Commission Terms of Service (2024)
Posted 9 months agoBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. Unless otherwise discussed, commissions are for personal use only and may not be sold or used for profit.________________________________________
Payment
• Payments are accepted only through PayPal.
• NO E-CHECKS.
• All payments must be made in USD. Do not send payment until you receive confirmation and a PayPal invoice from me.
Refunds
• A full refund (100%) is available if I have not started your rough sketch.
• If a rough sketch is completed, you may receive a 70% refund. The remaining 30% covers the work already done.
• If the commission has progressed beyond the sketch phase (line art or more), refunds will not be issued.
Cancellation
• Once your commission is confirmed and I have sent a rough sketch, payment must be made within 4 days. A reminder will be sent, and failure to respond will result in cancellation and blacklisting.
• If you encounter unexpected payment issues, please contact me immediately. Do not leave me without a response, as this holds up slots for other clients.
Availability
• I DO NOT accept commissions through notes, messengers, or shouts.
• Commissions open on an irregular basis. When available, I will provide a link to a Google Form for applications.
Commission Process
1. Commission Openings & Selection
- Commissions open on an irregular basis and will be announced via Twitter (X), Bluesky and FA journals. A Google Form link will be provided for applications.
- After the application period closes, I will review submissions and select commissions based on available slots.
- All applicants will be notified whether they have been selected or not.
2. Progress Updates & Communication
- The estimated timeline for selected commissions will be updated on my Twitter (X) and Bluesky account.
- Once I start your commission, I will create a rough sketch and send it for approval.
- Any number of revisions is allowed during the rough sketch phase; however, more than three major revisions may incur an additional charge.
3. Payment & Finalization
- Once the rough sketch is approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent. Work will not continue until full payment is received.
- Upon completion, I will send both the original-sized artwork and a smaller-sized version via email.
4. Revisions & Posting
- Additional revisions after final approval that were not previously mentioned will cost $10+ per fix.
- I do not upload all commissions to my public accounts, but you are welcome to post them on your own FA page or other platforms.
Rights & Usage
• I reserve the right to decline any commission.
• I retain all rights for advertising, printing, and resale.
• Do not request artwork in another artist’s style.
• Do not edit my artwork without permission.
• I may choose not to post the commissioned work on my page—please respect this decision.
Turnaround Time
• Commissions are typically completed within 7–25 days after payment.
• Most commissions are worked on during weekends.
• I check emails frequently, but responses may be delayed if I am out of town or occupied with other work. I will notify via Twitter/Bluesky or FA Journal if I anticipate being unavailable for more than 4 days.
• Rush orders with deadlines will incur additional charges.
What I Will Not Draw
• Baby fur
• Unusual TF (transformation)
• Vore
• Scat
• Gore
• Other extreme or uncomfortable content (at my discretion)

Currently there is some problems with bidding due to my lack of experience on YCH.
I should have been more specific with rules with bidding in YCH.
Because of that many of those who participated on ‘Monthly hang out YCH’ is either unsatisfied or confused.
I’m terribly sorry about how it turned out, and to those who participated in YCH.
From now on, any YCH in the future will include this following rule.
>> Auction end time will extend 15 minutes if there’s a bidding in the last 10 minutes. And after original end time, bid will be finished 10 minutes after the highest bidder.
(ex, If the end time is 08:00am. If anyone bids 07:45~08:00, end time will be moved to 08:10am.
After the original end time (08:00am), If ‘A’ bids 08:05am, ‘A’ will be the winner if no one bids till 08:15am.
If ‘B’ tops ‘A’ at 08:12am, ‘B’ will be the winner if no one bids till 08:22am)
>> Your bidding time will be determined precisely by the comment time.
(ex. If the comment time says 08:01am when the end time is 08:00am, the bidding will not be valid)
(I'm not sure way FA's EST is 1hr different, so exact time will be --> https://time.is/ET)
>> If a winner fails to make the payment within the time frame (24hr after I send a note) I’ll RE-AUCTION for that slot.
>> Person who has failed to make the payment, he/she will be banned from future YCH auctions.
For this YCH ‘Monthly hang out’, I’ve been thinking how to make everyone happy.
But since my rule on YCH lacked with essential information, I believe there’s no right answer but to RE-AUCTION all the slots again.
I sincerely apologize again to those who participated in YCH.
And will keep working on it so that YCH will be a positive experience to everyone.

Terms of Conditions
Posted 9 years agoIt is expected that you understood and agreed to the terms of service, when commissioning me. Unless discussed prior, you are not allowed to sell/make profit from the commission.Payment
- I accept payments only through PayPal
- NO E-CHECKS.
- All payments are in US dollars. Do not send me until you get a confirmation and a Paypal invoice from me.
Refunds
- You may receive a 100% refund if I have not started your rough sketch.
- If I have completed your rough sketch, you may receive 70% of your refund. Which you have to pay 30% of the commission that you asked.
- If line art or more is done, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation
- After you commission has been confirmed and I’ve sent you rough sketch, I’ll be expected to receive payment within a 4 day period. A reminder will be sent out. If I have not heard anything, your commission will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted.
- If you cannot pay due to unexpected problems PLEASE SEND A NOTE. Do not leave me hanging. You are keeping a slot away from a potentially paying customer.
Availability
- I DO NOT accept commissions through notes, messengers or shouts.
- Commissioning will be done through email or twitter(if you prefer this) BE SURE TO PUT YOU FA/TA USER NAME.
How this works
- After I receive the commission info or email, I’ll confirm it and send you a reply through preferred way (e-mail or twitter message)
- I’ll then do a rough sketch and send you. If you are happy with it or needs a little change, send me a reply. Extra charges will apply after you've exceeded 2 changes during rough sketch phase.
- When it is confirmed, I'll send a Paypal invoice. After I receive FULL payment, I’ll finish it and I will send you original size artwork, and smaller size of artwork via email.
- I have no problem sending you WIPs of the picture upon request.
- Once artwork is completed, each fix will be 10$+ each.
- I don't upload everything I draw to my drawing account, but the customer is welcome to post their commission to their FA page.
Rights
- I have the right to turn down a commission.
- I retain all advertisement, printing, and resale rights.
- DO NOT ask me to draw something in someone else's style.
- Do not edit my artwork after it is completed unless politely asked.
- I have the right to not want to post the image to my page. Please respect that.
Working Time
- To finish your commission after the payment will range from 1-25 days.
- I’ll be doing commissions mostly on weekends.
- I’m going to check email several times a day, but I might not be check email when I’m out of town or busy doing other works. Please be patient when I don’t reply right away. I’ll be sure to notify via twitter or FA journal if I think I won’t be able to check email more than 4 days
- Rushed pictures with deadlines will cost extra.
