May Commissions Open
Posted 6 months agoI have opened my commissions for the month of May.
I will be taking commissions for several items.
Please refer your requests and reference illustrations to me for consultation.
If you are unable to prepare your own illustrations, reference items are fine.
I cannot produce items with copyright issues, but I can make replicas without any problem if they are works (OC) that I have published in the past.
The price may be changed as the working days will be shortened.
I will add a few more explanations this time.
Most of the masks are one-of-a-kind FRP pieces made to order by the owners.
I use the same technology as that used for professional use by companies and theme parks (which I cannot disclose because of portrait rights) that I make on request.
The price is not as low as a ready-made product because it takes time to produce, but the quality is better in terms of accuracy, durability, and interior.
It is like the difference between a cheap mass-market car and a custom car.
As I use a lot of images and photos, Twitter DM is suitable for consultation.

If you do not have one, you can DM or comment on FA.

Commissions for November and beyond
Posted a year agoSeveral consultations for masks and dolls for acceptance after November have come to me.
I will be taking commissions for several items.
When consulting, please prepare as many 3-sided drawings as possible for reference.
I am not able to produce items that have copyright issues.
I use Twitter DM for consultations as I use a lot of images and photos.

Mask or Doll commission
Posted a year agoThere is one open commission slot for masks or dolls in August.
The price for a mask with the same level of detail as in the sample photo is approximately US$2,250 plus shipping (including customs document fees).
However, there are some areas I cannot ship to.
I cannot ship to Central America, South America, or China.
I do not recommend EU countries because of very high tariffs and many problems when sending.
If you have a Twitter account, please send me a DM below and i can proceed smoothly.

Commission's test operation.
Posted a year agoIt's been a while since I updated here.
I started commissioning masks within Twitter on a trial basis at the end of last year.
The procedure for shipping overseas has been simplified, so it looks like we will be able to send them without problems, except for some areas.
Due to the limitation of the size of the box to send dolls, we can only ship items of about 130 cm in length, divided into a head, torso, and legs.
I cannot accept a large number of orders because I can only do a limited number of jobs per month, and I have to make three different types of mascots, masks, and dolls.
Since I have a fixed production schedule until around September, commissions will be discussed after that time and will only be accepted on my Twitter account, not on FA.
I have noticed during the test run that many people try to make a request to me without a design.
I will respond to some consultation, but it takes time and puts pressure on my work.
Recently, I have been plagued by insistent DMs that seem to have lost their minds.
Naturally, I do not respond to such rude people.
If they consult with me with as many detailed drawings as possible, including three-view drawings and details necessary for production, I have a higher probability of being able to accept their requests for production.
As we have reported many times in the past, we do not produce copyrighted items.
We can only make items with permission from the OC or the copyright holder.
Please make sure to get permission from the creator, even if it is fan art.

I was discharged from the hospital.
Posted 2 years agoNice to meet you.
Suddenly I had a heart condition and was hospitalized for two weeks and went home today.
As it turns out, it wasn't a serious situation, but I had a simple surgery.
It seems that God has given me permission to still continue working.
However, unfortunately, I will not be able to complete the model I had planned for Christmas and New Year's.
I will complete it and announce it later.

Current Situation
Posted 2 years agoI am currently working on an important commission.
I am working on an official character costume commissioned by a world famous toy manufacturer in Japan.
This is for use in theme parks, commercials, and advertising media!
(Cannot disclose any more information at this time)
The first round of judging by the manufacturer passed without a hitch and we are working as fast as we can to deliver the product in two weeks.
I am so busy with the impending deadline that I don't even have time to write this text.
It has been a week since I have seen FA as well.
I will return your comments when I have time.

[ New Question 2 ]
Posted 2 years agoIt was helpful to have so many people answer my questions last time.
I appreciate it.
Based on the current results, the EU, US, Mexico, and Taiwan seem to be safe places for things to arrive, so we can accept commissions.
However, Central and South America have so many reports of non-delivery and problems with theft and damage that we cannot do business with them until we find a better means.
Now I have [ another question. ]
Our warehouse is getting too small.
The question is whether there is anyone who wishes to sell a combination of a head we have made and presented in the past and a newly made body.
Of course, this does not apply to copyrighted items.
The condition is that the same fabric as the head must be available for the new body, so a bear, a boar, or a camel is a candidate.
What we want to find out is if there are any applicants and what price they would like to pay.
This is not a definite matter yet, just a survey.
On a separate note, we are currently receiving consultations from acquaintances on a trial basis, but most of them seem to have difficulty with the design.
It would be easier to produce the work if it had at least three directions and, if possible, facial expressions, but as a result, there are many drawings that are difficult to make three-dimensional, which is not very good.
Many of the contributors here on FA are good artists, so I would like to ask if any of them are willing to take commissions to draw "3-views to be made as a 3-D drawing"?
Or are there people who are willing to sell or grant copyrights for those who want to make OCs by other artists?
I would like to know what you think.

Did the goods arrive safely?
Have they ever been damaged by customs or other authorities?
That's been a big problem for me with shipping.😔

Short movie for model introduction

Commission in preparation
Posted 3 years agoIt has been a month and a half since I left my previous employer.
During that time I have been resting and thinking about how to do commissions and at the same time reviewing my techniques.
There used to be some parts that were made in a messy way due to lack of time. Now I can solve that problem because I can spend more time, but I need more methods to meet the demands.
For the past two weeks or so, I have been reviewing what I have been doing for a long time and reviewing techniques that I haven't done for a while.
I've also increased the number of machine tools and almost doubled the precision of the workmanship.
A few more things remain to be done: more samples, a smooth and problem-free ordering process, and a safe sending method.
So it will be a little while before we open for business.
But we are already receiving inquiries, and some people are preparing designs and concepts.
It is a very labor-intensive crafting method, so the price cannot be said to be cheap.
We are making efforts and preparations so that people will love our models for a long time, so if you would like to order, please wait a little longer and be ready.

Ordering Mascot Costumes
Posted 3 years agoI have less than 10 days to go to work at the office.
Now I just need to set up my workspace environment and ensure that I know how to ship and account for international orders before I can start commissions.
I will be introducing our mascot costume.
Many people think of me as a doll maker, but I originally specialize in costumes.
However, I do make mascot types for theme parks, professional sports teams, etc. The modeling will be a combination of head, body, costume, and shoes.
I do not take orders for fursuits as they are out of my scope.
In terms of performance, the mascot is the same as those used in Japan for professional use and has the mobility to run and perform acrobatics.
However, mascot-type models like this are difficult to design, and since they are intended for commercial use, it takes time for meetings and about one month for production.
The price is set at about 5000$+. Due to shipping restrictions, the maximum size of the mascot we can make and send is the size of a theme park character.
We will probably start with orders and production from people in Japan and Taiwan first, so if you are interested, please consider it after seeing those finished products.

Current Status and Vision
Posted 4 years agoI've decided to quit my current job in March. I'm going to enjoy a little vacation and then I'm going to make modeling my career.
I used to make mascot costumes and would like to focus on that, but I also have to make a living, so I need to make as many different things as I can in the time I have.
Therefore, we will be taking orders for life-size dolls for overseas markets.
I have received so many comments, messages and DMs from people who found out about it earlier. We are setting the price based on the information and requests we received.
Based on this information, I will show you the price we are currently considering.
[This is not a definite price. It's just a concept. There may be changes in the future based on the feedback we receive.]
[2 colors or less doll body]
Under 125cm 2000$
Under 160cm 2300$
Under 180cm 2500$
More than that Price consultation
[Additional parts]
Simple framework 200$+
Various parts 100$+
Costume 100$+
Pattern, etc 150$+
Price estimates do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs added and calculated separately, per doll body size/weight. The customer is responsible for checking and paying any/all custom duties and taxes applied by their country
Research continues on how to send, package, and pay for the items.
We will try to find a way to make it as safe and reasonable as possible.
If anyone has experience buying from Japan, I would appreciate any information you can provide.
We will continue to keep you informed as we start our commissions.
Please wait for more information.

Investigation before commissioning
Posted 4 years agoWe are currently investigating whether we can make commissions work. We need to consider how much is a reasonable price for a life-size doll, and how many people are interested. It is not my intention to create too many waiting lists and delay the delivery to the client. Considering the quality of the work, I would probably limit myself to about two pieces a month.
However, I can promise you that the models I make for a fee will be of higher quality than the ones I make available on FA.
If you have any requests, please leave a comment with the size and type of model you would like, so that I can make a schedule for the year and know what kind of model you would like.
Example: "150cm doll cat cartoonish" â—‹â—‹â—‹â—‹$
Note: We are not accepting reservations yet. This is just a survey. Please do not misunderstand.
I'll let you know when I start commissioning in earnest.
I hope there are no mistakes in the translation of this text.

I'm thinking about commissions...
Posted 4 years agoThe year is changing and I'm considering starting commissions. I can't do it until I finish everything I'm working on.
There are so many things I don't know that I won't be able to do right away, but I'll be gathering information.
What I would like to know is how much my work costs overseas.
I did a quick search and found out that shipping to the U.S. costs more than $230, plus customs and other fees.
Also, if you are shipping from Japan, there is a possibility that the piece will not pass through customs if it has sexual parts.
Also, if the model is a copyrighted model owned by an individual, there is no problem, but if the model is a game character, TV show, movie, etc. that cannot be copyrighted, it cannot be created.
There are many problems like this. Sending from Japan to overseas is not an easy task. If someone living in Japan could help with the accounting, shipping, and mediation, it would be a little closer to becoming a reality.

Happy New Year!
Posted 4 years agoHappy New Year! May this be a happy and fruitful year.
At the end of last year, I was so busy with my day job that I fell far behind in my modeling schedule.
I'm hoping to make up for the delay, but there are currently some major obstacles preventing me from making much progress.
I live in the northern part of Japan, and we get a lot of snow. The work shed where I keep my polishing machines has been buried by the recent heavy snow and I can't get inside. So the process has been stopped for a little while, and we are behind schedule.
The first half of this year's schedule is to make the works that I have been planning since last year, and the second half will prioritize the works that have been requested.
Here are the planned works for the first half.
Two Ton Tina (Karno)
Marika (TeeR)
Saccharissa (Jilo)
Oh, and I'm sorry that I couldn't reply to the many comments I had received.

Buying fabric for next year
Posted 4 years agoIt's been a while since I've updated, but here's what's going on.
Winter is approaching, and fleece fabrics are starting to arrive.
I'm hurrying to buy enough for next year's production before they sell out.
That's why I can only make models in the colors I have on hand.
Today I happened to get some purple fabric.
This will allow me to make the "Fifi" that I have been receiving many requests for.
However, I have a full schedule, so it will probably not happen until the middle of next year.

Towards the end of the year.
Posted 4 years agoIt's been a while since I've updated.
The reason I haven't been able to release new work lately is because I haven't been able to find the right materials.
I live in the country, so I can't get materials as conveniently as in the city.
The fabric I usually use comes in around October at the local craft store, and I procure a year's supply at that time.
That's why the production pace slows down in August and September due to the shortage of materials.
As soon as the materials come in, I will finish what I am currently working on, but I will write down my plans for the future. I will write down my plans for the future, because by doing so, I can make a promise to myself.
I plan to release the following by the end of this year
1. bimbette (when I get the fur for the tail)
2. teeka (as soon as I can make the huge boobs and ears)
3. Millie (the body is done and the fabric is ready, but the expression is difficult to make and I'm not satisfied with it yet)
4. marika (body and head are done. Waiting for fabric to arrive.)
5. Two Ton Tina (Body and head are done, fabric is ready. It's very big and I have to make it with the most care this year. Will be released at Christmas)
I hope to release the above items as time permits.

What is about to be created
Posted 4 years agoI have a set of candidates for the works I make, but I don't decide the order in which I make them. (Of course, I have plans.) I make them according to how I feel at the time and the expectations of the people around me.

Copyrighted works take a lot of time to create because they are made with respect to the original author.
But that's not enough to make it interesting, so I sometimes work on original works spontaneously.
This sheep is an example.
It took me about four days to reuse it from a junk box. It took me about 4 days to finish it. (Of course, the body was appropriated from another model.
If you have an idea for a combination of species and appearance setting, such as sheep + mature woman, you can create one.
If I may make a suggestion here, I think it would be a good subject for making a work if you write down the idea of "race and setting" that you wrote earlier in the shout-out section.
Of course, you can't make everything right away.
But there is a possibility that I will implement the ideas when I have free time or when I feel like it.
I can't yet create a character for myself, which I get a lot of inquiries about.
However, if you have an idea for a character that can be seen and enjoyed by many people, I would like to create and publish it.
When writing in shout, for example, "mouse + knight," it is easy to imagine and create.
It's not a dream that will surely come true soon, but if you think it might be, please request ideas.

It will take some time to complete.
Posted 4 years agoI haven't been able to release any finished products lately. I've been working on it only on weekends, so it takes a while to complete. My production method is to work on several things at the same time, instead of concentrating on one thing until the end.
Currently, I have more than 20 items in progress, and I keep adding new ones as I think of them, so I'm getting further away from completion. The ones I plan to finish by the end of the year are [Bimbette], [Sheep or Goat], [Millie], and [Two Ton Tina].
The rest will depend on my mood.
I'm not working on anything for individuals at the moment, but I may work on some characters that are in high demand.
Please write down your requests in the Shout section, and if it's something that people want, it may become a candidate for production.

About my FA
Posted 4 years agoIt's been about 10 days since I started running this site. I would like to thank the many people who have viewed and commented in this short period of time!
FA is a place for pictures of my finished products. So there are only about one or two photos for each piece.
If you'd like to see photos from other directions or see the crafting process, please check out my Twitter account.
