The title says it all! I'm wondering if there's anyone else who would like an invitation to the livestream portion of our wedding. This is not an invitation to the local event but the livestream. All the information will be on the card including date, time, and link. If so, please send me a note with your name and address. I cannot promise a card since they are limited and we're not planning on posting the link publicly. But, with that said I'll be inviting as many as I can!

So I did. A little over 3 years ago I said I'd never log into this account again. Well, I lied. Though I had good reasons.

So, to make a long story short, there was a lot of drama**, and I decided to slip away (Again. I have a bad habit of this I should stop). I then started school again, and had absolutely zero social life. For two years I had talked to only a handful of people, but it's time to change that again. I'm in my senior semester, life sucks, but after seeing so many others at MFF I decided to try and being social again.

The biggest thing I did was start a twitter. You can find me at thesilverstripe. It is periodically NSFW, though no pictures of my crotch on there (yet :p). I also have my old old old old Skype at Haiablkdragon. These are the only two places I can be reached until I finish this semester and start taking the CPA tests. You're welcome to watch, follow, add, whatever.

** Drama included but not limited to: Breaking up with mate of three years at the time, being stalked by someone who knew accounts of mine from before I was a furry, and being harassed by someone over my snakes constantly.

Don't get me wrong, I haven't really since I made  haiasilverfin. And if you want more info, go there. As for this account, I'll be asking the admins to wipe the messages and watchlist. I hope they keep the journals, submissions, and the watched by list, but the rest can go.

This is not permanent, don't get me wrong, but I will be unable to obtain internets again for quite some time. I am moving, in less that a week, from the wonderful Houghton, Michigan, south about 10 hours to Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is not a move I am looking forward to, but it is one I must make financially.

I am leaving Houghton, with $1.06 in my bank account, and am happy it is that high, instead of in the hole. But, that being said, I wont have any money for bills down south until one of us gets a job. By us I mean Addison and myself. It is going to be our first priority, but it may take us up to one month if not more before we get any sort of permanent internet.

In the meantime, wish me luck in my endeavours. I am afraid I am going to need it.

That is right, February 18th is my birthday. I was going to be a valentines baby, but I decided I liked the warmth way back when, and I am very greatful I was late. xD

I'm hoping to doodle a little beforehand, find something decent to post. I kinda burned myself out when I got my tablet. For one week, I drew for 7 hours straight in a day. Bad move, but I was so excited. :p I'm still getting used to it though, it's a big learning curve.

Also, for anyone in the local area, I will be having a birthday/artjam/farewell party on the 21st of February, a Saturday. It will be located in the Basement of Wadsworth Hall in Houghton, MI, for people who want to attend. Send me a note for more information.

The reason you haven't been seeing too much art from me lately is because I've created a second account. I've been doing a lot (And I mean a LOT) of cetacean artwork lately, and have been posting it there instead of here.

There has been serious debate whether to make the fursona a dolphin, or a dragon, but since neither can win out, I'm going to keep things as they are, dragon stuff ehre, dolphin stuff there. Saturday update:

Way too much food......... 24 ounce steak plus mashed potatoes plus veggies = love = sick to stomach.

Other than that, things are going great. Got a third badge from Blackfrost. She is love. Got Kaa's canvas piece of Pakesh and 2 painted bottles. Saw them when they were submitted here, and loved them, so I am happy. :)

Friday was amazing. the stress is just going whoosh. :)

Woke up at 8 AM and accidentally woke everyone else up *Whistles innocently* Rooming with Addy, Addik, Otter, Tai and a Gothic Paladin. Went to the shamanism panal which was enlightening and the dog behavior panel which was even better. Gunna be looking for a different kind of dog since I've been told that Huskies really aren't starter dogs. Better to find something a little more mellow.

Getting yet another badge from blackfrost. This time of a different species, but that's personal, will likely inform later.

only other thing to note was ther fire alarm going off. Someone was smoking in the rooms again >.> Assholes. Everyone was forced to wait outside in the cold. We (Azu, Keden, Locket and myself) went to a restuarant near. Met anotehr fur named Noir who was having relationship shit, turns out he's a pretty cool guy too.

Just as a note again, I wont be around after Monday, likely at all till Friday due to parents stuffs.

Also, these comnputers are funny in the con. Terribke, but funny. They have a window to monitor processor activity, and you can watch it as you type bounce around cause the computer sucks so much just by typing. :P

I mean it too. There will be NO therapy at MFF from any of you. I will fucking disown you forever if you try to bring up anything at MFF that could remotely be posed as drama or therapy there. The only thing I will allow is talk about my snake as that is something about me. I don't want to hear about your dieing family., I don't want to hear about your relationship shit (With no thought of my own), and I will not stand for any drama shit that comes my way this coming weekend.

Hey folks, sorry I haven't posted earlier, was just tentative till a little bit ago. But I am hoping to have a get together at my place or, if too many people show up, we can chauffeur to campus or something. Cause I know this is the only place Otter looks now a days and if I leave from my computer right now I'll forget, we should have an art jam around here Otter. Get all the Houghton furs... (Four dragons, 2 wolves, 2 otters, The Kitsune, Husky and Mocha, darktigger, and the two new people if I am counting right) together for a day of doodles, relaxing, and pizza. Maybe like the weekend before the weekend of midterms? Or would that be this weekend and I know you are down south?

Anyways, idea is out there, I think it would be fun, but we should find something for others to do as well for those not doodling... Anyways, it's 7:30 AM and i am an ADD dragon who is gunna go find something to eat. Mmmm... Dragon cock... :p

Been drawing quite a bit lately. I get a lot of time with Hitch Hikers when I'm not acting my part, and I've noticed a few things.

I have no consistency. What I draw now wont look like the thing I draw thirty seconds from now, and neither of those will look like the one 30 seconds from then. Whether it's proportion or size or whatever, I can't make anything consistent.

Proportions are terrible, no such thing as line weight, and I can't shade. >.<

I'm not exactly going all emo over it, more like accepting it, and trying to work on it. One thing that I really, really, really want to work on is shading, but I don't see how I can do that when my mind can't wrap around the concept. Why is this muscle shaded and this isn't? Why is there shadow here and not here when it's the exact same shape? I hope to try some real life things someday, I have an excelent lamp that would work wonders for light sources. Just set a doghnut there and start doodling. Hopefully I can doodle long enough to get it down before I eat it :p

Other than that, I'm hoping to do a sort of comic to force myself to draw more and more. Tod raw the same character over and over and over to help with consistency. Sorry all, characters are already chosen, in fact, I've got most all of it sketched out very veyr roughly already. Been trying to do the first page slightly more detailed but I am gunna need a few referances. :P

Anyways, just venting a little about doodles. I've filled up my second sketchbook nearly though, so yay for that!

There should be some feature that tells you how many unique IP addresses though cause I'm pretty sure over half are from myself. xD

Okay, I splurged...

11 by 14 inch sketchbook, 100 pages, nice and thick too.

But by far my happier moment was the pack of 24 prismacolor premiers. I went with the softer pencils because I am very much enjoying the smudging, and softer pencils will allow me to do that a bit more. :)

It seems that FA did not like my opening high quality music, so for the moment, I am taking down Dichromaru's and Spikes. Velen's was the only one I could re-record without having to break up the material to make it sound good. His will be an example for all to come later.

Some general information about them:

Each one were done last night in the WMTU productions booth. Each one were done in ProTools on the mac computer (Hiss!). These are common WMTU liner format with music in the background under the talking. There are no sound effects save for normalizing the audio of my voice.

Things to improve on, tweaking the volume levels. Music is too loud and voice is too soft. Slight tweaks for both will suffice. Diction in the voice, no puffing with P's.

If someone wants a shout out, lemme know. For those I know well, I can write up a script, but if not, give me a few things you would like to hear, some facts about you, and I can put something together.

I'm a happy dragon. I finally got my snakes to hold still long enough this morning to snap a few pictures of them. I uploaded three of them today and have at least two more to come. I am going to try and get all of my snakes together and snap a bit of a group photo. :)

Quick bio about them. They are non family red tailed boas, meaning they are not brother or sister or anything related, which means that I can breed them when they come of age. I plan on doing this next spring so long as they are large enough. My mate  orncaex and I chose them when I was unable to attend FCN with the money I would have used there.

The female's name is princess cause, that is how she acts. Snotty and like she reigns over everything. When I pick her up and put her around my neck she crawls right on top of my head. :p

The male's name is Slink, honored from  tieldraggy's comment. It suits him well, as he is one of the slipperiest snake I have ever seen. He's rather explorative but protective of himself and his territory.

Hopefully going to try and get all three of them together, but I'm not sure it's going to work out well. I'll upload more pictures later though, if I do get a group pic as I have a few more I'm not uploading here.

Well, Princess is being... well, a princess. Snobby, uppity, in my face (Litterally), and like she owns everything. Utterly not letting me get her picture taken. The male is half shed, and not looking good at all, so this weekend that I was going to take pictures of my new Red Tailed Boas just went down the drain. :/

Who can think of a name for a male red tailed boa? :p I'm thinking snap, cause he likes to do that, but I'm also looking for other names. :p

Life is going okay. Car is back in the shop for brakes. Been playing lots of flash games lately, cause I've been talking to people on IM's. Working for MTU still, cleaning concessions. Dunno how I will get to work this week though. :/
