Second Week of Low Carb, Med reduced and waiting for Friday
Posted 6 years agoSecond week is over and the medication is reduced. Slowly it turns out that it is quite exhausting to cook everything yourself. The lack of sweet as well as coke is not as difficult as I thought. What is annoying is the preparation of food. To a cookbook, I will probably no longer come around as I go out slowly, the recipes.
And this week will definitely be exciting for me again because on Friday two things arrive on which I am wait since new year.
Magic: Ravnica allegiance
Resident Evil 2 remake
As far as Magic is concerned, I hope to have some good cards on display so I do not have to buy so much single cards.
RE2 is since my youth a title that I have celebrated strongly. The first videos are just awesome and I hope Capcom just delivers what this game deserves.
Then I'll come to an end now. Wish you a nice week.

Zweite woche ist beendet und die Medikamente sind reduziert. Langsam zeigt sich das es doch recht anstrengend wird alles selbst zu kochen. Der verzicht auf süßes sowie Cola fällt nicht so schwer wie ich erst dachte. Was halt nervt ist das zubereiten von speisen. Um ein Kochbuch werde ich wohl nicht mehr rum kommen da mir auch langsam die Rezepte ausgehen.
Und diese Woche wird auf jedenfall für mich wieder spannend da ja am Freitag zwei Dinge eintreffen auf die ich mich seid Neujahr freue.

Was Magic betrifft hoffe ich einige gute Karten im Display zu haben damit ich nicht nachkaufen muss wie blöde.
RE2 ist seid meiner Jugend ein Titel den ich stark gefeiert habe. Die ersten Videos sind einfach der Hammer und ich hoffe das Capcom einfach nur liefert was dieses Spiel verdient.
Dann komme ich jetzt aber auch langsam zu ende. Wünsche euch eine schöne Woche

First Week of Low Carb
Posted 6 years agoThe first week of treatment is over. To be honest, I feel very well. The conversion was quite intense at the beginning because I was used to eating large meals and to drink at least a bottle of coke. Now with the small meals as well as the slow start of stress relief I am slowly getting back to life. Meanwhile my whole apartment smells like an eco-store and somehow it really appeals to me. So now I will slowly swing my butt off the chair to prepare for the D and D day. wish you all a nice Sunday

Die erste Woche der Behandlung ist vorbei. Um ehrlich zu sein fühle ich mich sehr wohl. Die Umstellung war zu beginn recht heftig da ich es gewohnt war große Mahlzeiten zu essen sowie mindestens ne Flasche Cola zu trinken. Jetzt mit den kleinen Mahlzeiten sowie den langsam beginnen stressabbau habe ich langsam wieder richtig Lust auf Leben. Meine ganze Wohnung riecht derweil wie ein Ökoladen und ja irgendwie spricht mich das echt an. So jetzt werde ich aber langsam meinen Hintern vom Stuhl schwingen um den D und D Tag vorzubreiten. Wünsche euch allen einen schönen Sonntag

New Year / Neues Jahr

The 5th of January started with the fact that I almost choked on my vomit in my sleep. In the hospital I was informed that I had a gastric mucosa inflammation. Now I am still waiting for the results of the samples taken from my stomach. Now I'm back home on the 8th of January with a lot of rules. Stress reduction, light diet and meds. I can not eat many of my favorite dishes, let alone the sweet ones. The biggest change for me will probably be the search for a new job. Since I simply have to realize that I can not stand the working hours and the associated stress. But now I think a final wish you a good morning or good night depending on when you read this report. We read and hear each other.

Der 5 Januar begann damit das ich fast an meinem erbrochenem im schlaf erstickt bin. Im Krankenhaus hat man mich darüber aufgeklärt das ich eine Magenschleimhaut entzündung hätte. Nun warte ich noch auf die Ergebnisse von den Proben die aus meinem Magen genommen worden sind. Jetzt bin ich seid dem 8 Januar wieder daheim mit einer menge von Regeln. Stress verminderung, leichte Kost und Medis. Ich darf viele meiner lieblings Gerichte nicht mehr essen geschweige den süßes. Die größte änderung für mich wird wohl die suche nach einem neuen Job sein. Da ich für mich einfach einsehen muss das ich die Arbeitszeiten und den damit verbundenen stress nicht aushalte. Jetzt finde ich aber erstmal ein ende wünsche euch einen guten morgen oder gute Nacht je nach dem wann ihr diesen Bericht lest. Wir lesen und hören uns.
