Okay, so I've had depression my whole life. But this past week or so it's been kicking the shit out of me, I barely feel alive. I just can't get motivated outside of "busy work" I set for myself so I don't get unhealthy, and I can barely muster that. I don't know how to pull myself out of this damned slump; and I don't want it effecting those I love.

What do you guys do to get yourself out of a slump?

Tl,dr that led up to this: a really bad episode of ptsd, followed by agoraphobia triggering on because of that, followed by holiday induced home-sickness.

I've been trying to help people out where I can, on here and irl; been trying to keep busy. Doing doodles for people just cuz, trying to keep myself distracted.
But depression is kicking my buns hard. Mother's day was hard (it always is, as is Christmas, and any other family oriented times)
Neighbor lady asked where I'd been... (I'd been hiding in the house mainly since the bad started, ptsd and anxiety kicked into overdrive because of some crazy that happened, and I'm just now starting to calm down)
Been having a lot of trouble sleeping, my sleep schedule is now COMPLETELY effed again. *shrug*
