after having a super huge freak out and several periods of just bawling my eyes out, I have come to terms with the fact that my beloved laptop, Fachan, is deceased.

I can retrieve what I had on my hard drive, so that's good at least xD it just means I'll be buying a new laptop.

My parents have volunteered to front me the money and I will be paying them back over the course of the summer - so not all is lost!

06 - My hobbies? Well, let's see.... I quite love drawing (in case you havent noticed xD) and i generally enjoy most artsy things. Recently I've gotten back into sewing and have been thinking, maybe, in the distant future of possibly making fur-suits.
Other than that, I play DnD, I role-play and....um....I draw some more. xD

07 - I do not have a single best friend. There is NO WAY IN HELL I could have a single best friend.
I have  sleepingin sweetvixsin phosphorous_tick dreganhiregard and those are just the people on here! I also have Maggie and Ovi and Jesse and Mistie, and Adam and Amanda and Wyndi and Sarah and Raychel and RayRay and Sharon and Ted and Phossy and those are all that come to mind.... but I am SO SURE there's more!

I'm not the kind of person to have just one best friend - I'm the kind of person to have a pack.

08 - hmm....this one's actually difficult. You see, after my little escapade to england last year and having to go through leaving behind places that I felt more at home in than my actual HOUSE.... I've sort of felt as if items are almost always replaceable. That I do not NEED much and that there are very few items that are precious to me.

but if I had to HAD TO pick....I'd probably say this little owl watch that  sweetvixsin got for me. It's absolutely adorable and I hardly leave home without the bugger xD

I could ramble on and on and on about the definition of love, but in all honesty I dont have a single clue. I've only barely felt infatuation for another person and, when I once thought I was in love, it turned out to be just a very deep friendship.

My parents are two lovely, although sometimes rather strict, people.

My mother, according to my friends, can shoot lazers from her eyes if you say "No really, I dont need lunch I'm not hungry right now." She can also apparently verbally transform into a dragon and bite your head off if you've pissed her off enough. Though, that doesnt happen often and usually she's very sweet. (although rather strange)

My father is a really nice guy - usually fairly silly and loves to make jokes. He's always playing with his new tech toys (aka - ipod touch, smartphone, etc...) and always loves to bother the rest of us with them. He's a really awesome guy! ....but when he gets pissed he's scary as sin. Believe me, only two of my friends have seen him REALLY angry - and they can tell you, he was frightening.

I dont think I've ever had a first love... I've felt very strongly for people, but it usually just turns out to be a very strong form of friendship.

though, there was this one boy... Way, way, WAY back when I was in grade three xD He was my "boyfriend." He and I spent all our time together when we were at school, when I was taking a long time to get all my stuff at the end of the day, he would run right downstairs and tell my parents "She's coming soon. I saw her. Dont worry. I promise she's coming." He was a real sweet heart to me, and he was the boy who first got me into...well, boyish things xD

He introduced me to Pokemon Cards, Dragonball, bayblades (or however you spell it...) Yu-Gi-Oh! and stuff like that xD I know it wasnt love, but for little kids it was damned adorable.

Hi. My name is Kaz but you can address me as Kazarian, Kazzy, Kazzyboo, Kazaroni, Kazaroll, Kazmatraz, Howstrange, Gear (though I've never gotten anyone to call me that yet xD) or any thing you'd like really.

I'm a high school student in Canada who vastly enjoys things such as: High Fantasy, Steampunk, DnD, drawing, reading, writing, sewing and other such things. I write a lot of stories and draw a lot of things for comics, but so far the only thing I've been able to get off the ground is my webcomic On My Mind.

I often tend to seem impersonal or (as one person discribed to me) Machine like, but I'm really not. I just like to have a plan and/or routine and be able to stick with it. I'm very slowly losing this feeling, but it's still nice to know how things are going down xD

I do generally assume that everyone on the internet is a creep or a pervert until I'm given further evidence xD so if I seem distant, it's not you, it's me being afraid of the internet.

1) I am a vegetarian and have been for most of my life! I've actually gone so long without meat in my system, that it kinda sickens me if I have any xD

So, I got some AWESOME news and then some aggravating news that was only amplified and made more aggravating by my awesome news.

I was told by my Photography teacher that as opposed to doing the final assignment for the class (which is developing my own film and photos and doing something SUPER CREATIVE WITH THEM) I could do something else.

How she told me that I could do this something else nearly scared me out of my skin.
You see for I have a "journal" for my photography course. It's like a scrap book that (usually) is full of collages that illustrate a social concern. I chose stress as my social concern because, hell, that’s what I’m always complaining about xD

We had to do three sets of journals - nine to IDENTIFY our social concern. Nine to show the public REACTION to our social concern. Nine to show the PROGRESS with it... like how it's getting better or worse.

I did the first journals....and the second ones.... but the last ones were a bit of a conundrum. For the last ones we had to incorporate our own DIGITAL photos for six out of the nine journals. I didn’t leave myself enough time to do this.

SO I decided to do the next best thing – I drew a comic about someone going through, and eventually overcoming a great deal of stress in their life. I was SO CERTAIN that she’d fail it. That it would be the most HORRIBLE THING SHE EVER SAW and I would FAIL.

So – I handed in my journal this past Friday, right where she can see it. ALL UP IN HER GRILL. Now, because I had been working on my journal most of the week I didn’t have anything else for that class prepared. So I did what any other artist would do – I started to paint something else. xD

After about a half hour of just painting away and ignoring the world, she calls me up to her desk and tells me to take a seat. I thought she was going to skin me, eat my bones and dance on my grave while giving me low marks. Metaphorically, of course.

What she DID say was that these journals were PERFECT. It communicated my idea, it was full of emotion... It was great. She then told me that my final assignment would be changed. Radically.

I am to do a COMIC for my final photography assignment. The catch? I am to take digital photographs and incorporate them into each part of it. IT’S A LIFE SAVER.

Now my aggravating news;

I still have no tablet to do this with.
