So I went to the dentist and they took a scan, finally figured out why it hurts so much....there are literally two shards of tooth that were left behind in my jaw that every time I bite down stab upwards into my gums; and are in there pressing down on my nerves. My *new* insurance will cover everything but being put to sleep for having them root this out of my jaw.... but first I need to save like 500$ for that cost :/ BUTBUTBUT~ There is at least hope now~! Because I never would've been able to cover the whole surgery cost. It might take a few months to save, but at least now there is some hope <3 Secondarily, they fixed my chipped front tooth;
and were like "this happened two weeks ago, right?"
me: "no, more like a year.. I just didn't have insurance"
them: "then you must have taken really good care of it, I'd honestly expect to see more of a cavity since there is no enamel protecting it"

My s/o couldn't afford the car insurance this month, and has been having a bit of a hard time financially and is overdrafted on their account also.. Though normally I would handle this myself, this month I had to spend what money I had on anti-biotics, and therefore cannot. (my jaw is infected severely from a tooth the dentist tried to remove normally, knowing it was a surgical extraction, then left the rest in...) So needless to say, I am up a creek without a paddle, as their car is the only transit, and I myself, am too sight impaired to drive. I am literally at the mercy of strangers on the internet at this point. Please anything will help <3

so I got a PCP finally and got some antibiotics for the jaw infection...
now the waiting game begins for April 1st when my dental insurance
kicks in, the 2nd I already have a dentist appointment scheduled :D
HOPEFULLY they will determine it is now medically relevant enough
to cover the surgical extraction it requires... because I was delirious
from infection/fever this morning, like I answered the door this
morning when company came over barely able to walk or function...

a lil bit ago the dentist tried to remove a wisdom tooth that was supposed to be a surgical extraction, (and I told him as much, and that it prolly shouldn't be f'ed with) he was all "no, I got this bro" and dug half of it out of my jaw, and left the other half in and said "well, I can't get the rest of it, go find a surgeon" didn't put on the books that he had seen me that day AT ALL, I found this out when I went in for my "follow up" and another dentist was seeing me, and saw the "work" he'd done, plus a filling he CLEARLY DID when he "didn't see me" .... long story short it paralyzed the right side of my tongue, lawyers won't take the case in PA "because it won't be lucrative enough" so here I am with a half paralyzed tongue, and as the damaged nerves regrow INCREASING levels of pain in my right jaw..... I'm scared of what the long term consequences will be, but can't afford to get anything done. -shrugs-

Been out all day taking care of the most unpleasant kinds of things.
I think I'm gonna take this evening to relax for once,
probably go to bed early...
Today just was all too much for me and my family.

My grandmother is in the hospital, she had to be 302'd because she had sepsis, was dying, and refused to go get medical help......She was so mad at me, she decided to go off on me, and start the whole family against me, and now I won't be allowed to see my son ever again (he was adopted by my aunt when my violent narcissist husband left, I had no where to go but my grandma's and she was abusive to me and my son, so I left with him, having no where else to go, I adopted my son to my great aunt.... who is my grandma's sister, who she's now convinced I am quite literally the devil) when I literally moved back here from out of state to care for her after she broke her leg (the tibia and fibia snapped) I spent all last night in the hospital because my biological mother came in after my grandma got 302'd, and took my little sister who has cerebral palsy, scoliosis and water on the brain... So I went to the hospital and waited, and waited, and they told my bio mom "Yeah she's scrawny, but she's the healthiest little thing we've seen. All her levels are normal, and she's doing well other than the GERD" so I took her home with me, and everyone backed off, I have temp custody until gram's gets back from the hospital (she raised me and all my sisters because my bio mom squanched us out and dumped us on her) SO even though I've fought and fought for my grandma, her health, and so her kid doesn't get taken, she's turned on me like a rabid jackal and now I won't even be allowed to see my kid for Christmas.... I don't know how much more of this I can take..... I already will be taking care of all her bills in her absence with what limited income I have; and have no idea what, if anything, I've done wrong to deserve this. She's been abusive to me my whole life, but I come back time and time again, like the loyal daughter I am... She's been physically and emotionally abusive since I've come back; and I still get to be played out like the villain, even after she attacked my so, punched him in the surgical mesh that hold's in his organs, and then tried to choke him out...

EDIT: and now my senile/septic grandma has signed herself out of the hospital, and is missing.

Can't sleep..
Too nervous about my thyroid ultrasound tomorrow;
and I have two other tests coming up as well.. :/

I've seen way too much of this as of late on FA after being on here for about 6 years now.. and I just really would like to speak up.

I don't care what's going on.

Whose mad at who.

Whose starting shit with who about what.

But once you start wishing death on people? That's where I draw the line.

Together as a community we need to stand up against these kinds of people. We need to tell people it's not alright to be so heartless about someone's life. Every life is precious and needs to be loved. If you aren't fond of someone simply don't bring them up. Don't mention them. Leave them far from your worries. Don't say anything to hurtful that may come back to them. We need to really realize that everyone has feelings and that every life is precious and matters.

Guys if you know anyone who feels hurt or who is being bullied, please stand up for them in the best way you can! Even if that's just a simple report! Together we can be strong and hold each other up when we need it the most ^_^.

Too many people on here suffer from depression and I know a few friends who have passed due to suicide from being bullied by others. Let's save lives instead of helping lose them!

Sorry I've been so scatter-brained lately, I am trying to sort out some family stuff and personal health issues :< Lord willing I will be better sooner rather than later. I need to find an endocrinologist whose waiting list doesn't exceed six months ~n~;; This area gets on my nerve, a psychologist was a six months out schedule, and so is this. There seems to be a "physician shortage" here. *shrug* but I will persist through this crap, dangit. <3 I also found out my grandma stopped taking her antibiotics on the downlow; and right now she's borderline sepsis. I got so mad at her I cried... ~_~ Tl;dr, I am just overwhelmed with my family sometimes, and I try to vent here the best I can. She just doesn't get the doctor isn't out to get her, he's trying to help... *flails and collapses* I'm done for now.

Yesterday I went to the hospital for a brown recluse bite, AFTER I had to wait 2-3 hours for my Birth Giver (biological mom) to show up because she was leaving my stepdad and in the middle of a manic episode (she had called me telling me that she was leaving the state, didn't know where she was going or even if she was ever coming back) she got mad at me because I wouldn't just abandon my grandmother and little sister (who she left with my grandmother and is severely disabled and bed ridden) because I am their only care giver and my grandmother is laid up with a leg that literally is snapped in half with exposed bone because she won't let them amputate it (she's diabetic). She told me I'm shit because I don't find it acceptable to just abandon people who have no one else to care for them (the rest of my family is very self-centered and won't help 99% of the time, I moved back from out of state to care for them when gramma got injured - because she raised me and I'm not a shit person - my birth mom squanched out 4 kids, left 1 with the "bio dad" who she knew wasn't even the dad, and the rest with my grandma and grandpa, (grandpa died 4 years ago and now grandma is now totally alone except for me and my disabled sister).... So I go into the city to go to an office to drop off some paperwork and then head to the hospital, and they put a boot on gram's car, I have to pay 75$ just to take off the boot and not have it towed because my person who drives me places parked in a bad area (apparently there was a sign somewhere) so there goes my Christmas money I was saving to get people things... This was all preceded by my van breaking down, we can't even move it 3 feet without smoke coming out of the engine area.... So needless to say I'm about one more bad event from losing my shit mentally....
