But I'm very very bad at finding...price peers ?? So I'm not sure what detailed badges at my skill level would be worth.
So detailed, real media laminated badges go for...?

Posted 14 years agoURGH what a week, hardly got a thing done since I now work alone since the woman (who was a damned thief :E) "quit" So I'm rearranging the store and its just nonstop.
Good news everyone!! (if you didn't read that in the professors voice, shame shame)
Since she's gone I got to bring in my old computer so I can draw at work! I cant connect to the net thou. They have wifi but I'm not sure how that ever works since for me it NEVER works. But I can use my lil flash drive to move the files back and forth. Its not amazing true. But its better then having to wait till my days off or hoping I'm not so worn down after a 10 hour work day that I even want to sit at the computer.
So ya new arts soon :P

The hiccup was kinda fixed, it now starts up normal and doesn't do this extremely creepy auto shutdown it was doing. But WHY it did it is unknown and we don't know if it will do it again...so yah needless to say I have all my art backed up.
Speaking of art backups! Since my comp was in retarded lala land and wasn't working I spent some time with my uncle aunt and cousinwho just came down from Missouri...and who we haven't had any contact with for 20 odd years lol. So yeah I basically just meet them. Had fun went fishing, gonna miss them when they go north. They are talking about moving back down here thou so I'll likely see them soonish (and meet my other cousin who couldn't come down due to work).
So yeah between kicking my comp and spending time out with them I haven't got much done on my few days off. Working on my commissions now and will be on the evenings but again I stress that I work weekends so sat/sun will not be more time for art days. XD

No not the new style or the just the old style..MY little ponys, the survivors of my childhood. The ones who didn't get trashed by a raging mom, sold at a yard sale or given to the church without me knowing till it was to late. The ones whos hair has seen better days and are scuffed with many years of play. Also the ones who got early sex changes since I never got a hold of the "male" mlp types XD
Could stream it but I cant help but fear its a boring watch if I'm not doing the finishing touches.

The bad and the good.
Posted 14 years agoSorry to those who tried to contact me, was out of town and very down these past few days. Had another death in the family and I really didnt want to talk about it while it was so raw.
My great aunt passed. She made the most amazing peanut butter candy (yes hand made CANDY) at christmas time...and she was always fun to talk to, I miss her alot.
This happened a few days before my brothers birthday, he would have been 27 and as its the first birthday since he died it was not easy in anyway to deal with.
But I'm trying to keep it together as best I can.
In good news, Smee has a buddy now, Ni. I've had him for weeks but he was under quarantine so I didn't want to talk about him incase he ended up sick and had to be returned to the shelter.
Also I got my critter nation cage right before I got Ni so they are happy and I'm happy. I just need a sewing machine so I can make them more then rag hammocks.

Work has been stressing me out, been thru a rollercoaster of worry if I get to keep my job at all. My work days are being changed for sure but I'm not even 100% on if I will even get as many days as I used to. STRESS.
Working on my commissions never fear, trying to keep everyone up to date and working on all of them at once is tough but If anyone wants a update before I get them a note just ask and I'll update with what I have atm. <3
So if you just recently watched me or watch me at all and happen to read this I do thank you. <3

Had the worse connection the past few days, go so ticked I had to call them. Seems they where "Replacing some cable" and didn't give a damn if it crippled the net of folks in the boonies. Grr very grr.
Doesn't help that yesterday ,Tuesday, we almost got are car broken in to...at work...at a fucking CHARITY. Two little punks had community service so they had to put in hours, but they stole some of my dads cigs the other day but we couldn't prove it. Well dad comes back from lunch to find they have gotten a zip tie around the door handle and there's hand prints all over the door and the window where one played spotter on the other side. So the cops where called they took prints and they found the that they had stolen the pack dad had in his cooler as well so that was added on to.
I hope it all ends in 2012, if this is what kids do now they don't deserve to carry on the human race. Kinda cuts my time short but really these kids will only get to be bigger and more dangerous.
Anyway rar rar grr grr huff puff back to work.

If I can get $60 more I can buy a Double Critter Nation which would basically be the only cage I will ever need for the life of my Babies. It would give them tons of room since the cage will hold up to 12 rats, 8 comfortably and I will likely only have 4. If I cant get the extra then I'll have to buy the single and put the boy in the makeshift cage I have which will be big enough for me to get him a buddy so at least that will be sorted.
So I'm offering badges for $10 with $3 shipping.

Bamboo Tablets ??
Posted 14 years agoMy tablet right now is a Intuos 2 (old lol) the pen is on the fritz and only the eraser side works. While I can work with it still with abit of trying, I'd rather it worked. SO! I was going to buy a new pen for my tablet but to get the same pen I have is about $70 where as for about $160 I can get a new Bamboo Fun.
Looking at my Intuos 2 box it seems to have about the same stats as the bamboo but no pen tilt ???
Should I just save to get a Intuos 4 ? or are Bamboo tablets reliable enough to be worth getting ?
I know I could "craigslist" or something for better prices but I don't trust people enough to pay 20 bucks less for what is most likely inches away from being busted.
Opinions ?
Also sorry I haven't been on AIM or really active the past few days, been watching movies with my dad and trying to get back on a good sleep schedule.
Tomorrow I'll get cracking on my commission/trades :D

I had something of a weak spell, I slept for hours on end and was only awake for bursts and was tired the whole time. Was odd...but I feel better! Kept up with my notes and did some art.
I have...31,003 submissions to look at..I wish I lied, I've been trying to get thru them slowly but I think its just to many. I think it might be easyer to gallery jump and look and comment but then I would be spamming a few people a day and that just seems rude somehow. :/
Anyway hope everyone having a good week so far <3

Minecraft and Terraria
Posted 14 years agoWell one bad thing about getting back on the internet is that all the gamers I sub to on youtube have made me really want two very epic games (as I'm sure many of you know)
I played the browser minecraft way back but it seems its nothing like that anymore and I never heard anything about Terraria but it looks like a blast.
So they LOOK good when funny folks are playing them but are they worth it ? and would paypal work to get them ? kinda the only online option I would have lol. That or take commission payment with them with like double the cost so $10 game $20 commission.
Also art and life wise, I'm doing better, its good to be in contact with my friends again and doing the freebies really helped me get back up to speed..but erasers!! argh! its like hunting a white whale, I'm digging in boxes for old mechanical pencils at this point.

I want something interesting to draw, not a fox or a cat or even a mix of the two. I'm after different shapes and types of characters. That's not to say fetish shapes o.o. But like instead of a wolf/dog a I don't know...Borzoi(love'm) or Scottish terrier. I've never drawn alot of very cool animals so if you have a uncommon character you wouldn't mind me failing horribly on, I'll give it a shot.
I'll reply if it seems fun but if I feel its to much I'll have to back down on it.

Posted 14 years agoWell, its been awhile. Sorry for those who worried about me.
Life reared its ugly head and has taken me on a trip worse then anything I've had happen in the past.
To make many long stories short I'll just list the brunt of it.
After the fireworks my dad got hospitalized.
Lost net due to bills not being payed on time in the craziness that followed.
Spent all money on doctors and meds so couldn't get net back.
Moved.
My brother died.
Extreme family drama.
Moved.
Got net about a hour ago.
Dad is better now, not ok but better.
Losing my brother thou has been hellish. We basically didn't talk much since I didn't care for the people he ran with or the things they would do. When we moved we found out he was just down the road so he started coming over randomly and talking about doing things we used to like going to the park for bbqs and playing Magic the gathering.
He died of a OD on new years. To much alcohol with his meds. The fuckers he lived with flushed all the drugs out of the house and ran off with most of his pills before calling the police. Great people. He wasn't a saint but of all the people in that house he shouldn't have been the one to go. I had horrible phantom days when I expected him to pop up with muffins like normal and laugh his ass off for making me cry. He was my only sibling and the first death in the family I've had to deal with.
But life quite sadly goes on...now we just moved and I saved enough for net again. My art is packed god knows where but I do have some to show.

Lost net due to bills not being payed on time in the craziness that followed.
Spent all money on doctors and meds so couldn't get net back.
Moved.
My brother died.
Extreme family drama.
Moved.
Got net about a hour ago.
Dad is better now, not ok but better.
Losing my brother thou has been hellish. We basically didn't talk much since I didn't care for the people he ran with or the things they would do. When we moved we found out he was just down the road so he started coming over randomly and talking about doing things we used to like going to the park for bbqs and playing Magic the gathering.
He died of a OD on new years. To much alcohol with his meds. The fuckers he lived with flushed all the drugs out of the house and ran off with most of his pills before calling the police. Great people. He wasn't a saint but of all the people in that house he shouldn't have been the one to go. I had horrible phantom days when I expected him to pop up with muffins like normal and laugh his ass off for making me cry. He was my only sibling and the first death in the family I've had to deal with.
But life quite sadly goes on...now we just moved and I saved enough for net again. My art is packed god knows where but I do have some to show.
For wall of text skippers, I'm back. Abit down after having to type that out but I can't really come back chirping and act like it didn't happen.

Posted 15 years agoIts that time of year, the time I sell my soul to be firework gods and become enslaved for eternity.
Or three weeks.
Same thing.
So basically I'm here and not, I'll be out of town for a few days at a time then get a short break to come home read my mail etc before having to go right the hell back :( so if you note me in this time give me a few days to see it.
So yeah I'm still waaaay behind on commenting and going thru the 14639 submissions in my list ( you guys are so damn artsy :D)
Wish me luck in having to deal with pyros trying to buy 100000 sparklers and look innocent at the same time v.v for those who don't know, all I have to say is sparkler bomb, you look it up.

A guy should have been here to do it this weekend but since he fails I had to miss a day of work to get a guy here today. BUT I'm to happy to complain more then that about it.
I have a million and one things to do and I shall do them but give me a lil time to get to everything. ^^
In NEWS!
When we came back to FL are "family" went from 4 to 2 in the time of 24 hours. I gave my Nummy to my aunt the day Strider suddenly passed.
Are family is back to 3 now....We have a puppy which is a happy thing after so much bad news.
His name is Kaiser. His dam is Striders full blood sister, so he's one of Striders nephews. We started visiting Striders breeder every weekend like it was church, they love people coming over to socialize the puppies and we loved the HERD of bouncy shelties 2 of which looked so much like Strider I cried abit. I'll post a picture of him soon.
But yeah omg and all that rot. Net..its beautiful.

Wish I could say "I'm BACK!" but in truth I'm using a co-workers laptop for 5 min (she's a saint btw).
Long short and quick of it is my net plain stopped, I got sick of fighting with the provider, canceled it. basically have to move to get internet, thought i'd at least be back by the start of this month, didn't happen. so now I SHOULD be back in a week or two, moving to a better more long term place.
Sorry its taken this bloody long to get contact hope to really be back soon.

Posted 16 years agoWell I'm back thou my nets on and off like a flipping light switch "Now ya have it" Now ya don't!" "Its back!" "Nope! Gone!" grr.
Should likely start with the worst news I've had in many years.
My dog, Strider , Died on the 16th of Dec. He was only 5.
I cant really talk about it yet, it still hurts like hell with him gone.
We came back down to FL to work a firework tent for New Years (good money) and I'm still in FL working atm, no jobs up there atm for me or dad so were not rushing back just yet when were making money here.
Also Nummy has a new home and name, Itty Bitty Kitty. Since we were going to be at the tent I asked my Aunt to take care of her and found out all her cats had passed on in the past months even the one I've always known her to have (which I found out made it to 19 before she had to be put to sleep) so I hadn't the heart to ask her to take care of my cat then take it back, She's a crazy cat lady anyway, cat trees in every window and so many nip toys you have to walk with care. So I'm happy my aunt and Nummy work out so well together, but I haven't even Sharky (my brown beta fish, Died in Nov) to keep me company. So yeah its been a emotional month..
But hope everyone's been well !!!
