blotch 11 years ago so they were great but not as good as they are now.
and at that point, I was a fairly awful to non-existent as an artist. But I saw this the "best" furry artist at the time. And I was like "I can get that good. I am gonna practice and become a famous furry artist."
Now 11 years later, the popularity in furry has expanded or atleast, 11 years ago other people got into furry also and wanted to be a furry artist but did a much better job practicing.
like if I could take what I can do now and produce it 11 years ago I would have been a super popu-fur.
My arts not nearly as endearing or fun as blotches art 11 years ago and some would consider it repulsive but still the detail and work level is there.
There are furry artists now that are just as good as mainstream as hyper-popular general fantasy artists and I feel a little discouraged sometimes but I feel like
I am working on a style that will eventually turn some heads.
The main thing Is I just need to produce more in general. This whole one picture per 2 months thing isnt working.

Realistic or clear?
Posted 7 years agoIv been doing a lot of work trying to make my art look more reaslistic.
I dont use any black linework anymore. I feel like my art is really starting to look a lot more "realistic"
I fear that my art is looking a lot less "clear" and "fun" though. Like it pops a lot less and just looks bland maybe?
Should I try to make things look a bit more "cartoony"? Or use less harsh light? Do people like my "realistic" look?
Or do you think it would look better more stylistic?
I dont know what to do. Like I think my style is pretty unique so I should keep it maybe because being more "cartoony" is more just like what everyone does?
