TOS for Commissions
Posted a year agoHey there! Here are some important details regarding commissions:
- As the artist, I hold all the rights to the art I create. That means I can showcase it in my portfolio, use it for examples, and more.
- Now, as the commissioner, you also have rights to the art, but with a few guidelines. Feel free to use it as you like, but please remember to credit me if you're sharing it. You can do so by linking back to my FurAffinity or Twitter/X (@HatifVaughnRose).
- Alterations to my artwork aren't allowed. Each piece comes with my watermark and needs to stay that way.
- To ensure we're on the same page, providing a visual reference and any specific design elements upfront is super helpful. If I need to spend extra time figuring things out, it might incur an additional cost.
- I'll keep you updated throughout the process and appreciate prompt responses if any tweaks are needed. Major changes post-finalization may come with an extra fee, so let's aim to nail down your vision from the get-go.
- Refunds aren't on the table once you've commissioned me. It's essentially securing your spot and my time. You do not receive the final work until I am paid in full. All payments are to be done upfront, or unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
If you're interested in commissioning me or need an estimate, feel free to shoot me a DM!
