How do i make an emp shield I looked up on the internet but it says i need to builed a Faraday cage thats grounded.

But if a device is grounded like the grounding plugs wont they survive or if a device is turned off?

my pore alasken husky dog we had is dead.

He had cancer and tumers that made him not walk anymore we took him to the vet. the vet told us we had to put him down and i started crying we took him home.
