I don't do much at anymore but I do still commission art and create characters! Maybe one day I'll get back on the art train. I have lots of new characters I'm looking forward to showing off :)

Not really feeling this website anymore. I'll come check my notes everyone in a while but that's it. Since Nels death I haven't felt like drawing anymore anyways. Recently I've dealt with stalkers, been attacked by popular artists ect. Not worth it anymore. All my fav artists who only post here I'll pop om to see your latest stuff. lost my girl mid-march.. been doing a lot of hiding out since then. taking some time out to mourn my best friend :(

i'm in the process of losing my best friend of 11 years to lung cancer. the fact that she has a fur coat and four legs does not make this any less difficult as if she had shared the same species as me.

so much sorrow. to love someone so much and have them torn away from you by illness. i love you nell, what a good girl you are.

still alive!! i'm finishing the final stretch of my degree (finished in 1 month!!) so i've been too busy to do much of anything and my art supplies are currently in storage. i will take em out soon though! can't believe i'm almost done this program!

gutter visited murrca for the first time ever!

i spent 3 nights in downtown seattle, it was only a 3 hr ferry ride from victoria, in which i drank champagne and played mario kart on 3ds like the classy lady i am.


things i did: space needle (how tourist of me! pike place market, waterside, marymoor park (for a BECK CONCERT!! HELL YES), EMP museum and just lots of walking around downtown. the second day i was a bit hung over from the concert so i didn't get much done.. but yeah.. fun times! YOUR FOOD IS SO GOOD???? why is everything deep fried??? happy hour is amazing... the people were A++ but cops were everywhere.

thats my short little review.

why should i care?

Well I had a great time in Thailand.. My older sister was getting married there so my dad paid for me to go. :3 It was super awesome of him because i'm in a tight money bind right now. I hope that when I graduate school and get a job I can pay him back. Unfortunately some of my expenses went over what he gave me so I had to dish out a lot of my own money and am now in a bit of a fix..

Looks like i'll be staying home and eating cereal for a while XD It'll all work out though, I know it.

Basically, this person and their multiple accounts are low-life scammers and I will NOT be getting compensated for the drawings I did for them:

 MelonBerryCreations  MelonBerryCharacters  thecandytwins (she has posted MY artwork to her gallery that has NOT BEEN PAID FOR)  StrawberryWatermelon  CottonCandyArt (again, she is using my artwork as a profile ID without payment and claims NO payment will be coming)


So yeah, if you see these accounts (or any related, they have like 10,000) stay the fuck away. Izzy, go fuck yourself very much.

EDIT: by payment I mean WHAT SHE AGREED TO BUY!!! a shirt from ebay. a merch trade is a legitimate trade and should be treated as seriously as an actual commission. at this time i was NOT taking commissions at all, but only would do art in return for her to use her money to buy and send me a product.

Wow I am SO hip lol, leaving DA when everyone is leaving FA.

Okay so I came across an emergency today. I've been trained as a nurse and in CPR... But have never responded to an emergency that isn't in the hospital.

Things NOT to do while I am trying to secure an airway:

- Yell "He's dying!!!"
- Yell "oh my god he can't breathe!!"
- Make snarky comments about how "It's an overdose."
- Yell random things for me to do that you've heard about on the TV or something that are NOT life saving measures
- PANIC and cause chaos!
- stand there and watch like it's a TV drama. if you are standing around, it's cause you might be able to help in some way, if not, make room for us to breathe

Guy was vomiting blood outside the grocery store.. then became unconcious, stopped breathing and turned purple.

people of course pretend they don't see him or just keep walking.. I call 911, wait for gloves then get him in a recovery position.. He may have seized, cause i could barely get his teeth apart to clear the airway.. finally did and he started sputtering and making snorting sounds.. not adequate breathing..

a bystander happened to be a fellow nurse and we put him in a jaw thrust, he's still sputtering at this point. some color coming back.


and still.. fucking people are yelling "PUT HIM ON HIS SIDE" when his airway was secure. paramedics showed up and bagged him, hauled him off to the hospital.



So people please.. if you do not know what to do in a scary situation, please don't yell things like HE IS DYING. it makes it hard to hear the 911 operator and brings more panic to the situation.


thank you to the people that helped today.. directing the ambulance, helping me move the guy, getting gloves, trying to find a defibrillator, and buying me chocolate after, and carrying my stuff while i clean blood of my hands.

in my nursing community health unit we are doing a collection of research/projects on healhth topics of choice.. i decided to choose mental health and narrow it down to depression.


my big final project is to make a childrens book to convey and important message about depression in a way that children will be able to grasp, and that can be worked into a short story.

my question to the community is this...


were you affected as a child by depression in your family? were you educated at all around it? if you could have had some minor education (aka a childrens book) about the issues of depression, what message would have proved most valuable to you?

also,

if you are suffering from depression now, what is a message that you would like have conveyed to the upcoming generations, (has to have educational value about depression, what people with depression are going through) ?

The wheels keep turning.. For a minute there, I lost myself.. But.. Everything falls back into place. Things are in perspective now. The future is bright. I know.. myself better then I ever have.

There is a real world out there, and it sings a prettier song then drowning in the internet, wishing and waning over things that will never be.


I start school tomorrow, and for once, I'm prepared. Wish me luck!

Recovering. Feeling like complete ass. No energy whatsoever.


Art is going to have to wait, sorry. I'm completely bed-ridden and covered in ice 24/7. Getting up to go to the bathroom drains about an hours worth of my energy.

Once I'm healed up I'm going to eat 2 McDonalds double cheeseburgers (6 weeks from now) and wash it down with honey cruller doughnuts. Oh, and a large fries. And a large pop. And maybe a slice of cheesecake.
